Claims (5)
- Trocknungsvorrichtung mit einer Batterie von Strahlungsbrennern (6) zum Trocknen eines bahnförmigen Materials, welches an einer durch die Strahlungsbrenner gebildeten Strahlungsfläche vorbeiwandert, einem Ansaugkasten (2), einem Blaskasten (3) und einem Pulverisierungssystem zum Ausstoßen eines Dampfstromes zur Verhinderung eines Brandes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansaugkasten (2) und der Blaskasten (3) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Batterie von Strahlungsbrennern in der Vorschubrichtung des bahnförmigen Materials angeordnet sind, um einen Raum zwischen der Strahlungsfläche, der Fläche des zu trocknenden Materials sowie den Kästen zu begrenzen, und daß das Pulverisierungssystem durch eine Pulverisierungsrampe (7) gebildet ist, die so ausgebildet ist, daß sie während des Pulverisierungszyklus den Dampfstrom in Abhängigkeit von der Ermittlung eines Bewegungsstillstandes des bahnförmigen Materials direkt auf den erwähnten Raum richtet, um einen Brand zu verhindern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der erwähnte Raum in zumindest 15 s mit Dampf gefüllt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher dem Dampf einige Sekunden nach dem Beginn des Dampfzyklus Wasser hinzugefügt wird, wobei mit diesem Einspritzen von Wasser einige Sekunden vor dem Ende des Dampfzyklus aufgehört wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Pulverisierungsrampe (7) im unteren Teil der Haube eines der Kästen (2 oder 3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher die Pulverisierrampe (7) im unteren Teil der Haube (2) des Ansaugkastens angeordnet ist.
