Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines außen verzahnten Präzisionsgetriebeteiles aus einer Metallronde (1) mit einer Nabenfläche (12) und einem umlaufenden, aus einem Fußkranz (11) und daran nach außen vorstehenden Zähnen (10) gebildeten Zahnkranz, der sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nabenfläche (12) erstreckt, wobei die Metallronde (1) in ihrem Umfangsbereich bordiert und anschließend die Bordierung (6, 17) in einem Aufnahmeraum (7) eines Werkzeuges (2) flachgedruckt und mit Zähnen (10) versehen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bordierung (6, 17) unter gleichzeitiger Bildung der Zähne (10) in einem Aufnahmeraum (7) eines Werkzeuges (2) und einem Aufnahmeraum (8) einer Zahnrolle (5) flachgedruckt, d. h. spanlos geformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus der Metallronde ein Vorzug (16) mit einer Bordierung (17) und einem sich daran anschließenden, im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Nabenfläche (12) erstreckenden Flansch (18) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bordierung (6, 17) mittels einer als Zahnrolle (5, 20) ausgebildeten Formrolle erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines außen verzahnten Getriebeteiles, wobei die Profilierung nach Zustellen wenigstens einer Zahnrolle mittels dieser unter gleichzeitigem Flachdrücken einer Bordierung durch Drücken erfolgt, wobei ein Werkzeug (2, 2a) stationär auf einer Aufnahmespindel angeordnet ist, die Zahnrolle (5, 20) auf einem Schlitten (21) angeordnet ist, der auf das Werkzeug (2) zu bewegbar ist, wobei die das Werkzeug tragende Aufnahmespindel ein Kettenrad (23) trägt und die die Zahnrolle (5, 20) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Getriebes synchron wie das Werkzeug antreibende Welle (24) ein Kettenrad (25) trägt, die miteinander über eine Kette (26) verbunden sind, wobei in diese Kette (26) zwei auf einem Schlitten (29) gelagerte Umlenk- und Spannrollen (27, 28) eingeschaltet sind und über eine hydraulische Kolben-Zylinderanordnung (30) gegenüber dem die Welle (24) tragenden Schlitten (21) verstellbar sind und als Kettenspanner wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verstellung der Spannrollen (27, 28) ermöglichende Stellschrauben (31 32).
