Papierbahnführungen in Rollenrotationsdruckmaschinen sind allgemein bekannt. Sollen mehrere Papierbahnlagen aus mehreren Papierbahnsträngen aus einer oder mehreren Papierbahnen gebildet werden, so ist pro Papierbahnstrang ein Falztrichter vorgesehen, der jeweils den Papierbahnstrang einer Papierbahnlage längsfalzt. Gemäß US-PS 3,942,782 ist es bekannt, jeweils drei Längsfalztrichter für die Papierbahnstränge A; B; C (Fig. 4) nebeneinander und die so gebildete Einheit nochmals übereinander für die Papierbahnstränge D; E; F anzuordnen. Dies ist immer dann der Fall, wenn Druckzylinder mit jeweils sechs Plattenbreiten zum Einsatz kommen. Nachteilig dabei ist, daß die einzelnen Sektionen bei der Zusammenstellung des Produkts ungenügend variiert werden können. So ist es gemäß Fig. 4 nicht möglich, ein Produkt herzustellen, in welchem die Sektionen A und F nebeneinanderliegen, was jedoch aus verschiedenen Gründen erforderlich sein könnte, so z. B. unterschiedliche Seitenzahl, unterschiedliche Papierfarbe oder unterschiedliche Anzahl von Druckfarben. Beispielsweise müssen die sechsplattenbreiten Papierbahnen umfahren werden, wenn der Papierstrang E zwischen die Papierstränge A und B gebracht werden soll. Jede Umfahrung oder Wendung stellt jedoch einen Störfaktor dar, bezüglich der Verschiebung der Papierbahnen untereinander. Die mit Pfeilen versehenen Papierstränge A; B; C sind in ihrer Richtung nicht veränderbar.According to US Pat. In den Seitenwänden 1; 2 eines Maschinengestells einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine sind in den Ebenen I; II; III Längsfalztrichter für die Papierbahnstränge angeordnet. In der Ebene I laufen Papierbahnen 3, die von einer nicht dargestellten Druckeinheit mit einem sechsplattenbreiten Druckzylinder kommen, werden zerschnitten und von Längsfalztrichtern 4 zu Papiersträngen F; E; D gefalzt. In der Ebene II befinden sich zwei Längsfalztrichter 4, die die Papierbahnstränge C; B falzen. In der Ebene III befindet sich ein Längsfalztrichter 4, welcher den Papierbahnstrang A falzt. Den Längsfalztrichtern 4 in den Ebenen II; III werden Papierbahnen 6 von einer weiteren, nicht dargestellten Druckeinheit mit einem sechsplattenbreiten Druckzylinder zugeführt, die zerschnitten und über nicht dargestellte Papierleitsysteme in die Papierbahnen 6'; 6''; 6''' aufgeteilt und in Papierbahnsträngen C; B; A gefalzt werden. An den Längsfalztrichtern 4 bzw. unterhalb derselben befinden sich jeweils Trichterfalzwalzen 7 sowie ein Zugwalzenpaar 8. Die Papierbahnstränge A bis F werden durch die Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine über Papierleitsysteme mit Leitwalzen 9 geführt und gelangen wiederum über Zugwalzenpaare 8 in Pfeilrichtung über eine Falztrommel 11 sowie einen Schneidzylinder 12, Falzwalzen 13, Schaufelrad 14 zu dem Ausleger 16 bzw. 17 als angedeutetes Produkt 18.In the

- Paper-web guiding arrangement in web-fed rotary printing machines having six-plate-wide impression cylinders and using six formers at a plurality of levels, characterised in that the six formers (4) for paper-web strands (A to F) are arranged at three levels (I; II; III).
