Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de production de granules ou de pastilles à partir d'un matériau coulant, comprenant un cylindre creux rotatif (10) présentant des évidements de compression (12) qui revêtent la forme de gorges profilées (12) s'étendant périphériquement sur la face interne dudit cylindre creux (10), et des trous d'expulsion (14) attenants vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial ; et un cylindre de compression (16) qui roule à la face interne du cylindre précité, pénètre dans les évidements de compression (12) par des outils de compression (18) revêtant la forme de nervures annulaires profilées (18) et exprime, à travers les trous d'expulsion (14), le matériau délivré à l'interstice de compression, le matériau exprimé étant déposé, sous la forme de granules ou de pastilles, sur une surface de refroidissement (40) sous-jacente,
    caractérisé par le fait qu'un pignon droit (28), calé sur l'arbre (26) du cylindre de compression (16), engrène dans une couronne dentée intérieure (29) du cylindre creux (10) ou roule respectivement sur cette dernière.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que la distance radiale, entre le cylindre creux (10) et le cylindre de compression (16), est réglable en vue de modifier l'interstice de compression.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de compression (16) est suspendu, par l'intermédiaire de biellettes (20), à un tube (22) d'arrivée du produit, qui parcourt concentriquement le cylindre creux et est muni de fentes (24) à travers lesquelles le matériau est délivré à l'interstice de compression situé entre le cylindre creux (10) et le cylindre de compression (16).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé par le fait que les délimitations latérales des sections transversales des gorges profilées (12) et des nervures annulaires (18) convergent radialement vers l'extérieur.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé par le fait que la section transversale des nervures annulaires (181) (respectivement des gorges profilées) revêt la forme d'un triangle isocèle.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé par le fait que la section transversale des nervures annulaires (182) (respectivement des gorges profilées) revêt la forme d'un trapèze isocèle.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé par le fait que la pointe de la configuration de section transversale de la nervure annulaire (183) (respectivement de la gorge profilée) est arrondie.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que des segments annulaires cylindriques sont ménagés, sur le cylindre de compression (respectivement sur la face interne du cylindre creux), entre les nervures annulaires (184 ; 185).
  9. Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 4 et 8,
    caractérisé par le fait que la nervure annulaire (184) (respectivement la gorge profilée) est réalisée sous la forme d'un triangle équilatéral.
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 8,
    caractérisé par le fait que les nervures annulaires (185) (et les gorges profilées correspondantes) sont réalisées de configuration rectangulaire en coupe transversale.
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé par le fait que le profil des nervures annulaires (18) et des gorges profilées (12) est différent.
