Aus der Patentschrift DE-A1-26 04 157 ist eine Bremsfangvorrichtung mit einem Führungskeil und einer Gegenbacke bekannt, die bei Normalbetrieb entlang einem freien Schenkel einer Führungsschiene geführt werden. Der Führungskeil ist am unteren Ende mittels einem Führungsbolzen drehbar gelagert und am oberen Ende von einem justierbaren Federpaket gehalten. Im Störfall wird eine Rollenhaiterung nach oben ausgelenkt. Dadurch wird eine Fangrolle über ein Auflager aus der Ruheposition entlang der Kante des Führungskeils nach oben bewegt. Mit dem Auftreffen der Fangrolle auf der Führungsschiene wird der Führungskeil nach rechts ausgeschwenkt und das Federpaket unter Spannung gesetzt. Die Aufwärtsbewegung der Fangrolle wird durch einen am oberen Ende des Fangkeils angeordneten Bremskeil begrenzt. Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass durch den einfachen Aufbau der Einzelteile eine weitgehend automatisierte Fertigung der Bremsfangvorrichtung ermöglicht wird. Als weiterer Vorteil sind die einfachen Einstellarbeiten zur Anpassung der Bremsfangverzögerung an die unterschiedlichen Gesamtgewichte von Aufzugskabine und Gegengewicht anzusehen. Automatisierte Fertigung wie auch einfache Einstellarbeiten wirken sich positiv auf die Herstellungskosten der in grossen Stückzahlen gefertigten Bremsfangvorrichtung aus.The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the simple construction of the individual parts enables largely automated manufacture of the brake safety device. In den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist mit 1 ein Gehäuse mit einer sich auf der Gehäusevorderseite über die gesamte Gehäusehöhe erstreckenden Ausnehmung 2 bezeichnet, an deren einen Ende eine Bremsplatte 3 angeordnet ist, neben welcher ein freier Schenkel 4 einer Führungsschiene 5 eintaucht. In den an den Schenkel 4 angrenzenden Teil der Ausnehmung 2 ist ein trapezförmiger Bügel 6 mit einem aus dem Gehäuse 1 ragenden rechteckförmigen Fortsatz 7 eingelegt. Der Bügel 6 weist führungsschienenseitig eine schräg nach oben verlaufende, einen Keilspalt 8 bildende Kulisse 9 mit U-förmigem Querschnitt auf, die unten und oben in ein kreisförmiges Ende übergeht. Die beiden Stirnflächen der Kulisse 9 dienen als Rollbahnen 10 für an einer zylinderförmigen, an der Manteloberfläche gerändelten Fangrolle 11 angeordnete Rollenachsen 12. Im unteren Teil der Kulisse 9 ist eine Überhöhung in der Form einer zusätzlichen Steuerschräge 13 vorgesehen, mit der die Fangrolle 11 rascher an den freien Schenkel 4 der Führungsschiene 5 geführt wird. Die Ausnehmung 2 endet an der der Bremsplatte 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Keilschräge 14, an der der Bügel 6 anliegt. Das eine Ende einer Schraube 16 steht mit dem an einem Träger 17 angeordneten Gehäuse 1, das andere Ende der Schraube 16 steht mit einer am dem Fortsatz 7 angeordneten Lasche 21 in Verbindung. Dabei gleitet der durch eine Abdeckplatte 18 verschiebbar gehaltene Bügel 6 entlang der Keilschräge 14 und verändert den Abstand der Fangrolle 11 zum freien Schenkel 4 der Führungsschiene 5. Der Abstand der Fangrolle 11 zum freien Schenkel 4 bestimmt wiederum die an unterschiedliche Gesamtgewichte von Aufzugskabine und Gegengewicht anzupassende Bremsfangverzögerung wie auch die mit C bezeichnete Einfederung des Bügels 6.One end of a
Im Störfall betätigt ein nicht dargestellter Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer mittels Zugorgane ein mit 19 bezeichnetes Hebelwerk, das mit einem Ende eines in die Ausnehmung 2 eintauchenden Betätigungsarms 20 in Verbindung steht. Die am anderen Ende des Betätigungsarm 20 drehbar angeordnete Fangrolle 11 wird dabei aus ihrer Ruhelage ausgelenkt und im Keilspalt 8 nach oben gezogen, wobei die Rollenachsen 12 den durch die Rollbahnen 10 vorherbestimmten Weg abrollen. Durch die nach oben gerichtete Relativbewegung entlang der Rollbahn 10 der Fangrolle 11 wird die Bremsplatte 3 zum freien Schenkel 4 der Führungsschiene 5 in Eingriff gebracht.
