Claims (15)

  1. Système de blocage à pas de vis pour la fixation de disques d'ensouple pourvus d'un trou central non fileté pour le passage d'un tube d'ensouple, comportant un écrou de blocage (1) qui est pourvu de trous de fixation (7, 8) axiaux destinés à recevoir des boulons de fixation, à des fins de fixation sur le disque d'ensouple, ainsi que d'un filetage intérieur (6) destiné à être vissé sur le tube d'ensouple, l'écrou de blocage (1) présentant dans un plan perpendiculaire à son axe (A) une partie de fixation (2) et une partie de serrage (3), disposée à distance de la partie de fixation ainsi que des trous de serrage (11, 12) qui, afin de recevoir des boulons de serrage, s'étendent dans des zones partielles (11', 11"; 12', 12") mutuellement alignées dans la partie de fixation (2) et la partie de serrage (3), caractérisé par le fait que la partie de fixation (2) et la partie de serrage (3) sont reliées l'une à l'autre uniquement par des parties de liaison (4, 5) essentiellement radiales, en forme de barrettes, de faible étendue dans la direction périphérique et, ailleurs, sont séparées l'une de l'autre par un espace (18) en forme de fente, dans la région duquel sont aménagés les trous de serrage (11, 12), et par le fait que les parties de liaison (4, 5) s'étendent sur toute la largeur radiale de l'anneau formé par l'écrou de blocage (1) et se rétrécissent radialement en direction de l'extérieur.
  2. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que deux trous de serrage (11, 12) diamétralement opposés sont aménagés respectivement dans la partie de fixation (2) et dans la partie de serrage (3).
  3. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de fixation (2) et la partie de serrage (3) sont reliées entre elles par deux parties de liaison (4, 5) diamétralement opposées.
  4. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les parties de liaison (4, 5) et les trous de serrage (11, 12) sont mutuellement décalés de 90°.
  5. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que deux trous de fixation (7, 8) diamétralement opposés sont aménagés respectivement dans la partie de fixation (2) et dans la partie de serrage (3).
  6. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de fixation (7, 8) sont prévus dans la région des parties de liaison (4, 5).
  7. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de fixation (7, 8) et les trous de serrage (11, 12) sont constitués par les mêmes trous et que les boulons de fixation et les boulons de serrage sont constitués par les mêmes boulons.
  8. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de serrage (11, 12) dans la partie de fixation (2) ou dans la partie de serrage (3) sont pourvues d'un filetage (15, 16) et que les boulons de serrage se présentent sous la forme de boulons filetés.

Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de serrage (11, 12) identiques aux trous de fixation (7, 8) ont des parois lisses et par le fait que les boulons de serrage identiques aux boulons de fixation se présentent sous la forme de boulons filetés qui s'engagent par leur partie filetée dans des taraudages du disque d'ensouple.
  10. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de serrage (11, 12) et les trous de fixation (7, 8) sont mutuellement décalés angulairement de 90°.
  11. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les trous de serrage (11, 12) et les trous de fixation (7, 8) sont disposés sur le même cercle de perçage.
  12. Système de blocage à pas de vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de fixation (2) comporte un rebord (17) circulaire de centrage.
