Claims (13)
- Tube (1) die einen Hals (2) mit einer Abgabeöffnung (3) aufweist, an den sich eine Tubenschulter (4) und ein flexibler Mantel (5) sowie oberhalb des Mantels (5) ein oder mehrere seitliche Durchgangsfenster anschließen (9), wobei der Hals (2) eine außen angeordnete ringförmige Befestigungseinrichtung (10; 30) zur dichten Befestigung eines äußeren Halses (27) und zwei Kammern (6 und 7) aufweist, die bis zur Abgabeöffnung (3) gegenseitig vollständig dicht sind, wobei die erste Kammer (6) der beiden Kammern mit dem Innenraum (8) des Mantels (5) der Tube (1) in Verbindung steht und die zweite Kammer (7) das oder die seitlichen Durchgangsfenster (9) aufweist, welche im unteren Bereich des Halses (2) und oberhalb der Tubenschulter (4) angeordnet sind, die den Boden der zweiten Kammer (7) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die erste Kammer (6) eine äußere Wandung (14) aufweist, die mit der Tubenschulter (4) durch eine in bezug auf die äußere Wandung (14) nach innen versetzte Einlage (15) mit einer Dicke von weniger als 0,6 mm verbunden ist, um Verformungen durch Schwindung bei der Formgebung dieser Tube (1) zu vermeiden. - Tube nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einlage (15) einen Außendurchmesser hat, der kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser der äußeren Wandung (14) der ersten Kammer (6), und eine Dicke aufweist, die 0,05 bis 0,5 mm beträgt.
- Innere Tube nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Einlage (15) eine Dicke von 0,15 bis 0,3 mm aufweist.
- Tube nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hals (2) der inneren Tube (1) oberhalb der Durchgangsfenster (9) eine Höhe aufweist, die mindestens zweimal so groß ist wie der äquivalente Durchmesser des Querschnitts der größeren (7) der beiden Kammern (6 und 7), um das Zurückströmen der Produkte nach der Abgabe zu bremsen und das Einziehen von Luft zu vermeiden.
- Tube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Hals (2) einen nicht durchbrochenen ringförmigen Teil (11 und 12) umfaßt, der außen die ringförmige Befestigungseinrichtung (10; 30) aufweist und der mit einem Verbindungsteil (16) zur Verbindung mit der Tubenschulter (4) verbunden ist, dessen Durchmesser und Breite über alles höchstens so groß ist wie der Innendurchmesser des ringförmigen Teils (11 und 12), wobei der Hals (2) in die beiden Kammern (6 und 7) durch eine etwa axiale Zwischenwand (18) aufgeteilt ist, die durchgehend mit dem Teil (40) der Tubenschulter (4) verbunden ist, der den Boden (40) der zweiten Kammer (7) bildet, und das Verbindungsteil (16) die Einlage (15) im zurückspringenden Teil der ersten Kammer (6) und die Durchgangsfenster (9) der zweiten Kammer (7) umfaßt.
- Tube nach Anspruch 4, wobei die beiden Kammern (6, 7) der inneren Tube (1) innen axiale Rippen (19) aufweisen, die sich von der Tubenschulter (4) mindestens bis zum oberen Bereich der Durchgangsfenster (9) bzw. der Einlage (15) erstrecken, wobei diese Rippen (19) zur Bremsung des Zurückströmens der Produkte in die Tube beitragen.
- Tube nach Anspruch 6, wobei mehrere der axialen Rippen (19) die Durchgangsöffnungen (9) vorgeben und den Hals (2) versteifen.
- Tube nach Anspruch 1, wobei die außen angeordnete ringförmige Befestigungseinrichtung (10; 30) zur dichten Befestigung des Halses (2) der Tube (1) entweder eine zylindrische bzw. kegelstumpfförmige ringförmige Oberfläche (30) zum Ineinanderfügen unter Kraftaufwendung oder eine ringförmige Rippe oder Rille zum Einrasten (10) ist.
- Tube nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Tubenschulter (4) der inneren Tube (1) Rippen (25) aufweist, die zusammen mit der Befestigungseinrichtung (30) als Vorsprünge (25) zum Stoppen und Abstandhalten für die äußere Tube (23) dienen.
- Abgabevorrichtung (21; 22) zur Abgabe von zwei cremigen oder pastösen Produkten, die aus einer inneren Tube (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und einer äußeren Tube (23) besteht, wobei die äußere Tube (23) einen Hals (27), der auf den Hals (2) der inneren Tube (1) formschlüssig aufgesetzt ist, und eine ringförmige, innen angeordnete Befestigungseinrichtung (24; 31) aufweist, die mit dem Hals (2) der inneren Tube (1) zusammenwirkt, und wobei die seitlichen Durchgangsfenster (9) in den ringförmigen Zwischenraum (26) zwischen den beiden Tuben (1 und 23) münden.
- Abgabevorrichtung (21) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die ringförmigen Befestigungseinrichtungen (24, 10) zur dichten Befestigung des Halses (27) der äußeren Tube (23) und des Halses (2) der inneren Tube (1) ineinander passende Rippen (24) bzw. Rillen (10) aufweisen.
- Abgabevorrichtung (22) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die ringförmigen Befestigungseinrichtungen (31; 30) zur dichten Befestigung des Halses (27) der äußeren Tube (23) und des Halses (2) der inneren Tube (1) jeweils zylindrische Oberflächen (31, 30) oder jeweils kegelstumpfförmige Oberflächen sind, die unter Verklemmen einrasten.
- Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Tubenschulter (4) der inneren Tube (1) Rippen (25) aufweist, die die Absenkung der äußeren Tube (23), die unter Verklemmen einrastet, und die Breite des ringförmigen Zwischenraums (26) vorgeben.
