Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum drehenden Ausstanzen von Kartonzuschnitten (5) zwischen zwei Walzen, von denen mindestens eine eine Ausstanzwalze von dem Typ ist, welcher Abfallstück-Ausbrecheinrichtungen aufweist, die aus Greifelementen (22, 22') bestehen, welche auf den Drehelementen (31), zwischen denen die Bahn mitgeführt wird, angeordnet sind und eine scharfe Zone (23, 40) aufweisen, welche in das Abfallstück (5a) des ausgestanzten Zuschnitts (5) eindringen soll, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Kamm aufweist, damit im Verlauf der Drehung der Drehelemente, zwischen denen die Bahn mitgeführt wird, der Kamm für ein Trennen des Abfallstücks von den Greifelementen sorgt, und die Greifelemente (22, 22') ein Befestigungselement (27, 38) aufweisen, das über die Außenfläche der Drehelemente um einen Wert (d) übersteht, der mindestens so groß ist wie die Dicke der Zuschnitte, und die Abmessung des Befestigungsstücks (27, 38) in Richtung der Drehachse der Drehelemente so groß ist wie die scharfe Zone, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Befestigungsstücks, gesehen in Richtung der Achse des Drehelementes, auf welchem die Greifelemente angeordnet sind, größer ist als der der scharfen Zone (23, 40), derart, dass nach dem Eindringen der scharfen Zone (23, 40) in das Abfallstück (5a) sich dieses in einem gegen das Befestigungsstück (27, 38) anliegenden Zustand befindet, wobei die Innenfläche des Abfallstücks gegen das Befestigungsstück so zu liegen kommt, dass sie mit Abstand zur Außenfläche des die Greifelemente aufweisenden Drehelementes angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehelemente aus Scheiben (16, 16') bestehen und die scharfen Elemente aus ebenen Elementen (22) bestehen, die an den Basisflächen (20) dieser Scheiben befestigt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiben (16) auf mindestens einer ihrer Basisflächen eine kreisförmige Nut (18) aufweisen, an deren Seitenfläche (20) die Greifelemente (22) befestigt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis der Greifelemente (22) die Form eines umgedrehten V aufweist, wodurch ermöglicht wird, dass sie in zwei Punkten auf dem Drehelement (16) aufliegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifelemente (22) mit Langlöchern (26) versehen sind, welche die Form von Kreisbögen haben, deren Mittelpunkt auf der Achse der Drehelemente (16) liegt, wobei Befestigungseinrichtungen (28) durch die Seitenfläche (20) der Greifelemente hindurch verlaufen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtungen aus Schrauben (28) bestehen, welche in Gewindelöcher (30) der Seitenfläche (20) eingesetzt sind, wobei der Winkelabstand der Löcher (30) sowie der Langlöcher derart ist, dass es möglich ist, den scharfen Teil (23) in jeder beliebigen Winkelposition auf dem Umfang der Scheibe (16) anzuordnen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die scharfe Zone (23) des Greifelementes (22) seitlich auf dem Befestigungsstück angeordnet ist, derart, dass durch Vertauschen der Seiten des Greifelementes (22) eine zweite Zone der Winkelpositionierung der scharfen Zone (23) erzielt werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifelemente (22') aus einem mit einem Gewinde versehenen zylindrischen Teil (36) bestehen, über dem sich ein abgeflachtes Stück (38) befindet, über welchem sich wiederum eine Spitze (40) befindet, wobei der mit einem Gewinde versehene Teil (36) in ein Gewindeloch (34) des Drehelementes (31) eingeschraubt ist und auf diesem in einer derartigen Position festgelegt ist, dass die Basis (27') der Spitze (40) mit einem Abstand (d) zur Außenfläche der Walze (31) angeordnet ist, der mindestens so groß ist wie die einfache Dicke des Abfallstücks (5), und die Achse (uu') des abgeflachten Stücks senkrecht zur Achse des Drehelementes (31) ausgerichtet ist.
