Claims (7)

  1. Anlage zur automatischen und Serienfertigung von Bauplatten, die jeweils aus einem Hohlziegel aus gebranntem Ton (1) und einer Gipsverkleidung (12) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Fliessband umfasst, welches folgendes umfasst:
    einerseits in folgender Reihenfolge
    - eine Beladestation (18), wo die Ziegel (10) satzweise (16) zugeführt werden,
    - eine Station (19), wo die Ziegel (10) getrennt werden,
    - eine Station (20), wo die Ziegel (10) gespült werden,
    - eine Station (21), wo die Hohlräume (11) der Ziegel (10), falls erforderlich, bedeckt werden, oder eine Station (21), wo die Hohlräume (12) der Ziegel (10), falls erforderlich, teilweise oder vollständig mit einem Produkt wie zum Beispiel Polyurethanschaum gefüllt werden,
    - eine Gussstation (24), welche einzelne Formen (26) umfasst, in welche die Ziegel (10) einzeln eingelegt werden und Gips eingespritzt oder eingegossen wird, um die Verkleidungen (12) zu bilden, und, falls erforderlich, um die Hohlräume (11) der Ziegel (10) mit Gips zu füllen,
    - eine Trocknungsstation (35) für die abgegossenen Teile,
    andererseits:
    - Mittel (17, 23, 34 usw.), welche den automatischen Transport der Ziegel (10) bzw. der Platten zu einer folgenden Station bewerkstelligen.
  2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station umfasst, in welcher die getrockneten Platten satzweise (38) umgruppiert werden.
  3. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gussstation (24) ein Karussell (25) umfasst, das eine gewisse Anzahl von Formen (26) umfasst, die radial angeordnet sind.
  4. Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Karussell (25) in einer schrittweisen kreisförmigen Bewegung bewegt wird, wobei ein Ziegel (10) in eine Form (26) eingelegt wird und gleichzeitig eine abgegossene Platte aus einer anderen Form (26) entnommen wird.
  5. Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitraum, der zwischen dem Einlegen eines Ziegels (10) und der Entnahme der entsprechenden Platte verstreicht, derart ist, dass der Gips noch feucht ist, wenn die Platte aus der Form genommen wird.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknungsstation (35) aus einem Konvektionsofen gebildet wird.
  7. Bauplatte, die mit der Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 erhalten wird.
