Abstract

Vorrichtung zum Tempieren von Zündern an großkalibrigen Geschossen. Die Zünder besitzen ein festes Unterteil und ein verdrehbares Oberteil. Die Vorrichtung besitzt ein ringförmiges Gehäuse (1), an dem ein Handgriff (2) angeordnet ist. Im Gehäuse sind zwei Stellringe (3, 4) koaxial ineinander gelagert. Der untere Stellring (3) ist über eine Drehmomentbegrenzung (11) mit einem Antriebsmotor (14) verbunden. Der obere Stellring (4) ist gegen den unteren Stellring (3) verdrehbar und durch eine Klemmvorrichtung (5) fixierbar. Die Innenkontur der Stellringe (3, 4) ist an die Außenkontur des Zünders angepaßt. Der untere Stellring (3) besitzt an seiner Innenseite einen gegen Federkraft radial nach außen verschiebbaren ersten Rastbolzen (9), der zweite Stellring (4) an seiner Innenseite einen festen zweiten Rastbolzen (10). Durch Verdrehung des oberen Stellrings (4) gegenüber dem unteren Stellring (3) wird ein vorgegebener Winkelabstand zwischen den Rastbolzen (9, 10) voreingestellt. Die Vorrichtung wird so auf den Zünder aufgesetzt, daß der zweite Rastbolzen (10) in eine Rastnut des Zylinderoberteils einrastet. Die Stellringe (3, 4) werden verdreht bis der erste Rastbolzen (9) in die Rastnut am Zylinderunterteil einrastet.
