Claims (5)
- Un procédé de fabrication et de transport de béton vers un site de coulage, conformément auquel un récipient (4) équipé d'un élément mélangeur est utilisé pour mélanger le béton, et un engin de travail (1) ou un véhicule est utilisé pour transporter ledit récipient, et le grappin (5) ou le godet dudit engin ou véhicule est utilisé pour doser le sable dans ledit récipient de mélange (4), caractérisé par le fait que le béton est transporté vers le site de coulage dans le récipient de mélange (4) posé sur le grappin (5) ou le godet de l'engin de travaille et par le fait que, pendant le dosage, malaxage et transport, ledit récipient est directement relié à l'engin de travail (1) au moyen des flexibles hydrauliques sous pression (9, 10).
- Un procédé conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, pendant ledit dosage de sable dans le récipient de mélange (4), ledit récipient est placé sur le sol et relié à l'engin de travail (1) au moyen desdits flexibles hydrauliques (9, 10).
- Un procédé conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la flèche de l'engin de travail est munie d'un réservoir à eau (3) ainsi que d'un dispositif régulant le dosage d'eau.
- Un procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient de mélange (4) est relié au grappin (5) ou au godet au moyen d'éléments de blocage (7), dont le fonctionnement se contrôle depuis la cabine de l'engin de travail.
- Un procédé conforme à la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'ouverture et la fermeture des éléments de blocage (7) se fait par rapport au débit de liquide sous pression faisant tourner le malaxeur (12).
