Claims (12)
- Abwickelvorrichtung für biegsamen Schlauch mit einer festen Auflage, auf welcher eine Rolle (2) drehbar angebracht ist, die von einem zylindrischen Kern (3) gebildet ist, der an seinen Enden mit zwei Flanschen (4, 5) größeren Durchmessers versehen ist, so daß eine Mehrzahl von Lagen von aufgerolltem, durch Ziehen abwickelbarem Schlauch (6) aufgenommen werden kann, wobei die feste Auflage aus einem selbsttragenden Gestell (7) besteht, das zwei Seitenteile (7a, 7b) umfaßt, die zur Bildung eines starren Rahmens quer miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Seitenteile (7a, 7b) geeignet sind, die Enden (11a, 11b) einer durch die Rolle (2) verlaufenden Achse (11) aufzunehmen und dem Aufbau Festigkeit zu verleihen, wenn die Rolle (2) zum Abwickeln plaziert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abwickelvorrichtung wenigstens eine Stange (34, 35) umfaßt, die quer zwischen den beiden Seitenteilen (7a, 7b) des Gestells (7) im Bereich eines unteren Abschnitts der plazierten Rolle (2) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie eine Sicherung gegen das versehentliche Abrollen des freien Endes (6a) des Schlauches (6) nach einem Abwickelvorgang bildet und bei einem erneuten Abwickelvorgang das Abwickeln der Rolle durch Verminderung der Reibungen erleichtert.
- Abwickelvorrichtung für biegsamen Schlauch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Stangen (34, 35) umfaßt, die quer zwischen den beiden Seitenteilen (7a, 7b) des Gestells (7) im Bereich eines unteren Abschnitts der plazierten Rolle (2) angeordnet sind, wobei diese beiden Stangen bezogen auf die vertikale Ebene etwa symmetrisch sind, die durch die die Rolle durchsetzende Achse (11) gelegt ist.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (7a, 7b) einerseits durch zwei nach oben gerichtete, seitliche Stützarme (9, 10), deren freie Enden (9a, 10a) geeignet sind, die Enden (11a, 11b) einer die Rolle (2) durchsetzenden Achse (11) aufzunehmen, und andererseits durch zwei horizontale Längsträger (12, 13) gebildet sind, die diese Stützarme (9, 10) an ihrem unteren Abschnitt unter Bildung eines Winkels alpha verlängern, um der Gesamtkonstruktion Festigkeit zu verleihen.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (h2) der die Rolle durchsetzenden Achse (11) größer ist als der Radius (r1) der Rolle (2), so daß diese nach dem Anbringen auf dem Gestell (7) nicht mehr den Boden (8) berührt und zum Zweck des durch Ziehen stattfindenden Abwickelns von biegsamem Schlauch um ihre Achse (11) frei drehbar ist, wobei das Anbringen und Abnehmen der Rolle durch Schwenken des Gestells in die eine (F1) oder andere Richtung (F2) um einen Drehpunkt (A) auf dem Boden (8) durchgeführt wird, der in dem Winkel alpha liegt, der von den Stützarmen (9, 10) mit den entsprechenden, nun als Hebelarme dienenden Längsträgern (12, 13) gebildet wird.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei seitliche Rollen (30, 31) beiderseits der Vorderseite des Gestells (7) angeordnet sind und beim Verschwenken des Gestells (7) zum Anbringen oder Abnehmen der Rolle (2) auf dem Boden (8) die Drehpunkte (A) bilden und das Verlagern der Rolle von einem Ort an einen anderen erleichtern.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden (9a, 10a) der Stützarme (9, 10) Mittel zum Greifen der Enden (11a, 11b) der Achse (11) der Rolle (2) umfassen, die aus zwei offenen Lagern nach Art einer Gabel (32, 33) bestehen, so daß sie die Aufnahme der Achse (11) durch Eingriff in einer zu dieser senkrechten Richtung ermöglichen.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifgabeln (32, 33) asymmetrische Zweigarme ausbilden, von denen diejenigen (32a, 33a), die zur Außenseite des Gestells (7) gerichtet sind, gegenüber denjenigen (32b, 33b), die nach innen gerichtet sind, verlängert sind, so daß sie für die Achse (11) der Rolle (2) Gleitflächen bilden, wenn diese ergriffen und auf dem Gestell (7) angebracht wird.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (12, 13) des Gestells (7) zwei freie Enden (12a, 13a) aufweisen, die durch ein vertikales Stirnelement (18) miteinander verbunden sind, das einen vorderen Abschnitt des Gestells (7) bildet, der mit zwei in den Längsträgern zum Einstellen der Länge des Gestells (7) verschiebbaren Teleskoparmen (19, 20) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stirnelement (18) des Gestells (7) einerseits eine elastische Haltevorrichtung in Form einer Klemme (21), in die das freie Ende (6a) des Schlauchs (6) zur Halterung zwischen zwei Abwickelvorgängen und beim Abschneiden während eines Abwickelvorgangs eingeklemmt werden kann, und andererseits eine unmittelbar benachbart zu der Klemme (21) angeordnete Querrolle (22) zur Erleichterung des Abwickelns aufweist.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flansche (4, 5) der Rolle (2) wenigstens eine auf ihrem jeweiligen Außenumfang ausgebildete, Arretierabflachung (40) umfassen, die geeignet ist, eine Rotationssperre für die Rolle (2) zu bilden, wenn diese auf dem Boden zum Greifen durch das Gestell bereitsteht.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Flansche (4, 5) der Rolle (2) eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen (41) aufweist, die erhaben auf ihrer Außenseite angeordnet und regelmäßig mit gleichem Abstand vom Mittelpunkt (O) verteilt sind, um einerseits ihr Abheben von einem Stapel mittels der Gabeln eines Gabelstaplers zu erleichtern und sie in den Bereich des selbsttragenden Gestells zu bringen und um andererseits ihr Gleichgewicht auf dem Boden (8) zu sichern, bevor sie horizontal verkippt wird, um von den Stützarmen (9, 10) des Gestells (7) über die Gabeln (32, 33) aufgenommen zu werden.
- Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeder der von dem in Lagen auf der Rolle (2) aufgewickelten Schlauch (6) gebildeten Windungen kontinuierlich eine dehnbare Kunststoff-Folie angeordnet ist, die eine Bahn (36) mit einer solchen Breite bildet, die ein Überlappen zuläßt und dementsprechend die Lagebeibehaltung der schichtweisen, nicht abgewickelten Windungen des Schlauchs (6) gegenüber denjenigen, die abgewickelt sind und wieder ihre natürliche, langgestreckte Form angenommen haben, sicherstellt.
