Description

The invention relates to an elevator car with a device for illuminating the passenger compartment with translucent filling elements arranged in a ceiling frame below a ceiling of the elevator car and at least one light source attached to the ceiling between these filling elements and the ceiling.

Such devices enable the passengers to safely enter the passenger compartment, to operate the actuating elements for the floor selection, to have a pleasant stay in the passenger compartment while driving and to leave the passenger compartment safely.

An elevator car has become known from US Pat. No. 4,126,210, in which lamp holders which are fixedly mounted on the ceiling of the elevator car are arranged for accommodating a plurality of lighting tubes and which are covered by a lower-hanging, replaceable and translucent filling. The translucent, one-part or multi-part filling rests in a frame that is fixed to the cabin ceiling with wing screws on brackets.

A disadvantage of this lighting device is that the translucent cover is not able to distribute the light from the light sources behind it in such a way that a uniformly illuminated surface is created. Another disadvantage is that when a defective light source is replaced, the mostly large and sensitive fillings have to be removed and leaned against a cabin wall or deposited on the cabin floor before the defective light source can be replaced.

The invention is therefore based on the object of proposing a device for illuminating the passenger compartment of an elevator car, which illuminates the passenger compartment as uniformly as possible, and in which the replacement of a defective light source can be carried out simply and safely.

This object is achieved by the invention characterized in the first claim.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that all light sources are arranged in the area of the central stripe of the cabin ceiling belonging to a band encircling two side walls, the cabin ceiling and the floor, such that uniform illumination of the stripes arranged on both sides of the central stripe is arranged translucent filling elements of the cabin ceiling are guaranteed with a fluorescent tube concealed under the non-translucent median strip and the parts of the side walls belonging to the circulating band, with the facilities for choosing the floor arranged on one side and the printed instructions for the floors arranged on the other side, too in the case of a heavily frequented elevator car, each with a spot lamp, are always perfectly lit, and that the replacement of both the spot lamps and the fluorescent tube is facilitated by the fact that only the upper median strip with Hil unlocked a key or a tool and can be folded over the hinges arranged along the side. This gives access to the fluorescent tube attached to the cabin ceiling as well as to the spot lamps attached to the median strip without having to remove any trim parts and deposit them somewhere.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes an elevator car. A passenger compartment 2 of the elevator car 1 is delimited by a left side wall 3 , a rear wall 4 , a right side wall 5, a ceiling 6 and a floor 7 . Entry into, or exit from, passenger compartment 2 is via an access 17 . The areas of the left side wall 3 , the ceiling 6 , the right side wall 4 and the floor 7 are each divided into three individual areas by a circumferential central strip 8 . The circumferential median strip 8 is thus composed of a left median strip 9 , a central ceiling strip 10, a right median strip 11 and a central floor strip 12 . In the right median strip 11 , actuating elements 13 for the choice of floor are normally integrated, and in the left median strip 9 printed information signs 14 for the individual floors are integrated. In both median strips 9 , 11 , ventilation slots 15 , 16 for ventilation of the elevator car 1 are also arranged above the floor. The middle ceiling strip 10 is shown in more detail in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4.

Together with someone like him Dimensions of the ceiling 6 of the elevator car 1 corresponding ceiling frame 20 for receiving a left filler 18 and a right filler 19 suspended from the ceiling 6 . Adjustable suspension brackets 21 and suspension hooks 22 allow the ceiling frame 20 to be precisely aligned. The translucent filling elements 18 , 19 are loosely inserted in the ceiling frame 20 . Holders 23 for receiving a fluorescent tube 24 are fastened to the ceiling 6 in the central axis of the central ceiling strip 10 . The fluorescent tube 24 is completely covered by the non-translucent central ceiling strip 10 , so that the two left and right filling elements 18 , 19 arranged laterally next to the central ceiling strip 10 are indirectly evenly illuminated by the fluorescent tube 24 . The middle ceiling strip 10 is connected to a first cross member 27 of the ceiling frame 20 on a long side by a hinge-like connection 25 with holding plates 26 which can be folded down. The other long side of the middle ceiling strip 10 is locked by at least one bolt 28 on a holding plate 29 of a second cross member 30 of the ceiling frame 20 . In the central ceiling strip 10 , an opening 31 is provided at least at one longitudinal end, behind which a spot lamp 32 is interchangeably arranged.

The middle ceiling strip 10 runs on the ceiling 6 of the elevator car 1 from the left side wall 3 to the right side wall 5 and is fastened by means of the hinge-like connection 25 to holding plates 26 of the first cross member 27 of the ceiling frame 20 so that they can be folded down on the longitudinal side. On the opposite long side of the middle ceiling strip 10 , bolts 28 are provided, which can be locked on the retaining plates 29 of the second cross member 30 of the ceiling frame 20 . The bolt 28 can be designed such that it can be actuated, for example, by a key or by a screwdriver. When unlocking the latch 28 , the middle ceiling strip 10 folds around the hinge-like Connection 25 vertically downward and gives access to the fluorescent tube 24 , which is secured by the bracket 23 attached to the ceiling 6 of the elevator car 1 . Simultaneously, the access to the spot lamps 32 is provided, which are fixed on the inside of the middle ceiling strip 10 by means of wire clamps 33 and connected by means of crimp contacts. The middle ceiling strip 10 is not translucent and is made, for example, from folded sheet metal. The fluorescent tube 24 is thus covered towards the bottom by the central ceiling strip 10 , so that its luminosity acts upwards and laterally, as a result of which the two translucent filling elements 18 , 19 arranged on the left and right next to the central ceiling strip 10 are uniformly illuminated. The spot lamps 32 , each fastened at the end of the middle ceiling strip 10 on the inside thereof, illuminate the left and right median strips 9 , 11 of the left and right side walls 3 , 5 and thus the actuating elements 13 arranged there for through the opening 31 of the middle ceiling strip 10 the floor choice or the signs 14 for the individual floors.
