Claims (11)
- Moule pour plaques, refroidi par un liquide et réglable en largeur, pour la coulée continue de barres de coulée en acier sous forme de brames, en particulier pour une épaisseur de brame inférieure à 100 mm,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques (1) du côté le plus large et les plaques (2) du côté le plus court du moule, qui donnent la forme, sont formées dans la direction de leur extension transversale dans le sens d'une augmentation de section transversale pour la barre de coulée, les plaques (2) du côté le plus court sont agencées pour l'essentiel de façon parallèle les unes par rapport aux autres au-dessus de la hauteur du moule, les plaques (1) du côté le plus large sont réalisées de façon concave au moins dans une zone (3) de largeur de brame la plus réduite de sorte qu'en section transversale, la hauteur du sommet (13) de la paroi du moule formant un arc vaut par rapport à un rectangle inscrit sur le côté d'injection (4) du moule au maximum 12 mm pour 1000 mm de largeur de brame (longueur de la corde) et la forme des plaques (1) du côté le plus large à l'extrémité de sortie (5) de la barre de coulée du moule correspond à la forme de la barre de coulée à produire, les plaques (1) du côté le plus large sont réalisées dans la zone de réglage (3') des plaques (2) du côté le plus court comme surface plane et des canaux (8) en forme de fentes sont pratiqués du côté opposé au côté donnant la forme. - Moule selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du sommet (13) diminue continuellement du côté d'injection (4) du moule jusqu'à l'extrémité de sortie (5) de la barre de coulée du moule. - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du sommet (13) vaut entre 5 à 12 mm du côté d'injection (4). - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques (1) du côté le plus large sont égalisées de façon concave à l'extrémité de sortie (5) de la barre de coulée du moule de sorte qu'en section transversale, la hauteur du sommet (13) de la paroi du moule formant l'arc vaut encore au moins 0,5 à 2 mm. - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que la hauteur du sommet (13) est constante sur une zone (6) d'un tiers de la hauteur du moule. - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 et 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'à la zone (6) de hauteur de sommet (13) constante est raccordé un autre tronçon (L2) qui se termine à peu près à mi-hauteur du moule (en 11) et dans ce tronçon (L2) la hauteur du sommet (13) diminue linéairement. - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'à la zone (6) de hauteur de sommet (13) constante est raccordé un autre tronçon (L2) qui se termine à peu près à mi-hauteur du moule (en 11) et dans ce tronçon (L2) la hauteur du sommet (13) diminue linéairement à une valeur (14) qui correspond à la hauteur du sommet à la sortie du moule (5) de sorte que la moitié inférieure du moule (12) présente un évidement en forme d'arc avec une hauteur de sommet constante. - Moule selon les revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'arc d'une paroi latérale, dans le sens de la largeur, dans la zone (3) de largeur minimale de brame, ne vaut par rapport à la longueur de la corde pas plus de 20 % du rétrécissement d'environ 1 %. - Moule selon les revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que la distance des lits (8') des canaux (8) des côtés les plus larges (1) du moule, en vue de dessus, augmente du centre du moule (plan de coupe B-B) vers les zones externes (3') par rapport à la surface dirigée vers la barre de coulée, de la plaque (2) du côté le plus large. - Moule selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que les lits (8') des canaux (8) des parois du moule se trouvent au moins dans la moitié de moule supérieure dans un plan parallèle au plan central (10). - Moule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que les plaques (1) du côté le plus large réalisées comme surface plane dans la zone de réglage (3') des plaques (2) du côté le plus court sont inclinées du tronçon (3) de largeur de brame minimale vers le plan central longitudinal (10) et présentent du côté d'injection (4) jusqu'au bord inférieur (5) du moule un écartement réciproque à chaque fois constant.
