Bei dieser Einrichtung sind als Schneideinrichtung zwei gegeneinander in verschiedenen Richtungen verschiebbare Messerbalken mit sehr vielen Zähnen vorgesehen, die wie bei einem Haarschneideapparat zusammenwirken. Diese Messerzähne sollen in Altpapierballen eingedrückt werden, um dann durch Betätigen der Messerbalken die den Altpapierballen umfassenden Bindedrähte zu erfassen. Dies ist aber ein sehr schwieriger und auf keinen Fall 100 %ig sicher durchzuführender Vorgang.The invention relates to a device for unwiring waste paper bales according to the preamble of the claim. Es ist eine langgestreckte Trägereinrichtung 2 vorgesehen, die zur Haltung und Führung der mit den Messern 12 versehenen Messerbalken 11 dient. Dabei sind die Messer 12 und deren Schneiden gegeneinander gerichtet und gegeneinander, d.h. in entgegengesetzten Richtungen verschieblich bzw. verfahrbar gehalten, in diesem Fall von einer bzw. je einer Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 22, die an der Trägereinrichtung 2 befestigt sind. Im Messerbalken 11 sind parallel zu einer Seitenfläche in diesem Fall vertikal des Altpapierballens A neben diesem verfahrbar. Dabei liegt der Ballen A auf einem Ballenförderer B. Da der gesamte Trenn- und Aufnahmevorgang für die Ballendrähte sehr schnell vor sich geht, braucht der Ballenförderer nicht angehalten zu werden, sondern man kann den Altpapierballen durch eine Sperre C stoppen, welcher aus einem hereinschwenkbaren Arm besteht.An
Der Träger 2 weist in ihrer Längsrichtung einen Schlitz auf, durch den die Messerbalken 11, die an der Zylinder-Kolbenstange 26 befestigt sind, hindurchgreifen. Die Trägereinheit 2 ist mittels Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 21 quer zur genannten Seitenfläche des Ballens verschiebbar, wobei sie noch mittels Rohr 16 in einer Parallelführungseinheit 6 geführt ist. Die Wickeleinheit 3 weist ein rahmenförmiges Wicklergestell 8 auf, an dem auch Abstreifer 5 für die von dem geschlitzten Wickelzylinder 27 aufgewickelten Bindedrähte befestigt ist. Über eine Stützkonsole 14 ist der Antriebsmotor 15 für den Wickelzylinder 27 auf dem beweglichen Teil des Wicklergestells befestigt und treibt über die Kupplungsscheiben 9 und 9' die Welle des Wickelzylinders 27 an. Zum Heben und Senken der Einheit aus Elektromotor 15 und Wickelzylinder 27 dienen zwei Hydraulik-Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten 19, die zu beiden Seiten des Wicklergestells 8 in dessen seitlichen Rahmenteilen 36 angeordnet sind.The
