Claims (6)

  1. Abgabeflasche für Produkte, die in Form von Flüssigkeit, Creme oder Gel verpackt sind, insbesondere für kosmetische, dermatologische, pharmazeutische, augenärztliche oder Parfümerieanwendungen, des Typs mit einem Behälter (1) mit Produkt (2), der an einem seiner Enden an einen Kopf angeschlossen ist, der mit einer Pumpe (4) versehen ist, die mit einem gesteuerten Verschlussmittel für die Entlüftung (40) ausgestattet ist, die auf dem Körper (41) der Pumpe (4) vorgesehen ist, und mit einer Hülse (3) zum Befestigen, wobei das Verschlussmittel ein Diffusionselement (6) umfasst, das luftdurchlässig ist und nicht migrierende Mittel für die bakteriologische und/oder chemische Behandlung der Luft durch Kontakt umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (6) auf dem Körper (41) der Pumpe aufgeklinkt ist und durch radiales, peripheres, dichtes Festziehen mindestens einer ringförmigen Zone einerseits und durch das Einführen seines oberen Teils in die Befestigungshülse (3) andererseits gehalten wird.
  2. Abgabeflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Diffusionselement (6) ein poriger Kern (61) ist, der ein Filter mit ringförmigem Querschnitt bildet, das direkt auf den Körper (41) der Pumpe aufgezogen ist und dessen Porengröße zwischen 5 µm und 10 um liegt.
  3. Abgabeflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Diffusionselement ein elastisch verformbarer Stutzen (62) ist, der um den Pumpenkörper eine biegsame Tasche (60) mit veränderlichem Volumen bildet, und deren Wand, die eine Membran bildet, aus einem Werkstoff mit intrinsischer luftdurchlässiger Eigenschaft zwischen 300 und 5 000 mm3/24 Std. hergestellt ist.
  4. Abgabeflasche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff außerdem porige Zusätze enthält.
  5. Abgabeflasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Porosität des Diffusionselements (6) in etwa 7 um mit einer Vakuumrate zwischen 40 und 60 % beträgt.
  6. Abgabeflasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das Diffusionselement bildende Werkstoff Mittel zur antioxidierenden, bakteriziden, antiseptischen, Luft modifizierenden Behandlung enthält.
