Abstract

Un véhicule de ramassage d'ordures est muni d'un récipient d'ordures (3) monté sur le châssis (1) derrière la cabine du conducteur (2). Le récipient (3) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe vertical (7) par rapport au châssis (1), on peut vider le récipient à travers un volet (6) situé dans sa partie antérieure où normalement la cabine du conducteur constituerait un obstacle. Grâce à cette conception, la paroi arrière du récipient d'ordures peut s'adapter parfaitement aux parois inférieures et latérales du récipient, mais il reste possible de soulever les poubelles et récipients d'ordures situés à l'extrémité arrière du véhicule grâce à un mécanisme de levage classique qui les présente devant une ouverture, par exemple dans le côté supérieur du récipient. Ensuite, une fois que les ordures ont été comprimées contre l'extrémité avant du récipient et que celui-ci a été tourné autour d'un axe vertical par rapport au châssis, les ordures peuvent être déchargées à travers un volet ouvrable, mais qui est normalement étanche, situé à l'extrémité avant du récipient dans le sens de la marche.
