Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrlagiges Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behälter, wie Flaschen, Dosen, Kanister. Ein solches Etikett ist aus GB-A 2 141 994 bekannt.The invention relates to a multilayer label for sticking on containers such as bottles, cans, canisters. Such a label is known from GB-A 2 141 994.
Häufig müssen Behälter mit Etiketten versehen werden, welche große Informationsflächen besitzen, um dem Verbraucher des Behälterinhaltes Gebrauchsanweisungen, Zusammensetzung des Inhaltes usw. zu vermitteln, wozu man sich mehrlagiger Etiketten bedient.Containers often have to be provided with labels which have large information areas in order to convey to the consumer of the container contents instructions for use, composition of the contents etc., for which purpose multilayer labels are used.
Die bisher auf dem Markt befindlichen Etiketten haben den Nachteil, daß man zum Lesen der Informationen, gleichgültig auf welcher Lage diese Informationen abgedruckt sind, den Behälter in der Hand halten muß.The labels on the market up to now have the disadvantage that one has to hold the container in one's hand in order to read the information, no matter in which position this information is printed.
Es besteht die Aufgabe, ein Etikett der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei welchem zumindest die Informationen auf der Decklage und der Zwischenlage bequemer lesbar sind.The object is to create a label of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which at least the information on the cover layer and the intermediate layer is more easily readable.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen durch eine Falzung gegen mindestens einen kürzeren Zwischenabschnitt abgegrenzten, spätestens nach dem Etikettieren rückseitig mindestens stellenweise eine Leimschicht aufweisenden Grundabschnitt und einen über dem Zwischenabschnitt angeordneten Deckabschnitt, wobei Deckabschnitt und Grundabschnitt im linken Randbereich durch eine Verleimung miteinander verbunden sind und der Deckabschnitt rechts von dieser Verleimung eine Aufreißperforation aufweist und mit dem rechten Randbereich den Zwischenabschnitt und den Grundabschnitt überlappt und dieser überlappende Randbereich spätestens nach dem Etikettieren rückseitig eine Beleimung aufweist, wobei der rechte Randbereich des Deckabschnittes durch eine Abreißperforierung begrenzt ist und in bzw. nahe der Falzung zwischen Grundabschnitt und Zwischenabschnitt eine Abreißperforation vorgesehen ist.This problem is solved by a base section delimited by a fold against at least one shorter intermediate section, at the latest after labeling at least in places with a glue layer on the back and a cover section arranged above the intermediate section, the cover section and base section being connected to one another in the left edge region by gluing, and the Cover section to the right of this gluing has a tear perforation and overlaps the intermediate section and the base section with the right edge area and this overlapping edge area at the latest after the labeling has glueing on the back, the right edge region of the cover section being delimited by a tear-off perforation and a tear-off perforation being provided in or near the fold between the base section and the intermediate section.
Ein solches Etikett läßt sich durch Falzung aus einem Streifenzuschnitt fertigen oder aus einem Streifenzuschnitt, aus welchem durch Falzung der Grundabschnitt und der Zwischenabschnitt geformt sind, während der Deckabschnitt aus einem separaten Blatt besteht, welches mit dem Grundabschnitt verleimt ist. Die Verleimung zwischen Deckabschnitt und Grundabschnitt im linken Randbereich gibt dem Etikett an dieser Stelle eine gewisse Steifigkeit, wodurch es von den Etikettiermaschinen besser verarbeitbar ist und die auch das Öffnen der Aufreißperforation begünstigt. Der überlappende rechte Randbereich dient der Fixierung des Deckblattes am Behälter. Soll das Etikett auf einen Behälter mit rundem Querschnitt, wie Flasche oder Dose, aufgeklebt werden und ist die Länge des Etikettes auf den Umfang eines solchen Behälters abgestimmt, so läßt sich der rechte Randbereich mit dem linken Randbereich wie bei einer Banderole verkleben. Dank der zusätzlichen Abreißperforation im rechten Randbereich läßt sich der Deckabschnitt in Form eines Blattes völlig abtrennen und auf diese Weise zum Lesen des Aufdruckes bestens handhaben. In gleicher Weise ist der Zwischenabschnitt in Form eines Blattes entlang der Abreißperforationen abtrennbar und leichter handhabbar. Diese Abreißperforation des Zwischenblattes liegt entweder unmittelbar in der Falzung oder knapp daneben.Such a label can be produced by folding from a strip blank or from a strip blank from which the base section and the intermediate section are formed by folding, while the cover section consists of a separate sheet which is glued to the base section. This tear-off perforation of the intermediate sheet is either directly in the fold or just next to it.

Das Etikett besteht aus einem Grundabschnitt 1, welcher über eine Falzung 2 mit einem Zwischenabschnitt 3 zusammenhängt. Nahe dieser Falzung 2 weist der Zwischenabschnitt 3 eine Abreißperforation 4 auf. Der Zwischenabschnitt 3 ist nach innen eingeklappt und von einem Deckabschnitt 5 überdeckt. Dieser ist im linken Randbereich 6 durch eine Falzung 7 und eine Verleimung 8 mit dem Grundabschnitt 1, welcher rückseitig bereits eine Leimschicht 9 aufweist, verbunden. Rechts von der Verleimung 8 ist im Deckabschnitt 5 eine Aufreißperforation 10 vorgesehen. Der Deckabschnitt 5 überlappt mit seinem rechten Randbereich 11 den Grundabschnitt 1 mit eingeklapptem Zwischenabschnitt 3 und weist rückseitig bereits eine Beleimung 12 auf.
