Claims (3)

  1. Beschichtungsverfahren, bei dem eine Beschichtungslösung von einem Beschichtungslösung-Zuführungseinlaß (4) zugeführt wird, der an einem Mittelbereich oder an einem Endbereich einer Lösungsspritzdüse (1) vorgesehen ist, dann in Breitenrichtung der Lösungsspritzdüse (1) mittels eines Verteilerstücks (5) verteilt wird und dann aus der Lösungsspritzdüse (1) durch einen Schlitz (2), der einen gleichmäßigen Abstand von dem Verteilerstück (5) aufweist, ausgetragen wird, um dadurch eine Beschichtung auszuführen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Falle des Einlasses (4) an dem Mittelbereich beide Endbereiche und im Falle des Einlasses an einem Endbereich der entgegengesetzte Endbereich in Breitenrichtung des Verteilerstücks (5) durch einen Stopfen (3) gebildet werden (wird), und daß in dem Längsschnitt (Y-Y) durch den Schlitz die Form einer Innenfläche des Stopfens (3) eine gekrümmte Fläche aufweist, die tangential mit einem oder beiden Enden des Schlitzes (2) verbunden ist.
  2. Beschichtungsvorrichtung, die eine Lösungsspritzdüse (1) umfaßt, die einen Beschichtungslösung-Zuführungseinlaß (4) aufweist, der an einem Mittelbereich oder an einem Endbereich der Lösungsspritzdüse (1) vorgesehen ist, ein Verteilerstück (5) in Breitenrichtung der Lösungsspritzdüse (1) aufweist und der mit dem Beschichtungslösungs-Zuführungseinlaß (4) in Verbindung steht, einen Schlitz (2) aufweist, der einen gleichmäßigen Abstand von dem Verteilerstück (5) aufweist zum Austragen der Beschichtungslösung und damit verbundenem Ausführen der Beschichtung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Falle des Einlasses (4) an dem Mittelbereich beide Endbereiche und im Falle des Einlasses an einem Endbereich der entgegengesetzte Endbereich in Breitenrichtung des Verteilerstücks (5), die (der) von der Beschichtungslösung kontaktiert werden (wird), durch einen Stopfen (3) gebildet wird, und im Längsschnitt (Y-Y) durch den Schlitz die Form der Innenfläche des Stopfens (3) eine gekrümmte Fläche aufweist, die tangential mit dem einen Ende oder beiden Enden des Schlitzes (2) verbunden ist.
  3. Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    im Horizontalschnitt (X-X) die Form der Innenfläche des Stopfens (3) eine gekrümmte Fläche aufweist.
