Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shoe, in particular a shoe, with a sole, an upper part, the upper part having an opening for a human foot, and a movable heel part present in the heel area of the shoe, so that the opening for putting on or taking off the shoe can be enlarged is, wherein the heel molding has a seat-like shape with the right and left side wall, rear wall and a partial sole area adapted to the heel of the foot.
  • Such shoes are manufactured both as a one-off production by hand and as mass-produced items in very large numbers. On the one hand, they should have good running quality with high wear resistance and at the same time have a good external appearance and, on the other hand, they should also be easy to put on and take off.
  • the opening through which the human foot must be passed when putting on the shoe is in most cases very narrow. This is necessary in order to ensure a good fit when the shoe is on and to protect the foot from the weather.
  • a slot at the opening In order to facilitate the putting on and taking off process, in many known shoes there is a slot at the opening.
  • the opening can be enlarged when tightening and then closed again when the foot is inserted, for example by means of laces guided by hooks and eyes.
  • Velcro fasteners or zippers are also used as closure units. In any case, the person who wants to put on or take off the shoe has to bend down and manually open or close the closure.
  • a shoe is known in which the upper leather consists of two different parts, namely the front part and the heel seat, which are independent of one another and are attached to the front or rear region of the circumference of an elastic sole without that the connecting or attachment lines overlap one another, the edges of one part at least partially overlapping the edges of the other part and this area of coverage preferably being led down to the level of the sole. Due to the natural elasticity of the sole, the shoe can be bent, namely around a transverse line near the front area of the heel. To put on the shoe, the heel part has to be folded down so that the foot can be pushed into the front part in a simple manner. Then the position of both parts is secured by a flap to be folded over.
  • US-A-2 815 588 shows a shoe in which the heel part is present in a longitudinally displaceable manner.
  • the heel part is under the action of a spring, the heel part being displaced backwards as a result of the spring force after loosening an anchoring element.
  • the shoe has an enlarged entry opening.
  • the heel part is brought back manually into the closed position against the action of the spring by pressing the rear of the heel part.
  • the foot must be pushed so far into the shoe that it does not hinder a shift of the heel part.
  • the heel molding is guided in rails, with the risk of tilting.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a shoe of the type mentioned, which allows a quick and easy on and off, especially without manual use, has a structurally simple and functional structure and at the same time ensures the demands placed on the running quality and durability.
  • the shoe according to the invention is accordingly characterized in that the heel molding is rotatably supported along an axis of rotation arranged in the rear heel area, the sole has a recess into which the partial sole area fits and the heel molding has at least one latching device which can be released into a recess on the shoe engages and is releasably engageable with an anchoring device provided in the heel sole area of the shoe.
  • the shoe according to the invention can be put on and taken off in a simple manner without using the hands.
  • the rotatability of the heel molding in the rear area ensures an enlargement of the opening, so that the foot can be slipped in or pulled out without problems.
  • the foot slips into the enlarged opening, it lies in the heel area against the partial sole area, whereby the heel molding is automatically rotated into the closed end position when slipping into the heel area.
  • an anchoring device which is accessible from the outside and which can be releasably engaged with the latching device, the opening can be easily broadened during the pull-out process.
  • the latching device is released and the opening widens by turning the heel molding to the rear.
  • the latching device is designed as a latching lug, which is arranged on the underside of the partial sole area of the molded heel part and which can be releasably engaged with an anchoring device provided in the heel sole area of the shoe. It has proven to be advantageous to design the anchoring device as a rigid, strip-like anchoring element with a recess that can be displaced against the action of a spring unit. Moving the anchoring element releases the heel molding and can be folded away to the rear.
  • a shoe 10 with a sole 12 and an upper part 14 adjoining the sole 12 and adapted to the shape of the human foot has an opening 16 for inserting a human foot.
  • the sole 12 has on its underside a running layer 18, an intermediate layer 20 arranged on the running layer 18 and an inner layer 22 arranged on the intermediate layer 20.
  • first recess 24 which has a thickness corresponding to the inner layer and the half intermediate layer 20.
  • a second recess 26 and a third recess 28 adjoin the first recess 24 towards the front of the shoe tip.
  • the second recess 26 begins on the inside of the running layer 18 and has a thickness that corresponds approximately to half the thickness of the intermediate layer 20.
  • the third recess 28 adjoins the second recess 26, but is arranged upwards on the underside of the inner layer.
  • a helical compression spring 30 is located in this third recess 28.
  • the arrangement of the three recesses 24, 26, 30 results in a downward-pointing projection 32 of the intermediate layer 20, which adjoins the underside of the inner layer 22.
  • This projection 32 is engaged behind by a rod-shaped anchoring member 34.
  • the anchoring member 34 has a front bend 36.
  • the spring 30 acts on this front bend 36, so that the bend 36 is pressed against the projection 32.
  • the anchoring member 34 penetrates the intermediate layer 20 drawn upwards and also has an upward-pointing rear bend 38 at its end.
  • the anchoring member 34 In the area of the first recess 24 is in the anchoring member 34 has a substantially rectangular opening 40.
  • a rotatably arranged heel molding 42 with side walls 44, a rear wall 46 and a sole region 48 is arranged.
  • the sole area 48 has an area corresponding to the inner layer 22 and an area half the thickness corresponding to the intermediate layer 20 as the intermediate layer 20, the dimensions of the sole area 48 being selected such that it fits into the first recess 24.
  • a locking element 50 is fastened with a locking lug 52 by means of two screws 54.
  • the intermediate layer 20 of the sole 12 has in the rear heel region two shoulders 56, which are spaced apart in the transverse direction and between which the rear region of the anchoring member 34 is arranged and between which a projection 58 present on the rear wall 46 is mounted. Both the shoulders 56 and the projection 58 have a bore 60 lying on a line, a rod-shaped member 62 being inserted through the bore 60, so that the heel molding 42 is rotatably mounted on the shoe 10 about an axis of rotation D formed by the rod-shaped member is.
  • FIG. 1 shows the shoe 10 according to the invention with the heel molding 42 in the open state.
  • the heel molding 42 is now rotated downward about the axis of rotation D.
  • the locking lug 52 is pressed through the opening 40 of the anchoring member 34 and latches on the underside of the anchoring element 34.
  • the heel molding 42 forms a unit with the shoe 10, which ensures a good fit with high running quality.
  • the rear end 38 of the anchoring member 34 is pressed in direction A, for example by means of the toe of the other foot, as a result of which the anchoring member 34 moves somewhat forward.
  • the embodiment shown is only one of the many variants for forming a shoe according to the invention with a rotatably mounted heel molding.
  • a variety of bearing structures are also possible.
