Claims (14)

  1. Anordnung mit einer Schwenkvorrichtung zwischen zwei Positionen, in der Art der Einrichtung einer Schwenkschranke zwischen einer Verbotsposition für die Zufahrt zu einer reservierten Zone und einer Position der Zufahrtsfreigabe, vor allem eine Schrankenvorrichtung von Kraftfahrzeugparkplätzen, in der Art einer Schrankenvorrichtung mit Schwenkarm um eine erste Drehachsenvorrichtung (3), mit zumindest einen Arm (8) und vorteilhafter noch eine Vorrichtung mit zwei Armen in Form eines Bogens (B), eine Antriebsvorrichtung durch Drehen der sogenannten Schrankenvorrichtung und Betätigungsmittel dieser Antriebsvorrichtung, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung einen Hebel (6) mit zwei Armen (7, 8) von verschiedener Länge beinhaltet, welche um eine zweite Drehachsenvorrichtung (13) angebracht ist, der kürzere Arm (7) ist mit der Schrankenvorrichtung (B) verbunden, um diese zu schwenken, wenn sich der Hebel (6) um die genannte Drehachse (13) dreht, und dadurch, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung auf das Ende des längeren Armes (8) wirkt.
  2. Anordnung der Schranken lt. Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung über Mittel (12) verfügt, um dem zweiarmigen Hebel (6) eine axiale Bewegungskomponente in Richtung Drehachse (3) der Schrankenvorrichtung (B) zu geben, welche zur Drehbewegung des Hebels (6) auf die Weise hinzukommt, daß das Schwenken der Schrankenvorrichtung in ihrer hochgestellten Verbotsposition zuerst hauptsächlich durch den Dreheffekt des Hebels und anschließend durch die sogenannte Axialbewegung dieses verursacht wird.
  3. Anordnung der Schranke lt. Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrankenvorrichtung (B) auf Ebene der ersten Drehachse (3) ein Bauteil (5) beinhaltet, welches eine Nocke bildet, auf welche der Endteil des kurzen Armes (7) des Antriebshebels (6) durch Drehen wirkt, und die zweite Drehachse (13) ist realisiert in der Form einer Vorrichtung, welche sich auf eine fixe Fläche (2) stützt, durch eine Kontaktzone, vorteilhaft linear und senkrecht zur Achse des Hebels (6), diese Kontaktzone ist auf der Trägerfläche in Axialrichtung des Hebels verschiebbar.
  4. Anordnung der Schranke lt. Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Drehachse (13) zumindest ein Wälzlager (14) beinhaltet, dessen Achse senkrecht zur longitudinalen Richtung des Hebels (6) verläuft und welche im Wälzkontakt mit der Trägerfläche (2) ist.
  5. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Ende des langen Armes (8) des Hebels (6) auf einer Oberfläche (12) aufliegt, die auf die Art im Verhältnis zur Achse des Hebels schräggestellt ist, daß eine Schwenkbewegung des Endes dieses Armes in Richtung der Schwenkführung des Schrankenvorrichtung in seine Hochposition die vorgenannte Axialverschiebung des Hebels (6) hervorruft.
  6. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung des Hebels (6) einen Elektromotor (25) beinhaltet, versehen mit einer Laufradwelle (26), deren Winkelbewegung das Drehen des Hebels hervorruft.
  7. Anordnung der Schranke lt. Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Welle (26) an ihrem freien Ende ein Wälzlager (28) trägt, welches sich auf die obere Fläche des Hebels (6) stützt.
  8. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung ein Elektromagnet enthält, versehen mit einem Solenoid, dessen Verschieben das Drehen des Hebels hervorruft.
  9. Anordnung der Schranke lt. Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die vorgenannte Schrägfläche (12) in ihrer Endphase des Antriebs der Schrankeneinrichtung (B) in ihrer hochgestellten Position eine Schrägzone (17) beinhaltet, welche entgegengesetzt ist zur Verriegelung der Schrankenvorrichtung in dieser Hochstellung.
  10. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der lange Arm (8) des Antriebshebels (6) beim Schwenken der Schrankenvorrichtung (B) ein Gegengewicht (30) trägt, dessen Axialposition auf den Hebel einstellbar ist, um einen Kompensiereffekt des Gewichtes der Schrankenvorrichtung (B) zu sichern.
  11. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung (25) des Schwenkhebels (6) einen Haltestop der Schwenkbewegung beinhaltet, wenn sich der Schrankenvorrichtung ein Hindernis stellt.
  12. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sie eine Fernbedienungsvorrichtung beinhaltet.
  13. Anordnung der Schranke lt. einer der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sie eine Vorrichtung zur Stromversorgung der Betätigungsvorrichtung des Hebels (6) beinhaltet, welche eine vorteilhaft aufladbare Batterie (31) und Sonnenkollektoren (32) beinhalten, diese Kollektoren sind die elektrische Energiequelle der Stromversorgung eines Teils des Netzes der Betätigungsvorrichtung und der Aufladung der Batterie.
  14. Anordnung der Schranke lt. den Ansprüchen 12 und 13, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Sonnenkollektoren die Energieversorgungseinrichtung darstellen, vor allem des Signalempfängers der Fernbedienung, der Betätigungsvorrichtung, wenn diese elektrische Einrichtungen beinhalten, und diese mit elektrischem Strom von der vorgenannten Batterie aus gespeist ist.
