Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung für einen schnellaufenden Papiermaschinen-Mehrzylindertrockner, in dem Zweisiebführung angewendet wird, welche Vorrichtung in den Zwischenräumen nebeneinanderliegender Trockenzylinder (1,1', 2,2') oberhalb und bzw. oder unterhalb der Siebleitwalzen (5,5') angeordnet ist, welche Zwischenräume von den über die nebeneinanderliegenden Trockenzylinder (1,1' bzw. 2,2') laufenden Trockensieben (4,4') und dem nicht umschlungenen Teil der diese führenden Leitwalzen (5,5') begrenzt sind, wobei an der Auflaufreite die Bahn (3) und das Trockensieb (4, 4') mit dem Trockenzylinder (1', 2') zusammentreffen und die Vorrichtung aus einem Kasten (6) besteht, der sich über die ganze Breite des Trockensiebes (4,4') erstreckt, wobei gleichzeitig eine Absaugung von Luft aus dem Bereich zwischen von dem Trockenzylinder (1,2) ablaufendem Trockensieb (4,4') und Siebleitwalze (5,5') erfolgt, und die Siebleitwalze (5,5') in Richtung des zur Siebleitwalze (5,5') zulaufenden Teils des Trockensiebes (4,4') bzw. der Papierbahn (3) versetzt angeordnet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (6) auf seiner dem auf dem Trockenzylinder (1', 2') auflaufenden Trockensieb (4, 4') zugewandten Seite eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen (11') aufweist, die senkrecht gegen das Trockensieb (4, 4') gerichtet und über die gesamte Seite bis in den Bereich, in dem die Bahn (3) und das Trockensieb (4, 4') mit dem Trockenzylinder (1', 2') zusammentreffen, verteilt sind (Fig. 4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spalte zwischen Blaskasten (6) und Trockenzylinder (1,2) mittels einer mechanischen Dichtung (7) verschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten als einteiliger Blaskasten (6) ausgebildet und, gegebenenfalls über ein Regelventil (12), an eine Luftzuführung (13) angeschlossen ist, wobei der Blaskasten (6) im Bereich zwischen von dem Trockenzylinder (1,2) ablaufenden Trockensieb (4,4') und Siebleitwalze (5,5') mit von diesem weg gerichteten, gegebenenfalls unter Anordnung eines Umlenk- bzw. Leitblechs (8'), im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Trockensieb (4,4') im Bereich der Siebleitwalze (5,5') orientierten Ausblasöffnungen (8") versehen ist (Fig. 2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten als zweiteiliger Blas-(6)-Saugkasten (18) ausgebildet und, gegebenenfalls über Regelventile (12,20), an eine Luftzuführung (13) und eine Luftabführung (21) angeschlossen ist, wobei der Saugkasten (18) im Bereich zwischen von dem Trockenzylinder (1,2) ablaufenden Trockensieb (4,4') und Siebleitwalze (5,5') mit Einsaugöffnungen (19') versehen ist (Fig. 3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blaskasten (6) oder der Blas-(6)-Saugkasten (18) im unteren Bereich seiner Wand, die die etwa senkrecht zur Papierbahn (3) gerichteten Ausblasöffnungen (11') aufweist, mit einer einspringenden Ausnehmung (10) zur Vergleichmäßigung der Strömung im Zwischenraum versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Stirnseite des Blaskastens (6) und/oder des Saugkastens (18) eine Seitenabdeckung (9) verschiebbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spalte zwischen Blas- (6) und bzw. oder Saugkasten (18) und Siebleitwalzen (5,5') mittels einer mechanischen Dichtung (17) verschlossen sind.
