    - The bearing surface (13) against the element (2, 3) to be secured consists of a head (14) placed inside an open chamber (15), said head (14) being able to move axially inside the bush (8) of which the rear face (16) is subjected to the action of means (17) used to exert a predefined pressure, this head (14) being secured inside the bush (8) by means of a shaft or clamping element (18, 19) protruding beyond the outer surface and used as an element making it possible to carry out locking;
