Die Erfindung betrifft der Gattung nach eine Vorrichtung zum Anformen von endseitigen Sicken an rohrförmigen Werkstücken aus Blech, mit paarweise angeordneten Sickenrollen und mit einer Anlagefläche für das zu bearbeitende Werkstück, wobei die Sickenrollen an der Anlagefläche mit zur Anlagefläche orthogonaler Drehachse drehbar gelagert sowie motorisch antreibbar sind. - Als Werkstücke kommen insbesondere vorgeformte Blechmantelteile zur Verkleidung von Wärmedämmstoffen, insbesondere an Rohrleitungen, in Betracht. Bei der Werkstückbearbeitung wird das fest an dem Werkstück anliegende Andruckelement von der Rotationsbewegung des Werkstückes mitgenommen und führt eine Drehbewegung aus. Durch die Schwenkbeweglichkeit ist das Andruckelement an die Neigung der oberseitigen Stirnfläche des Werkstückes anpaßbar. Eine genaue Ausrichtung der Andruckeinrichtung in bezug auf die Rotationsachse des Werkstückes ist nicht erforderlich. Ein unrunder Lauf des Werkstückes während der Werkstückbearbeitung stört nicht. Eine konstruktiv bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, daß die Rohre an auf der Quertraverse verschiebbaren Gleitschuhen gelagert sind. Eine besonders gute Stützfunktion wird dann erreicht, wenn die Stützrollen nah am Eingriffsbereich der Sickenrollen positioniert sind. Zur Verbesserung des Rundlaufes des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes können weitere Stützrollen, untereinander in äquidistanten Abständen, am Auflagetisch vorgesehen sein. Es versteht sich, daß auch diese zusätzlichen Stützrollen an axial verstellbaren Zustellelementen angeordnet sind. Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckvorrichtung auswechselbare Gewichtsstücke umfaßt. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung ist zum Anformen und endseitigen Sicken an rohrförmigen Werkstücken aus Blech bestimmt. Bei diesen Werkstücken handelt es sich insbesondere um vorgeformte Blechteile, aus denen Verkleidungen für Wärmedämmungen an Rohrleitungen hergestellt werden. In Betracht kommen vor allem gerade Paßstücke sowie Segmente, die zu Rohrbögen zusammensetzbar sind. Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau der Vorrichtung gehören eine Anlagefläche 1 für das zu bearbeitende Werkstück 2 und paarweise angeordnete Sickenrollen 3, die an der Anlagefläche 1 mit zur Anlagefläche orthogonaler Drehachse 4 drehbar gelagert sowie durch eine nicht dargestellte Antriebsvorrichtung motorisch antreibbar sind. Die Sickenrollen 3 sind in bekannter Weise relativ zueinander verstell- und justierbar. Die Anlagefläche 1 ist horizontal ausgerichtet und bildet einen Auflagetisch für das Werkstück. Oberhalb des Auflagetisches 1 erkennt man bei der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Ausführung eine Andruckeinrichtung 5 mit einem höhenverstellbaren Kragarm 6 und mit einem schwenkbeweglich sowie drehbar an dem Kragarm 6 befestigten Andruckelement 7. Kragarm 6 und Schwenkachse 9 bilden insofern einen galgenförmigen Schwenkarm. Die Andruckeinrichtung 5 liegt ausschließlich unter Eigengewicht an dem zu bearbeitenden Werkstück 2 an. Durch Richtungspfeile ist angedeutet, daß die Andruckeinrichtung 5 Verstellbewegungen in der Ebene ausführen und dadurch den Werkstückbewegungen folgen kann. Zwischen dem Kragarm 6 der Andruckeinrichtung und dem Andruckelement 7 ist ein Kardangelenk 12 angeordnet. Ferner erkennt man, daß das Andruckelement 7 als Leiste mit darauf verschiebbaren Anschlagklötzen 13 ausgebildet ist. Die Anschlagklötze 13 sind in der Haltestellung durch Spannschrauben 14 an der Leiste 7 arretierbar und liegen außenseitig an dem zu bearbeitenden Werkstück 2 an. Zur Lagerung der Rohre 18 sind an der Quertraverse 17 verschiebbare Gleitschuhe 19 vorgesehen. Durch Verschieben der Gleitschuhe 19 ist der Abstand zwischen den Rohren 18 einstell- und veränderbar. Die Rohre 18 sind als Teleskoprohre ausgebildet oder in den Gleitschuhen 19 axial verschiebbar. Dadurch ist die Länge der Rohre 18 dem Werkstück entsprechend anpaßbar. Zum Zwecke der Justierung der Andruckeinrichtung 5 ist die Quertraverse drehbeweglich und in einer gewünschten Winkelstellung arretierbar. Beidseits des motorisch angetriebenen Sickenrollenpaares 3 sind an die Mantelfläche des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes anlegbare Stützrollen 8,8' vorgesehen, deren Abstand zu dem Sickenrollenpaar 3 einstellbar ist. Dazu sind die Stützrollen 8,8' an axial verstellbaren Zustellelementen 15, 15' gelagert. Ein Stützrollenpaar 8' ist zum Bearbeitungsspalt des Sickenrollenpaares 3 anstellbar. Die Zustellelemente 15' dieses Sickenrollenpaares 8' sind axial im rechten Winkel zu der Verbindungslinie zwischen den Drehachsen des Sickenrollenpaares 3 verstellbar. Weitere, ebenfalls an axial verstellbaren Zustellelementen 15 gelagerte Stützrollen 8 sind in äquidistanten Abständen am Auflagetisch 1 angebracht. Sie dienen der Verbesserung des Rundlaufes des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes. Schließlich entnimmt man der Fig. 4, daß die Andruckeinrichtung 5 auswechselbare Gewichtsstücke 20 umfaßt, durch deren Auswahl die Andruckkraft auf das Werkstück einstellbar ist. Ferner ist eine pneumatisch oder hydraulisch arbeitende Hubvorrichtung 21 vorgesehen.
