Abstract

Two cutter bars (11) are mounted displaceably relative to one another in a guiding slot of an elongate support. The cutters (12) of the cutter bars extend transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent of the support and their blades are arranged with an opposite inclination in such a way that the cutters are able to interact in the manner of claws, in order to seize the binding wires of the waste paper bales (A). The cutters are thus used for penetrating the waste paper bale in order to seize the binding wires in succession so that, after the cutter bars, including the supports, have been drawn away from the waste paper bale, the binding wires can be positioned at a point at which they can be seized by a winding mandrel. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Entdrahtung von Altpapierballen entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentan­spruchs 1. Eine solche Einrichtung ist bekannt aus der DE-OS 37 07 966. Bei dieser Einrichtung sind als Schneideinrichtung zwei gegeneinander in verschiedenen Richtungen verschiebbare Messer­balken mit sehr vielen Zähnen vorgesehen, die wie bei einem Haarschneideapparat zusammenwirken. Diese Messerzähne sollen in den Altpapierballen eingedrückt werden, um dann durch Betätigen der Messerbalken die den Altpapierballen umfassenden Binde­drähte zu erfassen. Dies ist aber ein sehr schwieriger und auf keinen Fall 100 %ig sicher durchzuführender Vorgang. Wenn die Drähter sicher erfaßt sind, werden sie durch die Messerbal­ken-Einrichtung so genau positioniert, daß sie in den Schlitz eines Wickelzylinders bzw. in den zwischen zwei Wickeldornen gebildeten Zwischenraum gelangen können, wenn man die Wickel­einrichtung quer zu den Drähten verschiebt. Es ist zu diesem Zweck auch ein sehr langer Verschiebeweg der Wickeleinrichtung nötig, um alle Drähte zu erfassen.The invention relates to a device for unwiring waste paper bales according to the preamble of claim 1. Claims (6)

1. Einrichtung zur Erfassung und Entfernung von Bindedrähten von Ballen, insbesondere aus Altpapier, mit einer aus zwei parallelen Dornen oder einem in Längsrichtung geschlitzten Zylinder bestehenden Hubeinrichtung für die zertrennten Drähte und einer Greifvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifvorrichtung aus zwei, in entgegengesetzten Richtungen parallel zur ihnen zugewandten Seite des Ballens beweglichen Messerbalken (11) besteht, die die Messer (12) tragen, deren Schneiden einander zugewandt sind und mit einem langgestreckten Träger (2), verbunden sind, der in seiner Längsrichtung einen Führungsschlitz zur Führung der Messerbalken (11) aufweist, wobei der Träger (2) neben dem Ballenförderer auch noch mittels Hubeinrichtung (21) quer zur betreffenden Fläche des Ballens verschieblich ange­ordnet ist.1.
