Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gliederbrücke eines trennbaren Übergangs zwischen gelenkig miteinander gekuppelten Fahrzeugen, insbesondere Schienenfahrzeugen
Ein trennbarer Übergang mit einer Gliederbrücke ist beispielsweise aus der EP-PS 0 331 121 bekannt. Allerdings ist die dort dargestellte Gliederbrücke nicht für alle Einsatzfälle geeignet; so kann eine derartige Gliederbrücke bei Schienenfahrzeugen mit gleisbogenabhängiger Wagenkastensteuerung nicht eingesetzt werden. Bei derartigen Fahrzeugen, beispielsweise dem italienischen Zug "Pendolino" beträgt die Wankbewegung der Fahrzeuge bis zu 8 °. Das heißt, daß bei zwei unmittelbar miteinander gekuppelten Fahrzeugen eines Zuges sich das eine Fahrzeug gegenüber dem anderen Fahrzeug um bis zu 8 ° neigen kann.The invention relates to a link bridge of a separable transition between vehicles articulated to one another, in particular rail vehicles

Dieses Endglied ist Teil der Verbindung zu dem jeweiligen Fahrzeug. Im einzelnen ist zwischen dem Bolzen und dem elastischen Element radial eine starre Traghülse, beispielsweise aus Metall, vorgesehen, wobei die Traghülse und korrespondierend hierzu das elastische Element ballig ausgebildet sind. Zur Abstützung des Endgliedes gegenüber dem Bolzen ist das elastische Element mit einem starren Mantel versehen, der korrespondierend zu dem elastischen Element ebenfalls ballig ausgebildet ist. Durch die ballige Ausbildung der Traghülse und des elastischen Elements und korrespondierend hierzu des Mantels, wird der Mantel von dem elastischen Element getragen; mit dem Mantel ist das Endglied verbunden. Um die Verdrehbarkeit der ballig ausgebildeten Traghülse gegenüber dem Bolzen zu gewährleisten, ist zwischen der Traghülse und dem Bolzen eine weitere Hülse vorgesehen, die durch den Bolzen eingespannt ist; zwischen der Hülse und der Traghülse befindet sich ein minimaler Abstand, um die Verdrehung der Traghülse gegenüber der Hülse zu ermöglichen.The mounting comprises in particular a bolt held by the frame support and projecting through the end member, the end member being supported by an elastic element relative to the bolt. Hierbei ist der Bolzen endseitig jeweils mit einer Buchse mit einem horizontal verlaufenden Bund versehen, auf dem sich das Glied der Gliederbrücke abstützt. Mit seinem anderen Ende liegt die Buchse, ebenso wie die Stirnseite des Bolzens an dem horizontalen Schenkel des Rahmenträgers an. Zwischen den Buchsen ist als federndes Element eine Feder angeordnet.
