Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif servant à commander l'ouverture d'une porte d'un véhicule, particulièrement du capot du véhicule, comprenant :
    - des moyens (4) servant à articuler la porte (1) sur la caisse (2),
    - au moins un ressort à gaz télescopique (16) possédant une première extrémité (18) articulée à la caisse (2) et une deuxième extrémité (20) articulée à la porte (1), et
    - un moyen de réglage (26, 30) permettant de faire passer la configuration d'ouverture de la porte (1) d'une position d'ouverture normale à une position ouverte plus largement, le moyen de réglage (26, 30) comprenant un élément d'articulation (24) présentant une fente (26) dans laquelle un doigt (28) est monté coulissant, et un mécanisme de butée escamotable (30) adapté pour tendre à placer la deuxième extrémité (20) du ressort (16) dans une position relativement invariable par rapport à la porte (1),
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'articulation (4) comprennent un mécanisme à quadrilatère articulé comprenant deux bras (8, 10) dont chacun est articulé à la caisse (2) et à la porte (1) et en ce que ledit mécanisme de butée comprend un bras basculant (30) articulé à l'élément d'articulation (24) et possédant une face de butée (34) adaptée pour coopérer avec ledit doigt (28) pour le maintenir à une extrémité de la fente (26), ledit moyen de réglage comprenant un accouplement coulissant entre ladite deuxième extrémité (20) du ressort (16) et son axe d'articulation (A) sur la porte (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'arrêt comprend des moyens élastiques (32) adaptés pour maintenir le bras basculant (30) dans la position dans laquelle sa face de butée (34) s'étend transversalement au passage du doigt (28) par rapport à l'élément de charnière (24).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras basculant (30) possède une surface de came (38) qui, sous l'effet du mouvement du doigt (28) par rapport à la fente (26), de la position correspondant à une plus grande ouverture de la porte (1) à la position correspondant à l'ouverture normale, fait osciller le bras basculant (30) à l'encontre de l'action desdits moyens élastiques (32).
