Abstract

Der Kunststoffdeckel (1) für blasgeformte Spundfässer (7) und Weithalsfässer weist eine auf der Außenseite (11) innerhalb der Deckelkontur angeordnete zentrale, flache Aufbewahrungskammer (12) für Warenbegleitpapiere aller Art u.dgl. mit einer an der Außenseite (11) des Faßdeckels (1) angeformten, zylindrischen Wand (13), einem abnehmbaren Verschlußdeckel (14) aus Kunststoff sowie einem mittig am Faßdeckel (1) angeformten Blindspund (15) zur Zentrierung und Abstützung des Kammerdeckels (14) auf. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Kunststoffdeckel für blasgeformte, stapelbare Spund- und Weithalsfässer.
  • Bei Spund- und Weithalsfässern werden die Begleitpapiere mit den für den Abnehmer bestimmten Angaben über das Füllgut sowie Liefervorschriften vorzugsweise am Spunddeckel bzw. dem abnehmbaren Deckel befestigt. Kurzinformationen werden mittels Aufklebern unmittelbar am Faßdekkel angebracht. Mehrere Begleitpapiere werden zweckmäßig in eine Kunststoffhülle gesteckt, die auf dem Deckel aufgeklebt wird. Bei Weithalsfässern besteht die Möglichkeit, die Begleitpapiere beizupacken, wobei die Papiere zweckmäßig mit oder ohne Einsteckhülle auf der Deckelinnenseite angebracht werden. Ferner ist es bekannt, Begleitpapiere mittels einer Schrumpffolie außen am Faßmantel anzubringen.
  • Die bekannten Möglichkeiten der Befestigung der Begleitpapiere am Faß und des Beipackens der Papiere sind unbefriedigend. Beim Transport können Aufkleber beschädigt werden, so daß die auf diesen aufgedruckten Informationen über das Füllgut nur noch schwer leserlich oder sogar unleserlich werden, und auf die Deckel aufgeklebte Einsteckhüllen mit den Begleitpapieren können verloren gehen. Die Anbringung der Begleitpapiere auf der Innenseite eines Deckels für Weithalsfässer erfordert ein Öffnen des Fasses, wenn man die Begleitpapiere einsehen will. Dies ist umständlich, wenn das Füllgut erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt verarbeitet wird. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, daß die Begleitpapiere durch flüssiges Füllgut und vornehmlich durch aggressives, flüssiges Füllgut beschädigt werden. Bei einer Befestigung von Begleitpapieren mittels einer Schrumpffolie am Faßmantel droht ein Verlust der Papiere, wenn die Folie beim Transport der Fässer reißt. Außerdem erfordert die Verwendung von Schrumpffolien für den Hersteller des Füllgutes die Bereitstellung entsprechender Maschinen zum Aufschrumpfen der Folie und verteuert die Rekonditionierung der Fässer durch die notwendige Entfernung von beschädigter Folie vom Faßmantel. Eine weitere Verteuerung rekonditionierter Kunststoffässer ergibt sich durch die ggf. erforderliche Entfernung von Werbeaufklebern bei einem Wechsel des Füllgutes und ggf. bei einem Einsatz rekonditionierter Fässer bei verschiedenen Herstellerfirmen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Kunststoffdeckel für blasgeformte Spund- und Weithalsfässer mit einer sicheren Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Begleitpapiere und Werbeunterlagen aller Art zu entwickeln.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Kunststoffdeckel mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche beinhalten zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
  • Die in den Faßdeckel integrierte Aufbewahrungskammer gewährleistet eine sichere Unterbringung von Warenbegleitpapieren aller Art wie Produktbeschreibungen, Liefervorschriften, Einsatzplänen für das Faß, Informationen zur Rekonditionierung des Fasses, Umweltinformationen und Werbematerial. Ferner kann in der Kammer ein Inliner aus einer Kunststoffolie aufbewahrt werden, der beim Transport und der Lagerung von entsorgungsproblematischen Produkten wie Dispersionen, z.B. Farben, vor dem Füllen des Fasses in den Faßraum eingebracht wird. Schließlich kann in die Aufbewahrungskammer eine kleinere Menge eines Stoffes eingefüllt werden, der dem in dem Faß enthaltenen Stoff zur Herstellung eines Mehrkomponentenwerkstoffes beigemischt wird.
  • Die Erfindung mit weiteren Vorteilen ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Spundfaßdeckels und eines Deckels für ein Weithalsfaß näher erläutert. Es zeigt
    • Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht eines Spundfaßdekkels,
    • Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch den Deckelteil des Spundfasses nach Fig. 1 und den Bodenteil eines auf diesem gestapelten Spundfasses in vergrößerter Darstellung,
    • Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit des Spundfaßdeckels nach Ausschnitt 111 der Fig. 2 in vergrößerter Darstellung und
    • Fig. 4 einen abnehmbaren Deckel für ein Weithalsfaß im Schnitt.
  • Der aus Kunststoff gespritzte Spundfaßdeckel 1 nach den Fign. 1 bis 3 weist zwei diametral gegenüberliegende, einstückig angeformte Spunde 2, 3 auf, die für einen Schraubverschluß eingerichtet sind und Spundöffnungen 4, 6 bilden, die mit entsprechenden Schraubstopfen verschlossen werden. Der Deckel 1, der mit dem Mantel 8 des Spundfasses 7 über den Umfang verschweißt ist, hat einen über die Spunde 2, 3 vorstehenden Trage- und Transportring 9 mit über den Umfang verteilten Ablauföffnungen 10 für Regenwasser.
  • Auf der Außenseite 11 des Faßdeckels 1 ist innerhalb der Deckelkontur eine zentrale, als flache Zylinderkammer ausgebildete Aufbewahrungskammer 12 mit einer an der Deckelaußenseite angeformten Wand 13, einem abnehmbaren Verschlußdeckel 14 sowie einem mittig am Faßdeckel 1 angesetzten Blindspund 15 zur Zentrierung und Abstützung des Kammerdeckels 14 angeordnet.
  • Der Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 des Spundfaßdeckels 1 schließt bündig mit dem oberen Rand 16 des an den Faßdeckel angeformten Trage- und Transportrings 9 ab.
  • Der als Kunststoffspritzteil gefertigte Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 ist als Klemmdeckel ausgebildet, der mit einem am seitlichen Deckelrand 17 angeformten, radial nach innen gerichteten Ringwulst 18 einen am äußeren Rand 19 der Kammerwand 13 im Bereich der Kammeröffnung 20 angeformten Ringsteg 21 übergreift und mittels eines mittig an der Deckelinnenseite 22 angeformten Zapfens 23 in eine Zentrierbohrung 24 eines in den Blindspund 15 des Faßdeckels 1 eingeschraubten Stopfens 25 eingreift.
  • Der Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 ist mit einem Originalitätsverschluß mit je einer oder mehreren am seitlichen Rand 17 des Verschlußdeckels 14 und am Außenumfang der Kammerwand 13 angeformten Öse bzw. Ösen 26 ausgestattet, die paarweise miteinander verplombt oder verprägt werden.
  • In Abänderung der beschriebenen Deckelausführung kann der Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 ein in Fig. 1 strichpunktiert dargestelltes Aufreißband 27 aufweisen.
  • Der Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 bietet eine Fläche zum Anbringen von Werbeaufklebern. Bei einer Ausbildung des Verschlußdeckels 14 als Sichtdeckel aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff hat man die Möglichkeit, die Aufbewahrungskammer 12 einzusehen, ohne den Deckel 14 zu öffnen.
  • Im Stapel stützt sich ein Spundfaß 7 mit seinem Boden 28 auf dem Trage- und Transportring 9 und dem Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 des Faßdeckels 1 des darunter stehenden Spundfasses 7 ab. Aufgrund der durch den Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 gegenüber den herkömmlichen Faßdeckeln vergrößerten Aufstandsfläche zeichnet sich ein mit einem Deckel 1 mit Aufbewahrungskammer 12 ausgerüstetes Spundfaß 7 durch eine wesentlich verbesserte Stapelsicherheit aus.
  • Bei Auftreten eines inneren Überdrucks stützt sich der membranartige, zur Restentleerung in Kopflage des Fasses 7 nach innen gewölbte Dekkel 1 über den Blindspund 15 sowie die Wand 13 und den Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 am Boden 28 des darüber gestapelten Fasses 7 ab, so daß der Deckel 1 keinen Verformungskräften mit der Möglichkeit einer Beschädigung unterliegt und die inneren Druckkräfte unmittelbar in den Faßmantel 8 eingeleitet werden und dort als Zugkräfte in Umfangsrichtung wirken, die in einem bestimmten Bereich ohne eine Beschädigung des Faßmantels kompensiert werden können. Der abnehmbare Faßdeckel 29 für Weithalsfässer nach Fig. 4 weist in gleicher Weise wie der Spundfaßdeckel 1 eine innerhalb der Deckelkontur angeordnete Aufbewahrungskammer 12 mit einem Verschlußdeckel 14 auf, der bündig mit dem oberen Deckelrand 30 abschließt.
  • In Abänderung der beschriebenen Spundfaßdeckelausführung nach den Fign. 1 bis 3 und des Deckels 29 für Weithalsfässer nach Fig. 4 kann der Verschlußdeckel 14 der Aufbewahrungskammer 12 als Schraubdeckel ausgeführt sein, der mit seinem ein Innengewinde aufweisenden seitlichen Deckelrand 17 auf den mit einem entsprechenden Außengewinde versehenen Öffnungsrand der Kammerwand 13 aufgeschraubt ist und mittels eines mittig an der Deckelinnenseite 22 angeformten Gewindezapfens 23 in eine Zentrier-Gewindebohrung 24 eines in den Blindspund 15 des Faßdeckels 1, 29 eingeschraubten Stopfens 25 eingeschraubt ist.

Claims (10)

1. Kunststoffdeckel für blasgeformte, stapelbare Spund- und Weithalsfässer aus Kunststoff, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf der Außenseite (11) des Faßdeckels (1, 29) innerhalb der Dekkelkontur angeordnete zentrale, flache Aufbewahrungskammer (12) mit einer an der Außenseite (11) des Faßdeckels (1) angeformten Wand (13), einem abnehmbaren Verschlußdekkel (14) sowie einem mittig am Faßdeckel (1) angesetzten Blindspund (15) zur Zentrierung und Abstützung des Kammerdeckels (12).
2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Faßdeckel (1) angeordnete Aufbewahrungskammer (12) als flache Zylinderkammer ausgebildet ist.
3. Deckel für Spundfässer nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) des mit dem Faßmantel (8) verschweißten Faßdeckels (1) bündig mit dem oberen Rand (16) des an den Faßdeckel (1) angeformten Trage-und Transportrings (9) abschließt.
4. Deckel für Weithalsfässer nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) des abnehmbaren Faßdeckels (29) bündig mit dem oberen Rand (30) des Faßdeckels (29) abschließt.

Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) als Klemmdeckel ausgebildet ist, der mit einem am seitlichen Deckelrand (17) angeformten, radial nach innen gerichteten Ringwulst (18) einen am äußeren Rand (19) der Kammerwand (13) im Bereich der Kammeröffnung (20) angeformten Ringsteg (21) übergreift und mittels eines mittig an der Deckelinnenseite (22) angeforten Zapfens (23) in eine Zentrierbohrung (24) des Blindspundes (15) des Faßdeckels (1) eingreift.

Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) als Schraubdeckel ausgeführt ist, der mit seinem, ein Innengewinde aufweisenden, seitlichen Deckelrand (17) auf den mit einem entsprechenden Außengewinde versehenen Öffnungsrand der Kammerwand (13) aufgeschraubt ist und mittels eines mittig an der Deckelinnenseite (22) angeformten Gewindezapfens (23) in eine Zentrier-Gewindebohrung (24) des Blindspundes (15) des Faßdeckels (29) eingeschraubt ist.

Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Originalitätsverschluß mit je einer oder mehreren am seitlichen Rand (17) des Verschlußdeckels (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) und am Außenumfang der Kammerwand (13) angeformten Öse bzw. Ösen (26), die paarweise miteinander verplombt oder verprägt werden.
8. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) der Aufbewahrungskammer (12) des Faßdeckels (1) ein Aufreißband (27) aufweist.
9. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Faßdeckel (1, 29) und Verschlußdeckel (14) für die Aufbewahrungskammer (12) des Faßdeckels als Kunststoff-Spritzteile gefertigt sind.
10. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel (14) für die Aufbewahrungskammer (12) des Faßdeckels (1) als Sichtdeckel aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
