Abstract

Webs (107) form run-off slots (109) and are joined together by bridging sections. These bridging sections are arranged off centre and displaced towards first and second contact sections (105,106) so the run-off slots have different lengths, forming alternately arranged long and short slots. Two webs may form three slots, connected by two bridging sections which are arranged symmetrically to the longitudinal central axis of the channel. There are supports (115) on the underside of the webs, having a height greater than the contact section width.

Description

The invention relates to a surface drainage device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Drainage channels with covers are known, in which the cover on the channel body, in particular on a The frame on the upper edge of the channel body is screwed is attached. The manufacture as well as the assembly of the known gutter are relatively cumbersome.

EP 204 278 A1 describes a surface drainage device, namely a drainage channel, according to the generic term of claim 1 known, where there is a wedge device is provided to cover the gutter too fasten. This type of attachment is easier than a screw fastening, however, the whole arrangement is relatively complex to manufacture.

From US-A-3,201,161 is a locking device for one Cover grate known. This is in one from below accessible recess of the grate, which is separate and only for this purpose is provided in the grate.

From US-A-1,877,996 is a per se closed manhole cover known by means of three bars, which are in separate Recesses are provided in place accessible from above is held.

The invention has for its object a surface drainage device of the type mentioned at the beginning to further develop that in a simple manner secure attachment of the cover to the body achievable is.

This object is achieved by those specified in claim 1 Features resolved.

The screwless fastening of the cover is used for the Invention shown here is a latch in the cover stored and in the direction of a longitudinal edge of the cover a locking position and out of this in an open position is movable. There is a latch counterpart on the body, when you move the bolt into the locked position engages with the bolt in such a way that the cover is held on the body. Such a bar is relatively easy to manufacture and cannot be lost with the Connect cover.

The bolt preferably has latching devices which e.g. can be designed as a detent spring and with the cover are in elastic engagement. The locking device arrives engages with a counter-catch in the cover in such a way that the bolt in the locked position (preferably also in the open position) with the bolt piece in this position is fixed. This is an unintentional one impossible to open or remove the cover.

The latch is in one of the recesses in the Cover attached, which as inflow openings for water to be discharged. As a result, no additional occurs Weakening of the cover.

Here, the bolt preferably has an opening, which in the locking position together with the recess, in which the bolt is attached, forms an overall opening, which is essentially that of the other recesses corresponds in the cover. On the one hand, it will aesthetic requirements met, on the other hand a reduction in the inflow cross section Avoid absorption of water.

The recess in which the latch is attached is preferably as a slot open to the longitudinal edge of the cover educated. This allows the bolt to enter the opening from the outside be inserted.

The latch preferably includes a cover portion which is in the locking position the slot in its open Area closed up to the longitudinal edge. This is ensures that the surface of the cover is even runs without depressions and thus no dirt can accumulate.

The surface of the bar is preferably over that the cover sunk so far that when driving over the Cover the latch remains unloaded. This is usually sufficient Fractions of millimeters. This ensures that the guides in which the bolt can be moved, permanently stay common.

The bolt is preferably in a direction of displacement vertical plane essentially double T-shaped or as Dovetail guide trained. The recess in the Cover is designed accordingly, so it has rails which are gripped by the bolt.

The latch is preferably on the longitudinal edge of the cover end facing away from a clearing device, the when opening and moving from the locked position Cleans dirt from the transfer track. This is a easy opening possible even after long use. Especially the clearing facilities are simple to design if they have sloping surfaces for lifting dirt when moving include. So the dirt is not compacted, but actually cleared.

Preferably, the locking counterpart comprises a nose, which in a holding recess of the cover in the area of the latch protrudes, the bolt a holding portion reaching under the nose having. Such a nose is very easy with the Pour the frame together on this. The holding recess in the cover is shaped to correspond to the nose, that moving the cover in the direction of its longitudinal edges, thus in the longitudinal direction of a drainage channel prevented becomes. The fastening device for fastening the Cover on the drainage channel thus forms at the same time a safeguard against the cover moving the gutter.

Preferably, a or are on a longitudinal edge of the cover several, in particular two bars and on the other, opposite Longitudinal edge, hook openings provided with hook elements on the body when putting the cover on the Body can be brought into positive engagement. For sure Keeping the cover on the channel body only has to a reduced number of bars can be provided.

The bolts and the bolt counterparts and, if applicable, the hooking elements and hooking openings are preferably symmetrical in this way arranged on the body and on the cover that the Longitudinal edges of the cover are interchangeable. This will make it It is easier to put the cover on the body.

The longitudinal edges 32, 32 'of the cover 30 face one Longitudinal edge 32 'hooking openings 39 on only in the surface the cover 30 are sunk so that under the hook openings Holding pieces 29 are. The channel 1 is with hooking elements 13 equipped, which in the hook openings Advertise 39 and thus lie on the holding pieces 29 come. At the other longitudinal edge 32 is the cover 30 with openings 39 'which pass through the entire cover 30, so that no holding pieces 29 on the other longitudinal edge 32 lie.

In the embodiment shown in the figures two spaced-apart recesses 31 in the cover 30 performed through a slot 33 to the longitudinal edge 32. This slot 33 has on its edge 32 facing End a holding recess 38 which is shaped is that a nose 26 attached to the gutter is substantially fits positively. This is a shift in Cover 30 effectively prevented in the longitudinal direction of the channel.

The nose 26 has, as shown in Fig. 2, above and below it open space.

The slot 33 or the associated opening 31 is with guide rails 36, 36 'provided inside, in the Slot 33 or opening 31 protrude. The rails 36, 36 ' are equipped with notches 68.

In each of the openings 31 provided with slots 33 a latch 60 is used, which has a double-T-shaped cross section has, as shown in Figures 3 and 7 is. In particular, the latch 60 comprises an upper cover plate 64 and a base plate 65, which with the cover plate 64 over an intermediate piece 66 with a smaller width is connected. On its end facing the longitudinal edge 32 is the intermediate piece 66 so far on the base plate 65 and the cover plate 64 reset that a holding section 71 is formed, who can reach under the nose 26. The cover plate 64 is ready pulled out towards the longitudinal edge 32, that when the latch 60 is in its closed position (according to FIG. 1) with the longitudinal edge 32 essentially flush.

At its end facing away from the longitudinal edge 32 is the cover plate 64 provided with inclined surfaces 67 so that when moving the Latch 60 in Fig. 1 to the right dirt that is on the rails 36, 36 'lies, can be lifted off.

To hold the bolt in its locked position as well as in its open position, a detent spring 61 is used, which the intermediate piece 66 with a holding portion 62nd (Fig. 9) encompasses. At its end, the detent spring 61 is with provided outward bent locking portions 63, which when the latch 60 is in its closed position in the notches 68.

The bolt 60 is also provided with an opening 69, so that its ends (between the inclined surfaces 67) fork-shaped are designed. The opening 69 is designed in such a way that from opening 69 and the remainder of the opening 31 with slot 33 composed opening area of a corresponds to those in which the other recesses 31 in of the cover 30, as clearly shown in FIG. 1 is.

The height of the surface 70 of the cover plate 64 (see Fig. 8) is slightly less than that of the cover 30, so that no force on the bolt or its surface 70 acts. They are also on the cover 30 provided over the surface 34 excellent knobs 35, which on the one hand increases slip resistance, on the other hand again a load on the bolt 60 when driving over it decreased.

The latch 60 is preferably made of high strength metal (e.g. made of a die-cast aluminum alloy), where its surface is passivated to avoid corrosion.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, the channel 1 with respect to the lugs 26 on both sides the same or symmetrical. Accordingly, 32 'are opposite at the longitudinal edge the longitudinal edge 32, on which the bolts 60 are located, Recesses 47 are provided in which on the longitudinal edge 32 'noses 26 not required per se. On this ensures that the cover 30 in can be placed in any orientation on the channel 1.

When putting on a cover 30 of a gutter 1 you go now so that you tilt the cover 30 first and with the Holding pieces 29 hooks under the hooking elements 13. After that the cover 30 when the bolts 60 are pushed back (in FIG. 1 pushed to the right) completely on. Then they will Bolt 60 closed (pushed to the left in FIG. 1) until the locking sections 63 of the locking springs 61 snap into the notches 68. In this position, the holding sections 71 of FIG Latch 60 under the lugs 26 so that the cover is lifted off 30 is effectively prevented by the gutter 1. To open is carried out in the reverse order.

Accordingly, the grating has 101 a first and a second support section 105, 106 on the side of the cover grille 101 are. They are spaced apart and run parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the cover grate 101. The cover grate 101 lies with the support sections 105 and 106, as in Fig. 13 is shown schematically, on one not closer here shown drainage channel 1.

The two support sections 105 and 106 are by a A plurality of in the longitudinal direction of the cover grille 101 from each other spaced webs 107 connected together. Through the The spacing of the webs 107 is formed by inlet slots 109, which will be discussed later. On the bottom the webs 107 are down into the drainage channel extending support portions 115 are provided, the height of which is greater is than the thickness of the support portions 105, 106. The Support sections 115 extend in the specific embodiment 12 and 13 essentially from the area a support section 105 to the area of the opposite Support section 106 and reinforce the webs 107 such that even with an extremely high load on individual Webs 107 break through the respective web 107 or fear of damage to the cover grate 101 is.

Bridge sections 111 are provided between the webs 107, the two adjacent webs 107 with each other connect. Through the bridge sections 111 Inlet slots 109 according to FIGS. 10 and 12 into two partial inlet slots divided, with the off-center arrangement of the bridge sections 111 the two partial inlet slots 109 have a different length. Longitudinal of the cover grate 101 are seen the bridge sections 111 alternately to the first or the second Support section 105, 106 arranged that shifted alternate longer and shorter inlet slots.

In particular, in the present, specific embodiment 10 to 13, the bridge sections in such a way arranged that they alternate with their first and edges facing the second support sections 105, 106 to a line 113 in the longitudinal direction of the cover grate 101 in essentially border. This results in a meandering shape Path leading between the partial inlet slots and from successive bridge sections 111 and webs 107 is composed.

This construction measure has proven to be extremely stabilizing proven so that the present, by the special Arrangement of the bridge sections 111 reinforced cover grate 101 compared to a conventional cover grate has much higher stability and thus greater loads can withstand without the cover grate or individual Bridges can be damaged. At the same time, the Dewatering performance improved in case of excess water.

On the surface 103 of the grating that can be walked on and driven over 101, as shown in Figs. 10 to 13, are one A plurality of knobs 117, 118 are arranged, which protrude upwards and increase the grip of the grating 101.

There are two types of knobs. The first Knobs 117 are in the areas of the support sections 105, 106 arranged such that an outer part of the Knobs 121 over the support sections 105 and 106 and the other, inner part 119 via the respectively assigned webs 107 protrudes. This is particularly good in FIGS. 12 and 13 detect. By means of these knobs 117 the transition areas between the support sections 105, 106 and the webs 107 additionally reinforced, whereby a gain in stability is achieved becomes.

The second type of knobs 118 achieves the same effect in the areas in which the bridge sections 111 in the Cross bridges 111 (transition areas). Like especially the 10, the second knobs 118 are also on the webs 107, in alignment with the first Knobs 117, arranged, the inner knob part in a transition area of at least one bridge section 111 is arranged and the other knob part just not the The transition area overlaps. This way the transition area between bridge sections 111 and webs 107 reinforced.

It is clear that the aforementioned reinforcement measures, namely the corresponding positioning of the Pimples and the arrangement of staggered bridge sections both separately and in combination could be.

Each of these measures is made possible by the one they achieve Stability gain for the grating that, for example the support sections 115 can be made narrower, what a material saving and thus a reduction in Has manufacturing costs. For the rest, is mentioned with the specified grating damage or Damage to individual webs also due to excessive load not to fear.

Gemäß der Fig. 14 ist eine zweite Ausführungsform eines Abdeckrostes angegeben, der insbesondere für breitere Ausführungen verwendet wird.14 is a second embodiment of a grating specified, especially for wider versions is used.

In this embodiment too, the cover grate 101 - analogous to the first embodiment - first and second support sections 105, 106 as well as connecting and from each other in the longitudinal direction spaced webs 107.

The difference to the first embodiment results from that two adjacent webs 107 are not more by just one bridge section 111, but by two Bridge sections 111 are connected. This will make every inlet slot 109 divided into three partial inlet slots.

By arranging two bridge sections 111 each to connect two adjacent webs 107 two meandering lines formed that extend longitudinally the grating 101 through the partial inlet slots meander. The two meandering lines run in the essentially parallel to each other and are related to one Center line of symmetry A formed in mirror image to each other.

The bridge sections belonging to a meandering line 111 are mutually like the bridge portions of the first embodiment arranged. In particular, they alternate boundaries with their first and second support sections 105, 106 essentially facing edges on a line 113.

The bridge sections assigned to the other meandering line 111 are arranged analogously to one another.
