Claims (7)

  1. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable contenant 1,0 à 2,6 % de nickel, lequel peut être totalement ou partiellement remplacé par du cobalt, 0,1 à 0,45 % de béryllium, au choix 0,05 à 0,25 % de zirconium et le cas échéant jusqu'à 0,15 % au maximum d'au moins un des éléments du groupe comprenant le niobium, le tantale, le vanadium, le titane, le chrome, le cérium et le hafnium, pour le reste de cuivre y compris les impuretés dues au mode de fabrication et les adjuvants de transformation habituels, avec une dureté Brinnell d'au moins 200 HB et une conductivité électrique supérieure à 38 m/Ω mm2 comme matériau pour la fabrication de cylindres et de roues de coulée soumis à des contraintes thermiques alternées lors de la coulée en dimensions proches des dimensions finales.
  2. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon la revendication 1, contenant 0,05 à 0,25 % de zirconium, pour l'usage mentionné dans la revendication 1.
  3. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, contenant 1,4 à 2,2 % de nickel, 0,2 à 0,35 % de béryllium, 0,15 à 0,2 % de zirconium, pour le reste du cuivre y compris les impuretés dues au mode de fabrication et les adjuvants de transformation pour l'usage mentionné dans la revendication 1.
  4. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dont le rapport entre nickel et béryllium (Ni/Be) s'élève à au moins 5 pour une teneur en nickel supérieur à 1,2 %, pour l'usage mentionné dans la revendication 1.
  5. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon la revendication 4, dont le rapport entre nickel et béryllium est compris entre 5,5 et 7,5 pour l'usage mentionné dans la revendication 1.
  6. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5, dont la teneur en nickel est complètement ou partiellement remplacée par du cobalt, pour l'usage mentionné dans la revendication 1.
  7. Utilisation d'un alliage de cuivre durcissable selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, contenant jusqu'à 0,15 % au maximum d'au moins un élément du groupe comprenant le niobium, le tantale, le vanadium, le titane, le chrome, le cérium et le hafnium.
