Claims (4)

  1. Abfalltrennvorrichtung (1), für eine Rotationsschneidevorrichtung (2) für bogen- oder bahnförmiges Material, wie Karton oder dergleichen, welche Abfalltrennvorrichtung (1) eine Art Kamm bildet, welcher einen, parallel zur Achse des Schneidezylinders (2) angeordneten, gemeinsamen Sockel (5) aufweist, der eine Halterung für eine Reihe paralleler Arm- oder Zahnpaare (6, 7) bildet, die sich in Richtung auf den Schneidezylinder (2) erstrecken und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Manteloberfläche dieses Zylinders enden, und wobei diese Arme zwischen sich Zwischenräume abgrenzen, durch welche mit der Manteloberfläche des Schneidezylinders (2) verbundene Spitzen (3) hindurchtreten können, und Materialstücke (4) wegschaffen, die die Schneidereste bilden, die durch die Arme der Abfalltrennvorrichtung von den Spitzen (3) getrennt werden sollen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß der gemeinsame Sockel der als Kamm geformten Abfalltrennvorrichtung (1) eine Welle (5) aufweist, auf welcher die Arme der parallelen Armpaare (6, 7) in veränderbaren, von der Längskoordinate der Spitzen (3) abhängigen Positionen auf dem Schneidezylinder (2) unabhängig mittels Schrauben (9) verklemmt sind, und
       daß die Arme (6, 7) jedes Paares symmetrisch hinsichtlich einer senkrechten, zwischen den Armen hindurchgehenden Schnittebene (P) sind und vordere, zur Bildung eines scharfen, äußeren Endes (Schneide 11b) abgeschrägte Flächen (11c) aufweisen, wobei die Innenflächen (11f, 11i) der abgeschrägten, vorderen Flächen (11c), nämlich die Innenflächen (11f, 11i), welche gegeneinander gewandt sind, derart angepaßt sind, daß sie zwischen sich einen Spalt bilden, dessen Breite von vorne nach hinten, nämlich von dem vorderen äußersten Ende (11b) der Arme (6, 7) zu der den gemeinsamen Ansatz bildenden Welle (5), allmählich zunimmt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Arme (6, 7) einen durch einen auf der Welle (5) mittels einer Schraube (9) fest angezogenen und verklemmten Trageblock gebildeten Ansatz (8) und ein Vorderteil umfaßt, welches einen Schaber (11) bildet, der den Ansatz (8) verlängert und auf diesem Ansatz durch Schrauben (12) befestigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schaber (11) eine ebene, obere Fläche (11a) aufweist, welche bezüglich der Horizontalen geneigt ist, in einer horizontalen Schneide (11b) endet und parallel zur Achse des Schneidezylinders (2) und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Manteloberfläche dieses Zylinders angeordnet ist, wobei diese Schneide (11b) Teil einer spitzwinkligen Winkelform ist, die durch die obere Fläche (11a) und eine zur scharfkantigen Ausführung des äußersten Teils jedes Schabers (11) abgeschrägte, untere und vordere Fläche (11c) gebildet ist, und wobei die innere Oberfläche jedes Schabers, nämlich diejenige, welche gegen die senkrechte Symmetrieebene (P) und den anderen Schaber gewandt ist, stufenförmig ist und in ihrem vorderen Bereich eine ebene, vordere Innenfläche (11f) aufweist, die sowohl nach unten als auch nach hinten geneigt ist, wobei diese geneigte, vordere Innenfläche (11f) in ihrem oberen Bereich durch eine in der Ebene der oberen Fläche (11a) liegende, parallel zur senkrechten Symmetrieebene (P) angeordnete, vordere und obere Schneide (11g), die senkrecht mit der Schneide (11b) verbunden ist, und durch eine weitere, ebenfalls in der Ebene der oberen Fläche (11a) liegende, obere Schneide (11h) begrenzt ist, welche im Anschluß an die vordere Schneide (11g) angeordnet ist und von vorne nach hinten und gegen die Außenseite des Schabers (11) geneigt ist, um auch eine senkrechte und transversale Innenfläche (11i) des Schabers (11) zu treffen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geneigte, vordere Innenfläche (11f) des Schabers (11) mit der geneigten, vorderen Fläche (11c) längs einer Schneide (11j) verbunden ist, die, in Aufsicht, von vorne nach hinten, gegen die Außenseite bezüglich der senkrechten Symmetrieebene (P) geneigt ist.
