The utility model relates to office supplies, intended for archiving and storage of documents.

BACKGROUND

A known document folder containing a base, a lid and four sidewalls (RU 6365 U1). The folder is closed by tying shoelaces.

A disadvantage of the known document folder is the soft sidewalls, this leads to jamming of documents in this folder.

Also known is an archive box containing sidewalls made of dense material (microcorrugated cardboard, corrugated cardboard, cardboard) that are assembled and disassembled. This allows you to store, transport boxes in a disassembled form (RU 94514 U1). Adopted as a prototype.

The disadvantages of the well-known archive box include the insufficient durability of the stops and the archive box itself.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A USEFUL MODEL

The archive box is a binding cover divided into five parts by fold lines: base (1), two sidewalls (2), and two closing upper parts (3). In order for the archive box to be closed, ties or Velcro, or magnets, or elastic bands are used (7). In order to prevent the contents of the archive box from falling out, folding stops (4) are glued to the inner side of the box base, to the front and rear parts. These stops together with the box are transported disassembled. To bring the archive box into working condition, it is enough to manually bend the stop along the fold line (creasing) and snap the protruding parts of the stops (5) into the specially provided grooves (6). The binding cover is made of cardboard coated with a coated layer. Stops are also made of coated paperboard. The dimensions of the box can be different, depending on the needs.

The coated layer is applied to the cardboard during coating.

Coating is the process of applying a coating to paper or cardboard, which gives the material gloss and a number of strength properties, which affects its durability. The composition of the outer (covering) layer includes adhesives and plasticizing agents, as well as pigment, which is used as chalk or kaolin. There are several ways of coating: machine, outside machine and cast.

Implementation example.

The production and transportation of the archive box is carried out unassembled. Immediately before use, the archive box is collected and archived documents are placed in the box. The box allows you to store the placed documents for a long time without loss of deformation and wear of the box itself, including during subsequent transportation of documents from place to place.
