Claims (6)
- Cage d'escalier pour maisons préfabriquées à plusieurs étages, la cage d'escalier étant constituée par des cellules préfabriquées, les cellules individuelles (A, B, C) à superposer les unes sur les autres présentant des escaliers prémontés et posés en usine, dans les cellules (A, B, C) étant montées des plates-formes (10, 11 ; 30, 31), entre lesquelles sont agencés les escaliers, et des évidements étant ménagés dans le plateau de base (1, 8 ; 36) et/ou le plateau de sommet (3), caractérisée en ce que les cellules (A, B, C) présentent un plateau de base (1, 8 ; 36) avec un cadre en acier profilé, des éléments de colonne montants (9) aux coins, un cadre de sommet supérieur et des parois extérieures définitivement montées du côté frontal comportant une rambarde, des fenêtres, une isolation et un coupe-feu, en ce que les plates-formes sont réalisées sous la forme de plates-formes intermédiaires (10, 11 ; 30, 31) agencées entre le plateau de base (1, 8 ; 36) et le plateau de sommet (3) d'une cellule (A, B, C), en ce que les plates-formes intermédiaires (10, 11 ; 30, 31) sont retenues sur un côté sur des traverses (12) fixées entre les éléments de colonne montants (9) des cellules (A, B, C), et sur l'autre côté sur des traverses (13) qui s'appuient contre des colonnes supplémentaires montantes (14), en ce que les escaliers présentent des marches d'escalier préfabriquées (16, 18, 20 ; 33, 35) qui sont mises en place dans des limons d'escalier (15, 17, 19 ; 32, 34) menant vers et depuis les plates-formes intermédiaires (10, 11 ; 30, 31), et en ce que sur les limons d'escalier (15, 17, 19 ; 32, 34) sont fixées des balustrades d'escalier (40 - 43).
- Cage d'escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités supérieures des limons d'escalier (19 ; 34) montant depuis la plate-forme intermédiaire (11 ; 31) sont fixées sur des traverses (21) du cadre de sommet (4, 5) de la cellule respective.
- Cage d'escalier selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la plate-forme intermédiaire (10, 11) est réalisée en deux pièces à différentes hauteurs avec un escalier partiel (18) interposé.
- Cage d'escalier selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les plates-formes intermédiaires (10, 11 ; 30, 31) en deux pièces sont retenues au niveau de leurs coins situés à l'intérieur vers la cage d'escalier, via des éléments de colonne montants séparés (14).
- Cage d'escalier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les faces inférieures des plates-formes intermédiaires (10, 11 ; 30, 31) et des escaliers (16, 20 ; 33, 35) sont revêtues de plaques coupe-feu (23, 24).
- Cage d'escalier selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement coupe-feu (23) des escaliers (16) est agencé du côté inférieur des limons d'escalier (15) en recouvrant les marches d'escalier (16).
