Abstract

Becherförmige Schale aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnittaufgefaltet und mit einem aufgesiegelten Verschlußdeckel versehen, wobei der Verschlußdeckel(22,67) wenigstens mittelbar mit dem Rand der Schale verbunden und mit einer Sollbruchlinie(23,68) zum Erleichtern des Aufreißens versehen ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine becherförmige Schale, die aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt aufgefaltet und mit einem Verschlußdeckel versehen ist.
  • Derartige becherförmige Schalen sind entweder fest verschlossen und lassen sich dann nur sehr schwer öffnen oder sie sind durch den Deckel nur abgedeckt und lassen sich auch nicht autorisiert öffnen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schale der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die einerseits fest verschlossen ist und sich andererseits leicht öffnen läßt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Verschlußdeckel wenigstens mittelbar mit dem Rand der Schale durch Siegeln verbunden und mit einer Sollbruchlinie zum Erleichtern des Aufreißens versehen ist.
  • Eine derart ausgebildete Schale ist - soweit es das verwendete Material selbst zuläßt - absolut dicht und läßt sich trotzdem sehr leicht öffnen. Der außerhalb der Sollbruchlinie liegende Rand bleibt dabei stehen und versteift die geöffnete Schale sehr wirkungsvoll.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß der obere Rand der Schale in eine horizontale Lage umgebördelt ist und der Verschlußdeckel eben ausgebildet und mit dem Schalen-Rand versiegelt ist, wobei die Sollbruchlinie innerhalb des Siegelrandes liegt.
  • Auch hierbei bleibt beim Öffnen der Schale entlang der Deckel-Sollbruchlinie der Rand stehen und versteift die Schale sehr gut.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der obere Rand der Schale von einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen, umlaufenden Rahmen umgeben ist, der innen und/oder außen mit dem Rand versiegelt ist.
  • Durch diesen zusätzlichen Rahmen wird eine einwandfreie Abdichtung zwischen Schale und Deckel erzielt.
  • Bei einer sehr vorteilhaften weiteren Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß der Rahmen mit einem Verschlußdeckel versehen ist, der wenigstens auf einem Teil des Rahmenumfanges über eine Sollbruchlinie mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäß der Verschlußdeckel zweilagig ausgebildet ist, wobei die innere Lage mit einer als Sollbruchlinie dienenden Ritzlinie versehen ist und der durch die Ritzlinie abgeteilte äußere Abschnitt mit dem Rand der Schale wenigstens mittelbar verbunden ist.
  • Die Ritzlinie wird dabei wirksam abgedichtet und kann eine sehr starke Schwächung aufweisen, was für das Öffnen der Schale sehr günstig ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

  • Mit 1 ist in Fig.1 ein flachliegender Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der einen Bodenabschnitt 2 aufweist, an dem über Faltlinien 3 und 4 je ein Seitenwandabschnitt 5 bzw. 6 angelenkt ist. Darüber hinaus sind an dem Bodenabschnitt zwei Stirnwandabschnitte 7 und 8 angeformt, welche über die Faltlinien 3 und 4 auch mit den Seitenwandabschnitten 5 und 6 verbunden sind. Von den beiden Faltlinien 3 und 4 gehen je zwei weitere Faltlinien 9, 10 bzw. 11, 12 aus, durch welche Zwickelecken 13,14,15,16 zwischen den Seitenwandabschnitten und den Stirnwandabschnitten abgeteilt sind. Diese Zwickelecken 13 bis 16 und der durch die Linie 17 bzw. 18 abgeteilte Abschnitt des jeweiligen Stirnwandabschnittes 7 bzw. 8 ist auf der Außen- und der Innenseite mit einer siegelbaren Kunststoffschicht versehen, was in Fig.1 durch eine Schraffierung dargestellt ist.
  • Zum Aufrichten dieses Kartonzuschnittes 1 in die in Fig.2 dargestellte becherförmige Schale 20, werden zuerst die beiden Seitenwandabschnitte 5 und 6 um die Faltlinien 3 und 4 nach oben gefaltet; dann werden die beiden Sirnwandabschnitte 7 und 8 nach oben gebogen und die Zwickelecken sowie die Endabschnitte der Seitenwandabschnitte außen aufgefaltet, worauf alle drei Lagen miteinander versiegelt werden.
  • Nach dem Füllen der so hergestellten becherförmigen Schale 20 wird - wie in Fig.3 im Schnitt dargestellt - ein mit einem U-förmigen Rand 21 versehener Deckel 22 aufgesetzt und wenigstens ein Schenkel des U-förmigen Randes 21 mit den Wänden der Schale versiegelt. Der Deckel 22 ist einschließlich des Randes 21 aus einer Kunststoffolie tiefgezogen und innerhalb des Randes mit einer Sollbruchlinie 23 versehen, entlang welcher der Deckel aufgerissen werden kann. Die gesamte innerhalb des Randes 21 liegende Deckelfläche 24 ist mit einer Kartonscheibe 25 belegt, welche auch die Sollbruchlinie 23 überdeckt und somit eventuell zu befürchtende Undichtigkeiten in deren Bereich verhindert. Die Kartonscheibe 25 und der innerhalb der Sollbruchlinie liegende Bereich 24 des Deckels sind miteinander verklebt, so daß beim Hochziehen der Kartonscheibe auch dieser Deckelbereich herausgelöst wird. Dadurch, daß die Kartonscheibe die Sollbruchlinie überragt, kann sie als Wiederverschluß erneut in den Deckelrand eingesetzt werden und ergibt aufgrund der Auflage auf dem verbleibenden Abschnitt 26 der Deckelfläche eine ausreichende Dichtigkeit. Ein an die Kartonscheibe 25 angeformter Handgriff 27 erleichtert dabei sowohl das Herauslösen als auch das Wiedereinsetzen.
  • Es ist auch möglich, die Kartonscheibe mit dem nach innen stehenden an den U-förmigen Rand 21 angeformten Abschnitt 26 direkt zu verkleben und auf den inneren Deckelabschnitt 24 ganz zu verzichten.
  • In Fig.4 ist ein weiterer flachliegender Kartonzuschnitt 41 dargestellt, der ebenfalls einen Bodenabschnitt 42 und daran über Faltlinien 43 und 44 angelenkte Seitenwandabschnitte 45 und 46 aufweist, wobei die Faltlinien 43 und 44 bogenförmig verlaufen und sich an ihren jeweiligen Enden treffen. An den beiden Stirnseiten ist der Bodenabschnitt 42 durch zwei Faltlinien 47 und 48 begrenzt, über welche jeweils eine Zwickelecke 49 bzw. 50 angelenkt ist, welche andererseits durch zwei Faltlinien 51,52 bzw. 53,54 begrenzt ist. Diese Faltlinien gehen von den äußeren Eckpunkten der Seitenwandabschnitte 45,46 aus und verlaufen zum gegenüberliegenden Eckpunkt des Bodenabschnittes 42, wobei sie sich an der Spitze der jeweiligen Zwickelfläche kreuzen. Diese Faltlinien 51,52,53,54 werden darüber hinaus von den Faltlinien 43 und 44 geschnitten, wodurch weitere Zwickelecken 55 bis 60 gebildet werden. Die beiden Zwickelecken 59 und 60 werden noch zusätzlich durch je eine Faltlinie 61 bzw. 62 halbiert, welche sich vom Vereinigungspunkt der Faltlinien 43 und 44 und dem Schnittpunkt der Faltlinien 51 und 52 bzw. 53 und 54 erstreckt.
  • Beim Hochfalten der beiden Seitenwandabschnitte 45 und 46 gehen die beiden Zwickelecken 49 und 50 zwangsläufig nach unten und die Zwickelecken 59 und 60 werden um die jeweilige Faltlinie 61 bzw. 62 zusammengelegt und insich verklebt oder versiegelt. Die so gebildeten Doppelflächen werden dann an die Seitenwandabschnitte 45,46 angelegt und dort festgeklebt. Die nach unten stehenden Zwickelflächen werden an den Bodenabschnitt 42 angelegt, wodurch die gebildete Schale eine sehr gute Standfestigkeit erhält.
  • Von den beiden Seitenwandabschnitten 45,46 sind durch Faltlinien 63 bzw. 64 zwei Randstreifen 65 und 66 abgeteilt, welche in eine horizontale Lage gebracht werden und als Auflage für einen Deckel dienen.
  • Auf die so hergestellte becherförmige Schale wird nach dem Befüllen ein doppellagiger Deckel 67 aufgesiegelt, der aus einer unteren, mit einer Sollbruchlinie 68 versehenen Kartonlage 69 und einer mit dieser verbundenen oberen Kartonlage 70 besteht, wobei die obere Kartonlage die Sollbruchlinie 68 abdeckt. Darüber hinaus ist in der oberen Kartonlage 70 eine Ritzlinie 71 vorgesehen, um welche der entlang der Sollbruchlinie abgelöste Deckel scharnierartig hochgeklappt werden kann. Dabei bleibt der außerhalb der Sollbruchlinie 68 liegende Rand der unteren Kartonlage 69 am Rand 65,66 der Kartonschale festgesiegelt, weil die Siegelkraft zwischen beiden höher gewählt ist als die Haftkraft zwischen den beiden Kartonlagen in diesem Bereich.

Claims (5)

  1. Becherförmige Schale aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt aufgefaltet und mit einem aufgesiegelten Verschlußdeckel versehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel(22,67) wenigstens mittelbar mit dem Rand der Schale verbunden und mit einer Sollbruchlinie(23,68) zum Erleichtern des Aufreißens versehen ist.
  2. Schale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand(65,66) der Schale in eine horizontale Lage umgebördelt ist, und daß der Verschlußdeckel(67) eben ausgebildet und mit dem Schalen-Rand versiegelt ist.
  3. Schale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand der Schale von einem im Querschnitt U-förmigen umlaufenden Rahmen(21) umgeben ist, der innen und/oder außen mit dem Rand versiegelt ist.
  4. Schale nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen(21) mit einem Verschlußdeckel(24) versehen ist, der wenigstens auf einem Teil des Rahmenumfanges über eine Sollbruchlinie(23) mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist.
  5. Schale nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußdeckel(22) zweilagig ausgebildet ist, wobei die innere Lage(24) mit einer als Sollbruchlinie(23) dienenden Ritzlinie versehen ist und der durch die Ritzlinie abgeteilte äußere Abschnitt(26) mit dem Rand der Schale wenigstens mittelbar verbunden ist.
