Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Transportband aus Erhebungen mit beisp. einer gezackten Oberfläche versehenen Lamellen besteht, die vorteilhafterweise abwechselnd gegeneinander versetzt sind, und zwar vorzugsweise derart, daß die jeweils mittlere von drei Lamellen gegenüber den beiden anderen Lamellen um ein von der Kettenteilung abweichendes Maß versetzt ist. Mit einem derartigen Lamellen-Transportband lassen sich mehrere Vorteile gleichzeitig erreichen. So wird eine vollständige, gleichmäßige Beschichtung bzw. Lackierung erreicht, da sich die Kontaktpunkte mit den Zacken der Oberfläche des Lamellen-Transportbandes verändern lassen, nämlich vorteilhaft dadurch, daß das Transportband mit einer Umlenkung in etwa der Mitte durch einen Badbehälter geführt ist. Die Gesamtauflagefläche wird verringert und die Qualität der Lackierung verbessert. Es bedarf lediglich dieser einen Umlenkung, um die Kontaktpunkte so zu verlagern, daß nun auch die bisher nicht beschichteten Steilen der Oberflächen in der zweiten Badhälfte von dem Lack umspült und damit vollständig lackiert werden. Im Umlenkbereich verschieben sich nämlich die Lamellen gegeneinander; dabei nähern sich die vorzugsweise verschieden hohen Zähne der sich zum Umkehrpunkt hin bewegenden und der sich entfernenden Abschnitte der Lamellen einander an, so daß sich auf der zweiten Hälfte des Transportweges, nämlich im Anschluß an die Umlenkung für die Teile, andere Kontaktstellen als zuvor ergeben. Die Lamellen 12 weisen, da die Querstabteilung größer als die Kettenteilung ist, nämlich der 3-fachen Kettenteilung entspricht, neben einer zylindrischen außerdem eine als Langloch ausgebildete Stabaufnahmebohrung 19 bzw. 21 auf. Wie sich aus Fig. 3 ergibt, sind die Lamellen 12 derart versetzt angeordnet, daß die jeweils mittlere von drei Lamellen 12a gegenüber den beiden anderen Lamellen 12b bzw. 12c in Transportrichtung 22 versetzt ist. Während der Abstand zwischen den Längsachsen 23 benachbarter Querstäbe 14 der dreifachen Ketten-Teilung T entspricht, beträgt das Versatzmaß der jeweils mittleren Lamelle 12a lediglich das 2,5-fache der Ketten- Teilung T. Die Lamellen 12b bzw. 12c enden - in Transportrichtung 22 gesehen - somit jeweils vor einem Querstab 14, und die mittleren Lamellen 12a ragen mit ihrem freien Enden über den Querstab 14 hinaus (vgl.
