Claims (8)
- Dispositif de préchauffage d'une busette de coulée (2,3) d'un métal en fusion, qui comporte des moyens pour produire un milieu gazeux chaud (5) à proximité de l'orifice d'entrée de ladite busette de coulée (2), et des moyens (6), situés à l'extrémité de sortie de la busette de coulée (2,3) pour faire circuler ledit milieu gazeux chaud (5) dans ladite busette de coulée (2,3) sur toute la longueur de celle-ci et dans le sens d'écoulement du métal pendant la coulée, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de circulation (6) comprennent un venturi d'aspiration dont la partie convergente est raccordée à l'orifice de la busette de coulée (2,3), dans le prolongement de celle-ci.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour produire ledit milieu gazeux chaud (5) comprennent au moins un brûleur.
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un manchon (8) disposé autour de l'orifice d'entrée de la busette de coulée (2,3), dans le prolongement de celle-ci.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (8) est pourvu de trous (9) destinés à laisser passer ledit milieu gazeux chaud (5).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits trous (9) sont situés à la partie inférieure dudit manchon (8).
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le venturi d'aspiration (6) est réalisé en acier inoxydable.
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le venturi d'aspiration (6) est alimenté latéralement en air comprimé à une pression d'environ 4 bar.
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de sortie de la busette de coulée (2,3), respectivement des moyens de circulation (6), est raccordé à un système de collecte dudit milieu gazeux chaud (5).
