Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schreibunterlage mit einer Platte als Unterlage für Papierblätter, einen Papierblock u. dgl. und mit einer an der Platte angeordneten Fixiereinrichtung für die Papierblätter, den Papierblock u. dgl.
  • Derartige Schreibunterlagen sind bekannt siehe GB-A-2 235 653, das eine Schreibunterlage gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 offenbart. Sie finden insbesondere dann Verwendung, wenn der schreibenden Person kein Tisch zur Verfügung steht, auf dem sie das zu beschriftende Papier etc. ablegen kann. Das ist beispielsweise der Fall, wenn eine Person im Stehen Aufzeichnungen oder Notizen machen muß. Die als Unterlage dienende Platte bildet hierbei eine feste flächige Abstützung für die Papierblätter u. dgl., so daß beim Schreiben keine Verwölbung der Blätter eintritt. Die Fixiereinrichtung sichert die Blätter gegen Verschieben.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine solche Schreibunterlage weiterzubilden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einer Schreibunterlage der eingangs beschriebenen Art durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die Schreibunterlage muß daher nicht manuell gehaltert werden, und kann durch Aufschieben des U-förmigen Halterungselementes auf den Oberschenkel einer Person an diesem Oberschenkel fixiert werden. Das Halterungselement nimmt hierbei eine etwa mit der Platte einen Winkel von 90° bildende Position ein. Die Platte liegt am Oberschenkel an, so daß ein daran fixiertes Papierblatt ohne weiteres beschriftet werden kann, da der Oberschenkel eine durch den aufgebrachten Druck beim Schreiben verursachte Bewegung der Platte verhindert. Da im sitzenden Zustand einer Person der Oberschenkel etwa eine horizontale Lage einnimmt, erhält auch die Platte eine etwa horizontale Lage, so daß ein entsprechender Schreibvorgang bequem durchgeführt werden kann. Dies kann beispielsweise bei Veranstaltungen geschehen, bei denen nur Sitze ohne zugehörige Tische vorhanden sind, oder beim Autofahren etc. Die erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Schreibunterlage findet jedenfalls überall dort Verwendung, wo keine tischartigen Unterlagen vorhanden sind bzw. nur eine Hand zum Schreiben und zur Handhabung der Schreibunterlage zur Verfügung steht, beispielsweise beim Autofahren. Mit dieser einen Hand kann die erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Schreibunterlage bequem auf den Oberschenkel geschoben und von diesem wieder entfernt werden.
  • Durch die gelenkige Anbringung des Halterungselementes an der Platte läßt sich das Halterungselement bei Nichtgebrauch parallel zur Platte umklappen, so daß die erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Schreibunterlage bei Nichtgebrauch ohne großen Raumbedarf abgelegt werden kann. Nach dem Aufklappen des Halterungselementes in eine 90°-Stellung zur Platte kann dieses auf den Oberschenkel aufgeschoben werden. Es kann dann ein Papierblatt, Papierblock etc. über die vorgesehene Fixiereinrichtung auf der Platte angeordnet werden, wonach der entsprechende Schreibvorgang durchgeführt werden kann.
  • Die gelenkige Verbindung zwischen Halterungselement und Platte ist zweckmäßigerweise an einem Stirnseitenbereich der Platte vorgesehen. Die Platte ist somit bei dieser Ausführungsform einseitig am Halterungselement gelenkig gelagert.
  • In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Halterungselement über ein Scharnier mit der Platte verbunden. Die beiden Scharnierabschnitte sind dabei einerseits an dem Querabschnitt des U-förmigen Halterungselementes und andererseits an dem zur Stirnseite benachbarten Plattenbereich befestigt. Das Scharnier sichert in bequem zu handhabender Weise ein Auseinanderklappen und Zusammenklappen von Halterungselement und Platte.
  • Wie vorstehend erläutert, ist der Querabschnitt des U-förmigen Halterungselementes gelenkig mit der Platte verbunden, wobei sich die beiden freien Schenkel des U-förmigen Elementes von der Platte weg erstrecken. Diese Schenkel können nunmehr parallel zueinander und senkrecht zum Querabschnitt verlaufen. Eine derartige Ausführungsform, wenn sie in bezug auf den Abstand der freien Schenkel des U-förmigen Halterungselementes an die Oberschenkelbreite einer normalen Person angepaßt ist, sichert eine hinreichend gute Fixierung der Schreibunterlage am Oberschenkel. Eine noch bessere Fixierung wird jedoch bei einer Ausführungsform erreicht, bei der das Halterungselement als Klemmelement ausgebildet ist. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wird somit die Schreibunterlage am Oberschenkel festgeklemmt, was naturgemäß einer möglichen Verschiebung derselben besonders entgegenwirkt. Ein Klemmeffekt wird beispielsweise dadurch erreicht, daß die beiden freien Schenkel des Klemmelementes in Richtung auf ihre freien Enden gegeneinander, d.h. vom Querabschnitt des U-förmigen Halterungselementes schräg nach innen, verlaufen. Beim Aufsetzen des Halterungselementes auf den Oberschenkel werden hierbei die freien Enden, deren Abstand geringer ist als die Breite des Oberschenkels, nach außen gedrückt, so daß eine entsprechende Klemmwirkung erzeugt wird.
  • Fixiereinrichtungen und Halterungselement sind zweckmäßigerweise am gleichen Ende der Platte angeordnet. Im auf den Oberschenkel gesetzten Zustand der Schreibunterlage befinden sich hierbei Halterungselemente und Fixiereinrichtungen vorzugsweise am vom Gesicht der die Schreibunterlage benutzenden Person abgewandten Ende der Platte, wodurch die Handhabung vereinfacht wird.
  • Die Fixiereinrichtung selbst ist zweckmäßigerweise als Halteklammer ausgebildet. Solche Klammern sind bei den eingangs beschriebenen herkömmlichen Schreibunterlagen bekannt.
  • Platte und Halterungselement bestehen bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform aus Acrylglas.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Ausführungsbei spielen in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1
    eine erste Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Schreibunterlage in einem auf den Oberschenkel einer Person aufgesetzten Zustand, wobei jedoch der Oberschenkel selbst, nicht dargestellt ist; und
    Figur 2
    eine Darstellung ähnlich Figur 1 einer zweiten Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
  • Die in Figur 1 gezeigte Schreibunterlage 1 besitzt im wesentlichen eine als Schreibunterlage dienende Platte 2 und ein damit gelenkig verbundenes U-förmiges Halterungselement 3. Das Halterungselement 3 weist zwei freie Schenkel 4 auf, die von einem Querabschnitt 5 aus zu ihren freien Enden hin geringfügig zusammenlaufen (in der Figur nicht dargestellt), so daß das Halterungselement als Klemmelement wirkt. Die gelenkige Verbindung zwischen Halterungselement 3 und Platte 2 erfolgt über ein Scharnier 7, dessen Abschnitte einerseits mit dem Querabschnitt 5 des Halterungselementes und andererseits mit dem zugehörigen stirnseitigen Bereich der Platte 2 verbunden sind, beispielsweise über geeignete Schrauben. An der gleichen Stirnseite, an der das Scharnier 7 an der Platte 2 befestigt ist, ist auf der Oberseite der Platte 2 eine Halteklammer 6 fest angebracht, mittels der Papierblätter 8 u. dgl. auf der Platte 2 fixiert werden können. Diese Papierblätter können beschriftet werden, wobei die Platte 2 als Schreibunterlage wirkt.
  • Das Halterungselement 3 läßt sich gegenüber der Platte 2 in eine zu dieser parallele Lage (nicht gezeigt) und in die dargestellte Lage klappen, in der das Halterungselement unter einem Winkel von etwa 90° zur Platte 2 angeordnet ist. In dieser Stellung wird das Halterungselement auf den Oberschenkel einer die Schreibunterlage benutzenden Person geschoben. Dabei werden anfangs die freien Enden der beiden freien Schenkel 3 auseinandergedrückt, so daß das Halterungselement mit dem Oberschenkel in Klemmeingriff tritt. Hierdurch wird die Schreibunterlage am Oberschenkel fixiert, so daß ohne Verrücken bzw. Verschieben der Unterlage ein entsprechendes Papierblatt 8 beschriftet werden kann. Nach Beendigung des Schreibvorganges wird das Halterungselement 3 wieder vom Oberschenkel abgezogen und danach in eine parallele Lage zur Platte 2 geklappt. In diesem Zustand kann die Schreibunterlage aufbewahrt werden. Diese Vorgänge können mit einer Hand durchgeführt werden.
  • Auf der Fixiereinrichtung ist vorzugsweise eine Halterungsvorrichtung für Stifte u. dgl. vorgesehen, so daß der Benutzer einen entsprechenden Stift unverrutschbar ablegen kann. Die Halterungsvorrichtung ist zweckmäßigerweise als Halterungsband ausgebildet, das einen entsprechenden Stift festklemmt. Wenn die Fixiereinrichtung als Halteklammer ausgebildet ist, ist die Halterungsvorrichtung vorzugsweise auf der Oberseite der Klammer angeordnet, und zwar derart, daß der Stift eine zur Schmalseite der Unterlage parallele Lage einnimmt. In dieser Lage kann der Stift rasch ergriffen und nach seiner Benutzung einfach und rasch mit einer Hand abgelegt und fixiert werden.
  • Die in Figur 2 dargestellte Ausführungsform weist im wesentlichen einen entsprechenden Aufbau wie die Ausführungsform der Figur 1 auf. Gleiche Teile sind daher mit gleichen Bezugsziffern bezeichnet. Unterschiedlich ist hierbei jedoch, daß die freien Schenkel 4 des Halterungselementes 3 etwa hufeisenförmig gekrümmt ausgebildet sind, wobei die freien Enden der Schenkel nach außen gekrümmt sind. Hierdurch ergibt sich der gewünschte Klemmeffekt. Desweiteren läßt sich das Halterungselement besonders gut auf einen Oberschenkel aufsetzen, da hierbei die gekrümmten Endbereiche ein gutes Aufgleiten ohne Verhaken in der Kleidung bewirken.
  • Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist ferner die Halteklammer 6 auf ihrer Oberseite mit einer Halterungsvorrichtung 9 für Stifte o. dgl. versehen, die hierbei als Lederband ausgebildet ist. Die Halterungsvorrichtung ist daher ausreichend flexibel, um Stifte etc. sicher zu haltern.

Claims (9)

  1. Schreibunterlage, die auf einen Oberschenkel einer Person anbringbar ist, und die eine Platte als Unterlage für Papierblätter, einen Papierblock u. dgl. und eine an der Platte angeordnete Fixiereinrichtung für die Papierblätter, den Papierblock u. dgl. aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß die Platte (2) mit einem U-förmigen Halterungselement (3) gelenkig verbunden ist,
    - daß das Halterungselement (3) als Klemmelement ausgebildet ist
    - und daß das Halterungselement (3) auf den Oberschenkel aufschiebbar ist.
  2. Schreibunterlage nach Anspruch 1
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkige Verbindung an einen Stirnseitenbereich der Platte (2) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Schreibunterlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halterungselement (3) über ein Scharnier (7) mit der Platte (2) verbunden ist.
  4. Schreibunterlage nach Anspruch 1
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden freien Schenkel (4) des Klemmelementes in Richtung auf ihre freien Enden gegeneinander verlaufen
  5. Schreibunterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Fixiereinrichtung und Halterungselement (3) am gleichen Ende der Platte (2) angeordnet sind.
  6. Schreibunterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixiereinrichtung als Halteklammer (6) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Schreibunterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Platte (2) und Halterungselement (3) aus Acrylglas bestehen.
  8. Schreibunterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Fixiereinrichtung eine Halterungsvorrichtung für Stifte vorgesehen ist.
  9. Schreibunterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halterungselement (3) hufeisenförmig ausgebildet ist und freie Schenkel (4) aufweist, deren freie Enden nach außen gekrümmt sind.
