Eine alternative mechanische Ausgestaltungsform zur Schaffung eines Abstandes zwischen dem Etikett und der Behälterwand besteht darin, daß das Erfassungsorgan symmetrisch zum Durchtrennungselement paarweise zusammenwirkende, gegensinnig antreibbare Reibrollen aufweist, welche darüber hinaus zweckmäßigerweise als Gummirollen ausgebildet sind.

Die in den Figuren 1 bis 4 dargestellte Entetikettiervorrichtung weist ein Fundament 1 auf, welches ein Hauptlager 2 für eine mittels eines Antriebsrades 3 um eine vertikale Achse rotierend antreibbare Hauptsäule 4 trägt.
Mit der Hauptsäule 4 fest verbunden ist ein Oberteil 6, welches in gleichmäßigen Teilungsabständen Spannköpfe 7 trägt.
Am unteren Ende ist ein Flaschentisch 8 mit der Hauptsäule 4 fest verbunden, welcher ebenfalls in gleichmäßigen Teilungsabständen Zentrierköpfe 9 trägt, die durch ein Hubantriebsmittel 11 mittels einer Steuerrolle 12 und einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve 13 zwecks Aufnahme von aufrechtstehenden PET-Flaschen 14 relativ zu den Spannköpfen 7 verschiebbar sind.
Die Flaschen 14 sind mit einem als Rundumetikett ausgebildeten Rumpfetikett 16 versehen, welches die nach innen abgesetzte bzw. eingeschnürte Mantelfläche der Flasche ohne direkten Klebkontakt zur Flaschenwandung lediglich durch eine verklebte Überlappungsnaht der Etikettenenden umschließt.
Dem mit der Hauptsäule 4 rotierenden Oberteil 6 und Flaschentisch 8 sind gemäß Figur 2 ein Einlaufstern 17 zum Zuführen und ein Auslaufstern 18 zum Abfördern der Flaschen 14 sowie ein Fördermittel 19 zum Entfernen der abgelösten Etiketten 16 zugeordnet.
Zwischen dem Oberteil 6 und dem Flaschentisch 8 trägt die Hauptsäule einen fest verkeilten Rotor 21, welcher ebenfalls in gleichmäßigen Teilungsabständen Halter 22 für jeweils ein einer Flascheneinspannstelle zugeordnetes mechanisches Durchtrennungselement 23 aufnimmt. Dem Durchtrennungselement 23 ist ein Etikettenerfassungsorgan 32 zugeordnet, das gemäß Figur 4 als mit Saugöffnungen 33 versehene, eine Saugkammer 34 begrenzende Saugleiste 36 ausgebildet ist, welche der Krümmung der Flaschenumfangsfläche angepaßt ist. Das Erfassungsorgan 32 ist mit einer den Halter 22 aufnehmenden bzw. den Durchtritt des Durchtrennungselements 23 ermöglichenden Durchbrechung 37 versehen.
Das Erfassungsorgan 32 weist einen Steuerhebel 38 mit einer Steuerrolle 39 auf, die in Zusammenwirkung mit einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve 41 für eine Radialverschiebung des Erfassungsorgans 32 relativ zur Flaschenumfangsfläche sorgen. Der Kontakt der Steuerrolle 39 mit der Steuerkurve 41 ist durch zwei Zugfedern 42 gewährleistet, die am Steuerhebel 38 und ortsfesten Stützpunkten 43 angreifen.The severing

Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist wie folgt:
Die kontinuierlich durch den Einlaufstern 17 an den Flaschentisch 8 übergebenen Flaschen 14 werden während der Rotation des Flaschentisches in Pfeilrichtung 44 mittels der durch die Steuerkurve 13 aktivierten Hubantriebsmittel 11 drehsicher zwischen Spannkopf 7 und Zentrierkopf 9 eingespannt.
Im weiteren Verlauf der Kreisbahn in Pfeilrichtung 44 wird die durch Saugluft beaufschlagte Saugleiste 36 durch einen entsprechend gestalteten Kurvenabschnitt 41a der Steuerkurve 41 gegen die Flaschenwandung verschoben und unter Ansaugung des Etiketts 16 durch einen entsprechend gestalteten Kurvenabschnitt 41b der Steuerkurve 41 zurückbewegt. Unter den auf diese Weise von der Flaschenwand abgehobenen Abschnitt 16a des Etiketts 16 taucht durch Aktivierung des Linearantriebsmittels 24 im weiteren Verlauf der Kreisbahn 44 zunächst der Abstandhalter 31 ein.
