Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de blocage en basculement pour fenêtres, portes oscillo-battantes ou similaires, constitué d'une plaque de blocage (4) disposée à l'état monté sur le montant vertical (3) du châssis, dans l'angle inférieur du châssis situé du côté de la fermeture, comportant un organe de blocage (13) en forme de pivot, et d'une liaison de blocage (6) configure comme pièce oscillante (11), disposé à l'état monté dans l'angle inférieur du montant vertical (5) de l'ouvrant, du côté de la fermeture, et qui, en tant que partie d'une ferrure de fenêtre présentant une tringle d'actionnement (7) et un rail embouti (8), est relié à son extrémité supérieure à la tringle d'actionnement (7), par l'intermédiaire d'un pivot de montage (10), et qui présente en même position une pièce coulissante (16) configurée de préférence sous une forme rectangulaire, qui pénètre dans une fente longitudinale (17) s'évasant dans la région inférieure, d'un rail embouti (8) servant au guidage de la tringle d'actionnement (7), tandis qu'au moins dans la position d ouverture basculée, par son extrémité inférieure, la pièce oscillante (11) entoure en forme de fourche et par le haut l'organe de blocage (13) de la plaque de blocage (4), caractérisé en ce que par sa surface frontale supérieure (19), la pièce oscillante (11) s'appuie contre un élément élastique configuré comme corps plein en matériau élastique déformable tel que du caoutchouc ou du plastique et tendant à l'orienter parallèlement au rail embouti, et l'élément élastique s'appuie contre une pièce d'appui (21) reliée de préférence à la tringle d'actionnement (7), ou est fixé par cette pièce d'appui (21).
  2. Dispositif de blocage en basculement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (20) et la pièce d'appui (21) sont configurés en une seule pièce.
  3. Dispositif de blocage en basculement selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces en contact de la pièce oscillante (11) et/ou de l'élément élastique (20) sont configurées de manière profilée.
  4. Dispositif de blocage en basculement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérise en ce que les surfaces en contact de la pièce oscillante (11) et de l'élément élastique (20) ne s appuient pas l'une contre l'autre sur toute leur surface.
  5. Dispositif de blocage en basculement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces en contact de l'élément élastique (20) et/ou de la pièce d'appui (21) sont configurées de manière profilée.
  6. Dispositif de blocage en basculement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérise en ce que les surfaces associées, en contact, de l'élément élastique (20) et de la pièce d'appui (21) ne s'appuient pas l'une contre l'autre sur toute leur surface.
