Abstract

Un dossier, notamment un dossier d'échantillons, de publicité ou de présentation, ainsi qu'un classeur à anneaux et un classeur de correspondance pour bureaux, écoles et présentations publicitaires, comprend une partie intercalaire rigide, notamment en carton, sur laquelle est appliqué un porte-papier provenant d'un rouleau soit neutre, soit imprimé ou non avec le nom de la société (fig. 1, chiffres 1-4). Lors de l'impression, une zone d'inscription (étiquette) peut être déjà prévue, l'utilisateur n'ayant pas à coller cette étiquette lui-même et pouvant écrire sur celle-ci avec les outils usuels d'écriture. La partie intercalaire peut être enduite au préalable au moyen d'une extrudeuse d'une matière plastique granulée fluide (PP/PE). La bande de papier enduite et plastifiée par la pellicule transparente en PP/PE traverse une station de gaufrage qui imprime différents dessins en creux sur la bande de papier (fig. 3). La pellicule transparente en PP/PE peut s'arrêter aux bords de la partie intercalaire (fig. 4) ou peut être étirée autour des bords de la partie intercalaire, pour recouvrir son côté intérieur. Normalement, le côté intérieur est également pourvu d'un revêtement combiné de papier et PP/PE.
