Claims (8)

  1. Vorwärmvorrichtung eines Ausgusses (2, 3) für eine Metallschmelze, die Mittel zur Erzeugung eines heißen gasförmigen Mediums (5) in der Nähe der Einlaßöffnung des Ausgusses (2) und sich am Auslaßende des Ausgusses (2, 3) befindende Mittel (6) zur Zirkulierung des heißen gasförmigen Mediums (5) im Ausguß (2, 3) über dessen gesamte Länge und in Fließrichtung des Metalls während des Gießens umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zirkulierungsmittel (6) eine Venturisaugdüse umfassen, deren konvergierender Teil mit der Öffnung des Ausgusses (2, 3) in dessen Verlängerung verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Erzeugung des heißen gasförmigen Mediums (5) mindestens einen Brenner umfassen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine um die Einlaßöffnung des Ausgusses (2, 3) herum in dessen Verlängerung angeordnete Muffe (8) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (8) mit Löchern (9) ausgebildet ist, die das heiße gasförmige Medium (5) passieren lassen sollen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Löcher (9) am unteren Teil der Muffe (8) befinden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Venturidüse (6) aus nicht rostendem Stahl hergestellt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Venturidüse (6) von der Seite mit Druckluft mit einem Druck von ca. 4 bar versorgt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnung des Ausgusses (2, 3) bzw. der Zirkulierungsmittel (6) mit einem System zum Auffangen des heißen gasförmigen Mediums (5) verbunden ist.
