Claims (24)

1. Elektromechanische Steuervorrichtung für ein Kipptor, insbesondere Garagenkipptor, bestehend aus einem Öffnungsteil (4), das durch mit dem Öffnungsteil (4) verbundenen und in den an den Trägern (94) des Torrahmens befestigten senkrechten Gleitschienen (93) beweglichen Ketten (92) seitliche Gegengewichte im Gleichgewicht gehalten wird, wobei die Ketten (92) über durch ein Antriebselement (19) angetriebene Zahnritzel (91) angetrieben werden, gekennzeichnet durch einen mechanischen Verzögerer (24), durch den eine Versetzung der Öffnungs-und/oder Schließphase gegenüber der Ent- und/ oder Verriegelungsphase bewirkt wird, und dadurch, daß der Verzögerer (24) zwischen dem Antriebselement (19) liegt, wobei eine mechanische Bremse vorgesehen ist, die von Hand aus durch Fernbedienung ausgekuppelt werden kann (74 bis 85), und wobei die Antriebsmittel (35 bis 45) der Zahnritzel (91) mit den Ketten (92) in Eingriff kommen, die die Gegengewichte mit dem Öffnungsteil (4) verbinden.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mechanische Verzögerer (24) ein Röhrenteil (25) aufweist, in dem ein elastisches Teil (26) wie eine zylindrische Schraubenfeder untergebracht ist, die an beiden Enden (27 und 31) festgelegt ist, und zwar einserseits mit einem getriebenen Rad (22), das mit einem Triebrad (17) zusammenarbeitet, das auf der Welle (18) des Antriebselements (19) sitzt, und andererseits mit einem Einstellring (33), der drehbar mit dem Röhrenteil (25) verbunden ist, wobei das getriebene Rad (22), das an einem der Enden (23) des mechanischen Verzögerers (24) angeordnet ist, mit dem Röhrenteil (25) nicht drehbar verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Röhrenteil (25) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der praktisch identisch ist mit dem Außendurchmesser des elastischen Teils (26), wenn dieses sich für die Übertragung der Drehbewegung des getriebenen Rades (22) mittels der Feder (26) an den Einstellring (33) in der Ruhephase befindet.
4. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Teil (26) eine Ruhephase aufweist, die zwischen der Entriegelungsphase und der Öffnungsphase des Öffnungsteils (4) liegt.
5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Teil (26) mit Spannung belegt ist, wenn sich das Garagentor in Verriegelungsstellung befindet.

Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Antriebswelle (35) besitzt, die an ihren Enden (40, 41) mit einem Kardangelenk (42, 43) versehen ist, das die Antriebswelle (35) mit einer Zwischenwelle (88) verbindet, die das Zahnritzel (91) in Drehung versetzt, das mit den die Gegengewichte mit dem Öffnungsteil (4) verbindenden Ketten (92) in Eingriff kommt, wobei die Antriebswelle (35) das getriebene Rad (22) vollkommen durchläuft und der mechanische Verzögerer (23) allein mit letzterem drehbar verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Triebrad (17), das mit der Welle (18) des Antriebselementes (19) drehbar verbunden ist, einen Schließhebel (52) aufweist, der auf einem fest mit dem Triebrad (17) verbundenen Flansch (50) angeordnet ist und eine Rolle (54) aufweist, die mit einem senkrechten Stößel (56) zusammenarbeitet, der an der Innenfläche (57) des Öffnungsteils (4) befestigt ist und der mit einem elastischen Teil (60) zusammenarbeitet, das zum Teil in eine an der Rückseite (5) des Torrahmensturzes (1) ausgebildeten Lagerung (62) eingefädelt ist, wobei das elastische Teil (60) während der Schließstellung des Öffnungsteils (4) in der Phase der Zusammendrükkung ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließhebel (52) eine zweite Rolle (107) aufweist, die gegenüber dem Rotationszentrum (110) des Flansches (50) der ersten Rolle (54) diametral gegenüberliegt und gegenüber der Zusammenarbeit der ersten Rolle (54) mit dem senkrechten Stößel (111) in entgegengesetzter Richtung mit dem Stößel (111) zusammenarbeitet, um während der Öffnungsphase ein Versetzen des oberen Endes des Öffnungsteils (4) des Torrahmensturzes (1) zu bewirken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der senkrechte Stößel (111), der mittels einer Platte (112) auf der Innenfläche (57) des Öffnungsteils (4) befestigt ist, einen Bügel (115) aufweist, dessen obere Wand (116) eine geneigte Ebene (117) besitzt, dessen Niederpunkt (118) seitlich des Torrahmensturzes (1) liegt und mit der zweiten Rolle (107) zum Versetzen des Öffnungsteils (4) des Sturzes (1) zusammenarbeitet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der senkrechte Stößel (111) zwischen den beiden Schenkeln oder Flügeln (119, 120) des Bügels (115) eine Einstellsperre (121) aufweist, die aus einem Anschlag (122), einer Stellschraube (123), dessen Kopf (124) über ein Loch (125) gleitend geführt wird, das im Schenkel (119) eingelassen ist, und dessen mit Gewinde versehenes Ende (126) in eine im Schenkel (120) ausgebildete Gewindebohrung (127) eingeschraubt wird, und aus einem elastischen Teil (131) besteht, das auf das mit Gewinde versehene Ende (126) der Stellschraube (123) eingefädelt und zwischen dem Anschlag (122) und den Schenkeln (120) des Bügels (115) zwischengeschaltet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen elektrischen Kontakt (137) aufweist, der mit einem Steuerfinger (136) des Röhrenteils (25) zusammenarbeitet, um eine der das Antriebselement (19) mit elektrischem Strom speisenden Zuführphasen auszuschalten, wenn das Öffnungsteil (4) von Hand betätigt wird.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen elektrischen Kontakt (138) aufweist, der mit einer Stellstange (139) eines Schubriegels zusammenarbeitet, um die Zuführung des das Antriebselement (19) speisenden elektrischen Strom zu unterbrechen.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Torrahmen einen elektrischen Kontakt (135) aufweist, der unmittelbar mit dem Öffnungsteil (4) zusammenarbeitet, der dadurch bis zur vollständigen Schließung abgesichert gehalten wird.

Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das getriebene Rad (22) Entriegelungsklötzchen (70, 71, 72) aufweist, die mit dem Ende (68) eines Riegels (66) zusammenarbeiten, wobei das andere Ende mit der aktiven Fläche (64) eines Schließhakens (63) zusammenarbeitet, der fest mit der Innenfläche (57) des Öffnungsteils (4) verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungsklötzchen (70, 71, 72) eine Stellung einnehmen, die derart ist, daß deren Wirkung auf den Riegel (66) einsetzt, während das elastische Teil (26) des mechanischen Verzögerers (24) von der spannungsbelegten Phase in die Ruhephase übergeht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Einrichtung für die Auskupplung von Hand der mechanischen Bremse des Antriebselements (19) ein Auskupplungskabel (74) verwendet wird, dessen eines Ende (73) formschlüssig mit der mechanischen Bremse verbunden ist und dessen anderes Ende sich um den Exzenter (76) wickelt, der mit einer Steuerstange (80) drehbar verbunden wurde.
17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerstange (80) an einem ihrer Enden (81) einen Entriegelungshebel (82) aufweist, der vom Innern der Garage her betätigt werden kann.
18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende (83) der Steuerstange (80) mit einer Trommel (84) drehbar verbunden ist, die durch einen Entriegelungsschlüssel (85) von außen her betätigt werden kann.
19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auskupplungskabel (74) elastisch einziehbar ist und ein elastisches Teil (147) aufweist, das zwischengeschaltet ist zwischen dem Kabel (74) und einem Verlängerungskabel (149), das ein Schlitzloch (150) durchquert, das in einem Arm (151) eingelassen ist, der um eine senkrechte Drehachse (152) schwenkbar ist, die von einer formschlüssig mit dem Torsturz
(1) des Torrahmens verbundenen Stütze (153) getragen wird, wobei das Verlängerungskabel, das sich teilweise um eine Scheibe (154) rollt, die um eine von einem Bügel (156) gehaltene Achse (155) drehbar ist, an seinem freien Ende (157) einen Bedienungsgriff (158) bildet.
20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Sicherheitseinrichtung aufweist, die durch einen elektrischen Kontakt (10) dargestellt wird, der über einen elektrischen Leiter (104) an einem kreisförmigen Kontakt (105) liegt, der auf das Antriebselement (104) wirksam wird und dessen Fühler (102) mit einer in einer der Flächen (30) des getriebenen Rades (22) eingelassenen Bohrung (103) zusammenarbeitet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sicherheitseinrichtung ein elektrischer Kontakt (159) dient, der mit einem Hebel (164) zusammenarbeitet, der um eine Drehachse (165) drehbar ist und dessen eines Ende (165) eine geneigte Führungsebene (162) aufweist, die mit einem fest am Öffnungsteil (4) befestigten Anschlag (160) zusammenarbeitet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (164) eine Länge (166) zwischen dem Ende (163) und der Drehachse (165) hat, die größer ist als die Länge (167) zwischen dieser Drehachse (165) und dem anderen Ende (168), dergestalt, daß das Ende (163) nach unten kippen möchte, um das Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Anschlag (160) zu gewährleisten.
23. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 21 und 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (164) eine Einrichtung zum Umkippen oder Umfallen nach unten besitzt, dessen Bewegung von einer Sperre (169) begrenzt ist, gegen die deren obere Kante (170) anschlägt.
