Description

The invention relates to a device for receiving flat curtains, roller blinds, roller blinds or the like curtains that can be wound up and unwound with a roller blind cassette for receiving the roll of the curtain, which can be wound up from and into the blind cassette by an opening in it, after this the preamble of claim 1.

Devices of this type are already known (DE 28 15 932 A1), which house panel curtains made of metallized transparent polyester films or the like and are predominantly mounted on window sashes or in the clear glass opening between glass retaining strips. When installed between the glass retaining strips, the screw connections used for fastening, which are required to detachably connect the roller blind cassette to the window sash, for example for maintenance work, interfere.

The invention has for its object to improve such a device to the extent that it allows invisible screwing of the blind cassette to a window or the like. It should also be adaptable to architectural aesthetic considerations. The cassette should be quick and easy to assemble and disassemble.

The invention is characterized in claim 1 and further embodiments of the same are claimed in subclaims. On the basis of the description of the figures and the drawing, particularly preferred forms of training are explained.

According to the invention, the holding member has a cross section with an essentially inverted L. In the free space formed in this way, the roller blind cassette is inserted or clipped in such a way that a support member prevents it from falling down and a blocking member in the form of mutually abutting webs prevents automatic pivoting about the support member until it falls out.

The holding member, like the roller blind cassette, is preferably an element with a cross-sectional profile, in particular manufactured in the extrusion or extrusion process, and preferably consists of light and practically non-weatherable material, in particular aluminum (or aluminum alloys) or plastic. It is recommended if the holding member forms such a profile element that covers the substantially rectangular, in particular square, roller blind box in cross-section with an upper, essentially horizontal leg on the upper side and with a vertical leg on a side wall, as is also shown in FIG is explained in the drawing example.

It is recommended that the support member and / or corresponding counter-elements with which it interacts in the assembly position or locking position have resilient properties so that it snaps into the locking position and prevents the blind cassette from snapping out or slipping there, by suitable means However, measures are released again from the locked position when the roller blind cassette is to be removed.

Since the support member preferably engages the cassette in the lower half, it also acts as a kind of "pivot bearing". Tilting around this "swivel bearing" prevents the locking element engaging at the top of the cassette.

Diesem Zweck dient der Steg L, dem sich der andere Steg M in den Weg stellt.1, the roller blind cassette 1 forms a hollow body which is essentially square in cross section, with the upper wall 1i, the side wall 1h and the lower wall 1g, in which the slot-shaped opening 1a for the passage of the curtain 4 (not shown here) is located. A web L protrudes upward from the upper wall 1i and serves as a lock against pivoting. The lower part of the side wall 1h is provided from the outside with a recess G in the form of a longitudinal groove. This longitudinal groove or recess G has a depth X and a width Z. The support member F is in the form of a strip from the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 in the direction of the cassette 1 and ensures in the locked position that the blind cassette 1 cannot fall down. The roller blind cassette can be composed of two individual profiles 1, 1 'to form the hollow profile according to FIG. 1; After the rolling curtain 4 has been inserted, the two individual profiles are connected to one another by means of bearing bodies on the head side. On the underside of the upper horizontal leg 2e of the holding member 2 there is a downwardly projecting web M which acts as a locking member and prevents the cassette 1 from tipping over the supporting member F which acts as a pivot bearing. The web L, for which the other web M stands in the way, serves this purpose.

The holding member 2, which is reversely L-shaped in cross section, is attached to the window, mainly in the clear glass opening between the glass holding strips, which are not shown here. It can be attached to the window, e.g. whose frame, glued or screwed, which can also serve the legs 2e, 2f. If a screw connection is selected, the screws are laid in the free spaces between the legs 2e, 2f and the cassette 1 and covered by the latter from the outside.

The web L is located at a distance a2 from the outside of the vertical leg 2f.

When the roller blind cassette 1 is inserted into the holding element 2, a bending stress is created which presses the webs L and M against each other when it is pushed in, so that the outer surface of the web L rests under tension on the inner surface of the web M.

In order to keep the effort to overcome this bending stress when inserting the roller blind cassette 1 as low as possible, these mutually facing surfaces of the webs L and M are designed as inclined planes in order to form sliding or run-up surfaces Lo, Mo at the free ends.

Their pitch dimensions should be chosen to be slightly smaller than half the depth X of the recess G, in particular approximately 0.4 × X.

The difference between the sum of the two pitch dimensions and the depth X determines the resistance which has to be overcome in order to press the roller blind cassette 1 into its end position or locking or assembly position into the holding element 2, which is rectangular in cross section. The bending stress to be overcome in the holding element 2 increases as the blind cassette 1 is inserted until the sliding surfaces of the webs L and M slide plane-parallel to one another and immediately drops to a predeterminable value when the profile tongue of the supporting element F at the supporting point B in the groove-shaped recess G deflects.

The then existing bending or compressive stress of the holding member 2 can also be predetermined in size by a groove-shaped cross-section D at the junction of the two legs 2e, 2f.

In its end position within the holding member 2, the roller blind cassette 1 is secured against horizontal changes in position by the webs L and M on the blocking surface A, against vertical changes in position by the web of the support member F in the recess G at the point B, against torques in one direction also by the webs L and M at A and against torques in the opposite direction by the downwardly projecting stop N at the free outer end of the horizontal leg 2e.

In order to be able to detach the roller cassette 1 from the holding member 2, its bending or clamping tension must be overcome.

This is simple e.g. possible by using a lever-like tool, e.g. a screwdriver, engages in the gap between the holding member 2 and the cassette 1 from below in E or from the front in C and bends the blind cassette 1 and the holding member 2 apart.

The web of the support member F is lifted out of the groove G and the roller blind cassette 1 is rotated into a slight inclined position. If the lever tool is now removed, the support member F can no longer spring back into the groove G.

If the roller cassette 1 is now also pulled down, the oblique run-up surfaces Lo, Mo of the webs L and M slide over one another, the bending stress between the legs 2e, 2f is reduced to zero and the roller cassette 1 falls out of the holding member 3 downward.

According to FIG. 3, on the outer surface of the web L1 standing up from the upper wall 1i of the roller blind cassette 1, a projection L12 can also snap into a corresponding recess on the inner surface of the web M1 protruding downward from the horizontal leg 2e of the holding element 2 in the assembly position. Here, too, it is advisable to chamfer the inner surface at the lower end of this web M1, so that an oblique run-up surface M12 is formed, which on the one hand has the task already mentioned above for FIG. 1, but on the other hand also swivels the roller blind cassette 1 to a certain extent about the pivot point A1 enables.

Auch hier bildet die Ausnehmung G1 eine Art Schwenklager B1.4, the outer end of the web of the support member F1 of the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 is rounded in order to engage in a corresponding rounded recess G1 in the wall 1h of the roller blind cassette 1. Here too, the recess G1 forms a type of pivot bearing B1.

It is recommended to choose the distance a₁ between the top of the horizontal leg 2e of the holding member 2 and the support member F as large as possible; this distance a 1 should be between 50 and 100% of the length of the leg 2f.

Likewise, it is advisable to choose the distance a₂ between the inner surface of the web M and the outer surface of the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 as large as possible; this distance a₂ should be between about 50 and 80% of the length of the leg 2e (seen in the cross-sectional direction).

The distance Y between the downwardly projecting stop N at the outer end of the horizontal leg 2e and the blind cassette 1 at the gap C should be less than the depth X of the recess G in the wall 1h of the blind cassette 1.

The alternative embodiment of the invention according to Figures 5 and 6 has the advantage that only a single, namely a U-shaped profile part is required for the blind cassette 1, since the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 from the U-shaped in cross section Roller blind cassette 1 enclosing space on one side. The open ends of this space, ie the roller blind cassette 1, are each closed off with a plate-like component U, each of which has a recess U1 for receiving the support member F of the holding member 2 at the relevant location. The plate-like component U can be an integrated part of the end plate V or screwed to such an end plate V, which includes the entire device of the holding member 2 closes at the end in the installed state. The two plate-like components U are partially inserted at both ends of the roller blind cassette 1 into the interior and are screwed there by means of the screws T.

According to FIG. 5, the drum 4a for receiving the curtain or roller blind 4 is inserted into the chamber formed on the one hand by the roller blind cassette 1 and on the other hand by the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2, which curtain 4 is formed by the free space between the end of the lower leg of the blind cassette 1 and the lower end of the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 is formed, which corresponds to the opening O of the embodiment of Figure 1. In this embodiment, it is advisable to make the support member F semicircular in cross section and to form the recess U1 in the plate-shaped component U in a correspondingly concave manner, so that both parts fit well into one another.

In addition, it is expedient if, on the other side of the upright web L of the roller blind cassette 1, a second web P extends from the upper horizontal leg 2e of the holding member 2. The upstanding web L is in the assembly position shown in FIG. 5 between the two webs M and P. The second web P serves the purpose of inserting the web L behind the first web M in a position in which it is not yet Has locked position with the snug fit between the support member F and the recess U1, to prevent the cassette 1 from being displaced too far inwards towards the recess D. The second web P is therefore only a kind of assembly aid, while in the locked assembly position it does not itself perform any task.

A not only constructively, but also optically particularly preferred embodiment of the invention will now be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8: The roller blind cassette 1 is here made up of two segments formed, which are joined together in a kind of notch groove 1c to form a kind of sleeve, the cross section of which is essentially circular. The slot O formed in this way takes on the task of opening O in FIG. 1. The upper web L in this example is essentially round in cross section; it rests on the corresponding concave curved locking surface A of the first web M of the holding member 2 in the mounting position. Here, too, the second web P serves as an assembly aid as described for FIGS. 5 and 6. The support member F protruding from the horizontal leg 2f of the holding member 2 and essentially circular in cross-section has a particularly oblique run-up surface F2, which in the upper part has a detent F3 for a corresponding recess, a web R projecting in the direction of the vertical leg 2f of the holding member 2 intervenes. During assembly, the web L is expediently first inserted into the recess between the two webs M and P and pivoted about this pivot point to such an extent that the web R of the roller blind cassette 1 abuts the run-up surface F2. Due to the resilient spreadability of the two legs 2e, 2f of the holding member 2 around the weakened by the recess D connection of these two legs 2e, 2f, it is possible to push the hook-shaped locking tooth R1 past the locking lug F3 in order to anchor the roller blind cassette 1 in a latching manner on the holding member 2 . If the roller blind cassette 1 is to be removed from there again, it is sufficient to intervene with an object, for example a screwdriver, in the space E between the lower bead-shaped edge of the vertical leg 2f of the holding element 2 and the semicircular profile part 1b of the blind cassette 1 and both by lever action Push parts out of the locking position in order to then lift the roller blind cassette 1 from the holding element 2 either first by pivoting it past the supporting element F or to let it slide along the contact surface F2 with the locking tooth R1.

In this way, a device can be implemented which has no visible screw connections, i.e. is aesthetically favorable and easy to train with regard to assembly.
