Claims (16)

  1. Ausgabekopf für ein System zum Ausgeben eines Produkts, wobei der Kopf einen Körper (1) umfasst, der einen Schacht (3) zum Montieren des Kopfes auf einem unter Druck stehenden Zuführrohr des Produkts und eine Aufnahme (5) aufweist, die mit dem Schacht in Kommunikation steht, wobei die Aufnahme mit einem Amboss (6) versehen ist, um den herum eine Düse (7) montiert ist, um an ihrer Grenzfläche einen Weg (8) zum Ausgeben des Produkts zwischen der Aufnahme und einen Austrittsdurchgang (9) des Produkts zu bilden, wobei der Kopf eine Stulpe (13) umfasst, die um den Umfang des Ambosses (6) herum angebracht ist, um mindestens einen Teil (8a-8c) des Ausgabeweges (8) an der Grenzfläche zwischen der Stulpe (13) und mindestens einer Wand der Düse (7) und/oder der Aufnahme (5) zu begrenzen, wobei der Ausgabekopf dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Düse (7) eine distale Wand (7b) aufweist, in der eine Mündung (11) gebildet ist, wobei der Austrittsdurchgang (9) in der Grenzfläche zwischen der Mündung und einer Kappe (17) der Stulpe (13) gebildet ist, wobei die Stulpe eine mikrobiozide Wirkung auf das im Ausgabeweg enthaltene Produkt sicherstellen kann.
  2. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die distale Wand (7b) durch Druck des Produkts auf dieselbe reversibel verformbar ist zwischen einem Ruhezustand, in dem der Austrittsdurchgang (9) offen ist, und einem belasteten Dehnungszustand des Durchgangs.
  3. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (17) einen Vorsprung (19) aufweist, der mindestens teilweise in der Mündung (11) angeordnet ist, um den Austrittsdurchgang (9) zwischen der jeweiligen äußeren und inneren Umfangswand des Vorsprungs und der Mündung zu bilden.
  4. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (17) einen vorderen Kranz (18) aufweist, der der distalen Wand (7b) axial zugewandt angeordnet ist, um zwischen denselben mindestens einen stromabwärtigen Teil (8c) des Ausgabeweges (8) zu bilden.
  5. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittsdurchgang (9) eine maximale Abmessung aufweist, die kleiner oder gleich 0,5 mm ist.
  6. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) einen Mantel (14) aufweist, der dicht um den Umfang des Ambosses (6) herum montiert ist, wobei der Mantel einer seitlichen Wand (7a) der Düse (7) radial zugewandt angeordnet ist, um zwischen denselben mindestens einen mittleren Teil (8a) des Ausgabeweges (8) zu bilden.
  7. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (14) den Umfang des Ambosses (6) bedeckt, wobei der Ausgabeweg (8) einen stromaufwärtigen Teil (8b) aufweist, der zwischen dem Mantel und einer seitlichen Wand (5a) der Aufnahme (5) gebildet ist.
  8. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabeweg (8) von einer Wand (7a, 7b, 5a) der Düse (7) und/oder der Aufnahme (5) begrenzt wird, wobei die Wand eine mikrobiozide Wirkung auf das im Ausgabeweg enthaltene Produkt sicherstellen kann.
  9. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) und die eventuelle Wand (7a, 7b, 5a) auf Basis von mindestens einem Material ausgeführt sind, das durch Diffusion eines antimikrobiellen Mittels, durch Kontakt mit einem mikrobiostatischen Mittel und/oder durch Bestrahlung mit einer Strahlung einer geeigneten Wellenlänge mikrobiozide Eigenschaften aufweist.
  10. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) und/oder die Düse (7) metallisches Kupfer umfasst.
  11. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) und/oder die Düse (7) aus synthetischem Material ausgeführt ist, von dem mindestens eine Fläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Ausgabeweg (8) zu begrenzen, mit einer Kupferabscheidung metallisiert ist.
  12. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) und/oder die Düse (7) aus metallischem Kupfer ausgeführt ist.
  13. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpe (13) und/oder die Düse (7) aus synthetischem Material ausgeführt ist, das mit metallischen Kupferteilchen beladen ist.
  14. System zum Ausgeben eines unter Druck stehenden Produkts, wobei das System einen Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 und ein unter Druck stehendes Zuführrohr des Produkts umfasst, auf dem der Montageschacht (3) des Kopfes befestigt wird.
  15. Ausgabesystem nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Pumpe umfasst, die vom Ausgabekopf betätigt wird, wobei die Pumpe das unter Druck stehende Zuführrohr des Produkts umfasst.
  16. Flakon, der einen Behälter umfasst, in dem ein Produkt dazu bestimmt ist, verpackt zu werden, wobei der Behälter mit einem Ausgabesystem nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15 ausgerüstet ist, das derart montiert ist, dass es das Zuführrohr mit dem Behälter in Kommunikation bringt, um das Befördern des Produkts vom Zuführrohr zum Austrittsdurchgang (9) zu ermöglichen.
