Claims (11)
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung (1) für Kipptor (2), insbesondere für Garagenkipptor, das ein Blatt (7) umfaßt, das durch Seitengegengewichte (8, 9) ausgeglichen ist, die in senkrechten Gleitbahnen gleiten und mit diesem Blatt (7) durch Kabel oder Ketten (10, 11) verbunden sind, die sich zum Teil um über Getriebemittel (18), die mit Antriebsmitteln (17) einer Getriebemotoreinheit (14) zusammenwirken, angetriebene Scheiben oder Zahnräder (12, 13) herumschlingen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen oder mehrere am Blatt (7) angebrachten Antriebsschuh(e) (33, 33A) umfaßt, die geeignet sind, in der Anfangs- bzw. Endphase von Öffnung und Schließung des Kipptors (2), die den Verriegelung- und Entriegelungsphasen des Blattes (7) entsprechen, unmittelbar mit den Antriebsmitteln (17) der Getriebemotoreinheit zusammenzuwirken, wobei die genannte elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung (1) außerdem über den oder die Antriebsschuh(e) (33, 33A) betätigte Auslösungsmittel (36) zur Auslösung der Getriebemotoreinheit (14) der genannten Getriebemittel (18) während dieser Anfangs- bzw. Endphase von Öffnung und Schließung umfaßt.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (17) der Getriebemotoreinheit (14) als eine Triebtrommel (19) mit waagerechter Drehachse ausgestaltet sind, die im Bereich ihrer Enden (20, 21) in mit einem am oberen Türsturz (6) des Türrahmens (3) befindlichen Tragarm 15 verbundenen Lagern (22, 23) freidrehend gehalten wird, wobei diese Triebtrommel (19) von einem mit einer Kraftbremse versehenen und einem Untersetzungsgetriebe zugeordneten Elektromotor angetrieben wird und am Außenumkreis dieser Triebtrommel (19) ein oder mehrere Reibradantriebteile (24, 24A), wie Gummiriemen, montiert sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit den genannten Getriebemitteln (18) zusammenzuwirken.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebemittel (18) aus einer mit der Triebtrommel (19) gleichlaufenden Welle (25), die gerade durch Lager (26, 27) führt, in denen sie so in Drehung gelagert ist, daß sie mit Antriebswellen (30, 31) zusammenwirkt, die zwecks des Sicherns des Drehantriebs mit den Scheiben oder Zahnrädern (12, 13) verbunden sind, wobei auf der genannten Welle (25) einerseits mindestens eine geführte Rolle (32), nämlich aus Gummi, in Drehung fest montiert ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Reibradantriebteil (24) zusammenzuwirken, und andererseits, freidrehend, Rollen (40, 40A) mit einem Außendurchmesser (41), der kaum kleiner als der Durchmesser (42) der geführten Rolle(n) (32) ist, wobei diese Rollen (40, 41) in Übereinstimmung mit den genannten Reibradantriebteilen (24, 24A) der Triebtrommel 19 angeordnet sind.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslösungsmittel (36) aus elastischen Verbindungsmitteln (37) bestehen, die die der Welle (25) der Getriebemittel (18) entsprechenden Lager (26, 27) mit den die Triebtrommel (19) tragenden Lagern (22, 23), verbinden, wobei nur ein Satz von Lagern (22, 23) oder (26, 27) starr auf einem dem Tragarm (15) entsprechenden Querträger (38) montiert und an der Innenseite (16) des Türsturzes (6), aus dem der Türrahmen (3) zum Teil gebildet ist, befestigt ist.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Antriebsschuh(e) (33, 33A) aus Plättchen (43) bestehen, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Blattes (7) angeordnet und in Richtung des Türrahmens (3) orientiert sind, wobei diese Plättchen (43) in der Endphase der Schließung des Kipptors (2) zwischen die gennanten Reibradantriebteilen (24, 24A) der Antriebsmittel (17) und die den Getriebemitteln (18) entsprechenden Rollen (40, 40A) hineinführen, um über die Auslösungsmittel (36) die Entfernung der Welle (25) von der Triebtrommel (19) zu bewirken und um den Kraftschluß der getriebenen Rolle(n) (32) auf den Reibradantriebteilen (24, 24A) zu vermeiden.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Verriegeln des Blattes (7) gegen den Türrahmen(3) umfaßt, die aus der Zusammenwirkung, in Verschlußstellung des Kipptors (2), zwischen den Antriebsschuhen (33, 33A) und den Antriebsmitteln (17) der Getriebemotoreinheit (14) bestehen, die eine bei Nichtbeanspruchung des Elektromotors betätigte Kraftbremse umfaßt.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Handauslösungs- und Entriegelungsantriebsmittel (39) umfaßt, die auf die genannte Auslösungsmittel (36) einwirken, um die Zusammenwirkung, einerseits, zwischen den Getriebemitteln (18) und den Antriebsmitteln (17) und, andererseits, zwischen den genannten Antriebsmitteln (17) und den dem Blatt (7) zugeordneten Antriebsschuhen (33, 33A) zu lösen.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 2, 3 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handauslösungs- und Entriegelungsantriebsmittel (39) aus einem Exzenter (45) bestehen, der zwischen den respektive der Triebtrommel (19) und der Welle (25) entsprechenden Lagern (22, 23) und (26, 27) angeordnet ist, wobei die Drehung dieses Exzenters (45) über eine Betätigungsstange (46) und einen Betätigungshebel (47) gesichert ist.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Verbindungsmitteln (37) aus mindestens einer vorgespannten Feder (48) bestehen, um die der Triebtrommel (19) entsprechenden Lager (22, 23) nahe an den die Welle (25) tragenden Lagern 26, 27 zu halten, wobei diese elastischen Verbindungsmittel (37) entweder von Führungsmitteln (49) oder von Gelenkmitteln ergänzt werden, um die Bewegung der Lager (26, 27) oder, je nach dem Fall, der Lager (22, 23) zu kontrollieren.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorderende (51) der den Antriebsschuhen (33, 33A) entsprechenden Plättchen (43) in der Schließungs- und Verriegelungslage des Kipptors (2) mindestens in eine im Türsturz (6) des Türrahmens (3) vorgesehene Öffnung hineinführt.
- Elektromechanische Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Antriebsschuhen (33, 33A) entsprechende Plättchen (43), einerseits, auf Höhe seines Hinterendes (53) um eine waagerechte Drehachse schwerkend vorgesehen ist, um es zu erlauben, unter der Einwirkung einer an der Decke (52) eines Baus, der den genannten Kipptor (2) aufnimmt, angeordneten Nocke (54) in Richtung des Blattes (7) umzuklappen und, andererseits, elastischen Rückstellmitteln unterliegt, die es ihm erlauben, nach seiner ursprünglichen Lage zurückgeführt zu werden, nachdem es die Nocke 54 verlassen hat.
