Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Steuern des spaltenweisen Drucks eines Postwertzeichenbildes (14) in einer Frankiermaschine,bei dem die Bildinformationen codiert bereitgehalten und vor dem jeweiligen Druckvorgang in Binärsignale zum Ansteuern von Druckelementen (d1-d240) umgesetzt werden,wobei unveränderliche Bildinformationen und veränderliche Bildinformationen getrennt voneinander umgesetzt werden,und wobei die umgesetzten veränderlichen und unveränderlichen Bildinformationen erst während des Drucks des Postwertzeichenbildes (14) zusammengesetzt werden,
daß erst während des Druckvorgangs die veränderlichen Bildinformationen festgelegt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die veränderlichen Bildinformationen für jede Druckspalte (s1, s2, sj, sn) separat zwischen dem Drucken zweier Druckspalten (z.B. sj, sj+1) umgesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die veränderlichen Bildinformationen vor dem Drucken des Postwertzeichenbildes (14) in Binärdaten gewandelt und in einem Speicher (26b) bereitgehalten werden und daß die Binärsignale aus den Binärdaten erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unveränderlichen und veränderlichen codierten Bildinformationen in voneinander getrennten Bereichen eines nichtflüchtigen Speichers (26c) bereitgehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unveränderlichen codierten Bildinformationen in einem NUR-Lesespeicher (26e) bereitgehalten werden und vor dem Beginn des Drucks aus diesem ausgelesen und decodiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unveränderlichen Bildinformationen vor dem Drucken eines Postwertzeichenbildes (14) in Binärdaten umgewandelt werden, aus denen Binärsignale erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die codierten Bildinformationen mit Steuerzeichen (z.B. "51") versehen werden, die angeben, ob die nachfolgenden codierten Bildinformationen veränderlich oder unveränderlich sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bildinformationen abhängig von den Steuerzeichen in die veränderlichen und unveränderlichen Bildinformationen aufgeteilt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerzeichen einen Wert (z.B. "51") haben, der im Zeichenvorrat der codierten Bildinformationen nicht enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unveränderlichen Bildinformationen in einer Folge ( z.B. Quelladressen a1 bis a5) entsprechend dem spaltenweisen Druck angeordnet werden, und daß Steuerzeichen ("51") zwischen die Bildinformationen eingefügt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unveränderlichen Bildinformationen spaltenweise sequentiell adressenorientiert in Binärdaten gewandelt und auf Steuerzeichen untersucht werden, wobei jede Adresse (A) einem Druckelement zugeordnet ist, daß beim Auftreten eines Steuerzeichens (Verfahrensschritt 64) die zugehörge Adresse als Fensteradresse (A') zwischengespeichert wird, daß vor dem Drucken einer Spalte die Binärdaten der unveränderlichen Bildinformationen in einem Druckprogramm sequentiell adressenorientiert zum Drucken für die betreffenden Druckelemente (d1 bis d256) bereitgestellt werden, daß beim Abarbeiten des Druckprogramms und Erreichen der Fensteradresse (A') zu einem Fensterprogramm (Verfahrensschritt 94) verzweigt wird, in dem die veränderlichen Bildinformationen in Binärdaten gewandelt und für die betreffenden Druckelemente adressenorientiert bereitgestellt werden, und daß nach dem Abarbeiten des Fensterprogramms (94) zum Druckprogramm zurückverzweigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Fensterprogramme bereitgehalten werden, deren jeweilige Anfangsadresse abhängig vom Steuerzeichen indirekt unter der Fensteradresse gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Sätzen codierter veränderlicher Bildinformationen bereitgestellt werden, die verschiedenen Informationen eines Steuersignals zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuersignal als Information einen zu druckenden Portowert, ein Datum, eine Uhrzeit, eine Seriennummer der Frankiermaschine, eine laufende Drucknummer und/oder einen variablen Bildteil eines Firmenklischee enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugriff auf die veränderlichen Bildinformationen durch indirekte Speicheradressierung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim sequentiellen Drucken mehrerer Spalten mit aufsteigender Numerierung der Zugriff auf die veränderlichen Bildinformationen durch indirekte indizierte Speicheradressierung erfolgt, wobei die veränderlichen Bildinformationen in Übereinstimmung mit der zu druckenden Nummer der Spalte in Binärdaten gewandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Sätze codierter unveränderlicher Bildinformationen bereitgehalten werden, auf die wahlweise zugegriffen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Codieren der Bildinformationen die Lauflängencodierung verwendet wird.
