Claims (4)

  1. Haut-parleur
    - comprenant un saladier (10) qui présente à son extrémité supérieure un rebord (11) circulaire et surélevé, et
    - une pièce (13) d'un seul tenant réunissant une suspension (15) et un joint (20),
    caractérisé par le fait
    - que la pièce (13) d'un seul tenant réunissant la suspension (15) et le joint (20) est constituée d'un produit alvéolaire compressé
    - que la pièce (13) d'un seul tenant comporte, outre un tronçon (19) destiné à prendre appui sur le bord (11) surélevé, une partie (18) qui s'étend à peu près le long de la direction de compression et est formée de produit alvéolaire (24) rétréci.
  2. Haut-parleur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la longueur de la partie (18) de la pièce (13) et la longueur du rebord (11) surélevé sont dimensionnées de telle sorte que les longueurs dépassent à peine la hauteur de levée maximale du système, au moins avec une suspension (15) négative.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce (13) d'un seul tenant réunissant la suspension (15) et le joint (encastré) (20) à partir d'un produit alvéolaire (24) comprimé à chaud entre deux outils, d'un haut-parleur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que lorsque l'outil supérieur (27) est abaissé sur le produit alvéolaire (24) pas encore compressé qui repose sur l'outil inférieur (22), un anneau de cercle (29) réalisé en dent de scie sur le fond de l'outil supérieur (27) et à distance du centre de l'outil supérieur (27), exerce une pression sur le produit alvéolaire (24) et le fait rentrer dans l'outil inférieur (22) réalisé en forme de moule creux lorsque l'outil supérieur (27) continue à descendre.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    la pièce (13) est, dès sa compression, séparée de la plaque de produit alvéolaire (24) du fait que l'anneau de cercle (29) réalisé en dent de scie est disposé à un endroit de l'outil supérieur (27) qui correspond à la limite intérieure de la pièce (13) finie, qu'un autre anneau de cercle (30) également réalisé en dent de scie est disposé à un endroit de l'outil supérieur (27) qui correspond à la limite extérieure de la pièce finie et que chaque anneau de cercle (29, 30) a une hauteur qui est très légèrement supérieure à la hauteur de la pièce (13) finie à l'endroit où chacun des anneaux de cercle (29, 30) est agencé.
