Claims (5)

  1. Fermeture de récipient ou analogue comprenant un élément de capuchon pouvant être appliqué sur le récipient comprenant un conduit de versement qui est relié de façon monobloc à l'élément de capuchon le long de son extrémité intérieure par un film charnière et pour le reste par une paroi pliable souple pour pouvoir pivoter entre une première et une seconde positions et qui est traversé par un passage constituant une partie d'un trajet d'écoulement entre l'intérieur de l'élément de capuchon et le côté extérieur, lequel passage est ouvert dans la première position du conduit de versement et est obturé par un téton d'obturation pénétrant dans une zone d'extrémité du conduit de versement dans la seconde position, lequel téton d'obturation est disposé sur l'élément de capuchon dans une relation sensiblement d'alignement avec le passage dans la seconde position du conduit de versement, caractérisé en ce que le téton d'obturation (5) est prévu du côté de l'extrémité intérieure du conduit de versement (6) et hors du trajet d'écoulement (A), et est conformé de façon que lors du pivotement du conduit de versement dans la seconde position, une zone de la paroi pliable (10) puisse être pressée dans la zone d'extrémité intérieure du passage (7) par le téton d'obturation.
  2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le téton d'obturation (5) a une configuration de téton d'enclenchement pour la fixation amovible du conduit de versement (6) dans la seconde position.
  3. Fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de versement (6) est reçu dans la seconde position avec une zone de paroi d'extrémité intérieure (4) dans un évidement (3) de l'élément de capuchon (1) qui constitue le support du téton d'obturation (5).
  4. Fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la zone de paroi d'extrémité intérieure (4) possède une forme convexe adaptée à un bord de liaison (14) entre la paroi pliable (10) et le conduit de versement (6).
  5. Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le conduit de versement (6) possède une paroi supérieure rigide en forme de plaque (8) pourvue d'une languette de prise (12).
