Claims (18)
- Palette superposable comprenant un cadre de base rectangulaire (1) qui se compose de deux éléments longitudinaux (2) de section transversale rectangulaire, de deux éléments transversaux (3) de section transversale rectangulaire et de quatre éléments d'angle (4), sachant que les éléments d'angle (4) relient entre eux les éléments longitudinaux (2) et les éléments transversaux (3) du cadre de base (1) de manière affleurée, caractérisée en ce qu'un cadre porteur (12), qui se compose de deux rails porteurs (13) et de deux rails écarteurs (14), est appliqué contre la surface intérieure du cadre de base (1), sachant qu'une extrémité du rail porteur (13) et une extrémité du rail écarteur (14) sont chaque fois reliées entre elles de façon amovible par un assemblage à emboîtement, en ce que chaque rail écarteur associé à l'élément transversal (3) présente sur les deux côtés d'extrémité un talon (17) dont l'arête inférieure repose sur la surface de l'élément longitudinal (2) concerné pour supporter le cadre porteur (12) et au-dessus du talon (17) un chanfrein (19) incliné vers la face extérieure du rail écarteur, et en ce que chaque élément longitudinal (2) présente, à l'extrémité tournée vers l'élément d'angle (4), sur l'arête d'angle inférieure située à l'intérieur, une découpe (18) dans laquelle s'encastre le chanfrein correspondant (19) du rail écarteur (14) d'une palette qui est éventuellement disposée en dessous.
- Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'arête inférieure du rail écarteur (14) s'étend tout au plus jusqu'à l'arête supérieure de la découpe (18) prévue dans l'élément longitudinal (2), et en ce que la zone (A) du rail écarteur (14) située au-dessus des arêtes supérieures des deux talons (17) et munie de chanfreins (19) aux deux extrémités latérales présente une hauteur qui correspond à la hauteur de la découpe (18) dans l'élément longitudinal (2).
- Palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rails porteurs (13) présentent des encoches (20) dans lesquelles s'encastrent des tenons (21) de rails intermédiaires (22) subdivisant la palette.
- Palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rails porteurs (13) présentent des trous (25) dans lesquels se logent les extrémités de barres de subdivision.
- Palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rails porteurs (13) présentent une section transversale en forme de L, sachant que la partie du rail porteur s'étendant horizontalement (13'') est tournée vers le côté intérieur de la palette et supporte une tôle de fond (26).
- Palette selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la tôle de fond (26) est perforée.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les rails écarteurs (14) présentent des trous (27) orientés horizontalement dans lesquels peuvent se loger des extrémités de barres de subdivision.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les rails intermédiaires (22) sont munis d'une arête supérieure en dents de scie pour y loger des pièces.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les rails intermédiaires (22) sont munis d'encoches (23) pour y fixer des rails intermédiaires s'étendant transversalemant et subdivisant la palette.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les rails intermédiaires (22) présentent des trous (24) dans lesquels sont logées les extrémités de barres de subdivision.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur du talon (17) détermine l'écartement de deux palettes superposées.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'assemblage à emboîtement entre le rail écarteur (14) et le rail porteur (13) est une denture qui se compose d'au moins un tenon (16) et d'au moins une encoche (15).
- Palette selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que les encoches (15) sont prévues sur le rail écarteur (14) et le tenon (16) sur le rail porteur (13).
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'arête inférieure du nul porteur (13) est en affleurement avec l'arête inférieure du rail écarteur (14) et l'arête supérieure du rail porteur (13) avec la surface de l'élément longitudinal (2).
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein (19) du rail écarteur (14) présente un angle de 45 degrés par rapport à l'arête supérieure du talon (17) et en ce que la découpe (18) forme un angle de 45 degrés par rapport à la surface latérale de l'élément longitudinal (2).
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le cadre de base (1) et le cadre porteur (12) est prévu un dispositif de verrouillage.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des douilles de positionnement (11) sont prévues dans le cadre de base (1) pour positionner, déplacer et empiler la palette de façon précise.
- Palette selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la palette est en aluminium.
