Description

The invention relates to a multi-bolt lock, in particular for doors, with a spring-loaded latch and with at least one push rod carrying the bolt, which can be moved by a lever system provided in a lock system or a gear by a pusher, and with a striker in which the latch engages .

Multi-bolt locks serve to increase security against the use of force and bring about positive connections between the wing and the stick along one or more spars. There are designs with latches which can be extended axially in the direction of the push rods and which engage in strikers on the stock side, as well as edge closures or the like but when it is turned up 30-90 °, the push rod moves via a gear or a lever system. This operation is also possible with the door open; but if the bolts are in the locked position and the door is then closed, the door trim, bolts and strikers are consequently damaged.

The invention aims to eliminate this incorrect operation.

This is achieved in that in the striker a latch exclusion and thus the depth of engagement of the latch in the striker with respect to the maximum latch exclusion stop, in particular a spring-loaded flap, and in the lock housing an engaging in the push rod or the push rod system or gear, with the trap kinematically connected locking are provided and that when the case is fully pushed out, the locking is positively engaged and when the case is pushed back at least partially by the stop in the striker, the locking is disengaged.

When the door is open, the entire length of the latch emerges unhindered from the lock housing, while the latch is inserted somewhat when the door is closed due to the stop provided in the striker so that the latch position on the lock side shows whether the door is open or closed. A lock is thus connected to the latch, which engages in the push rod or its gearbox or lever system when the latch is fully extended and which engages in the latch at least partially retracted the movement of the push rod releases. The criterion of the latch position or the information transmitted by the striking plate about the latch, which according to the invention is present as the displacement path of the latch in the lock, results in the possibility of actuating the push rod locking. It is expedient if the stop inside the striker is designed as a spring-loaded flap which is rotatable about an axis parallel to one of the longitudinal sides of the latch opening in the striker and which, in the starting position, bears against a projection, in particular the inner wall of the striker tulip. In particular, it is advantageous if the force of the spring of the flap is greater than the force of the spring of the trap. The latch then stands with its front edge against the stop when the door is closed after snapping into the striker. This latch position signals the lock mechanism to now release the previously locked push rod mechanism. In an expedient exemplary embodiment, the push rod or push rods, as is known, is firmly connected to a link plate in the lock housing and can be linearly displaced perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the latch by means of a follower and a driver, and the link plate has a contact surface oriented essentially perpendicular to its direction of displacement, such as a projection on which a locking part connected to the drop shaft, when the case is fully extended, bears against the movement of the link plate. Thus, the latch has a locking function with respect to the link plate due to its locking part. It is the depth of engagement of the locking part in the link plate less than or equal to the displacement of the case when the same abuts the stop in the striker. The initially reduced depth of penetration of the latch into the striker can be increased in the case of a spring-loaded stop in that the push rod gear or lever system is kinematically connected to the latch and the latch can be pushed out entirely when the push rod or push rods are moved. A relevant practical embodiment provides that the link plate has a control surface or edge oblique to the direction of movement of the trap, and that on the drop shaft a projection that can be attached to the latter, in particular a pin for the forced displacement of the In case of a displacement of the slide plate into the locked position of the multi-bolt lock is provided.

An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows an unlocked multi-bolt lock with an open lock case with the door open in a schematic representation, Fig. 2 this lock with the door closed and with push rods moved into the closed position, Fig. 3 a striker in cross section and Fig. 4 this striker in a reduced representation in Front view.

In a lock case 1, a latch 2 can be retracted against the force of a spring 3 by means of a pusher (not shown) via a pusher nut 4 and a lever system 5, 6, provided the Dürcker is actuated downwards as usual. The nut 4 has a driver 7, which lies between two stops 8, 9 of a slidable link plate 10. The push rods 11, 12 are attached to this link plate 10. At the end of a falling shank 13 opposite the case 2, a locking part 14 is provided which, according to FIG. 1, bears against a contact surface 15 of the link plate 10. This contact surface 15 together with the locking part 14 prevents that when the driver of the driver 7 is turned up, the link plate 10 moves downward via the stop 8 and thus a displacement of the push rods 11, 12 into the closed positions. 1, the mechanism for multi-bar actuation cannot be activated when the latch 2 is pushed out entirely. Only when the locking part 14 reaches the position 14 '(indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 1), a shifting of the link plate 10 is possible. This release of the locking of the link plate 10 due to the immersion of the locking part 14 from the positive connection with the link plate 10 is achieved by pressing the latch 2 back relatively slightly. The required displacement path of the case 2 must at least correspond to the depth of engagement of the locking part 14 in the link plate 10.

The shift of the latch 2 is achieved with a closed door by a stop in the striker of the door frame. Fig. 3 shows such a striker 16 with face plate 17 and case 18, which is closed by a flap 19. The latter is rotatable about an axis 21 against the force of a spring 20. In Fig. 4, this striker 18 is on a somewhat reduced scale Front view shown. Fig. 3 also shows the case 2 acting as a stop flap 2 (dashed lines). The force of the spring 20 is greater than that of the spring 3, so that the flap 19 is not pushed away when the door is closed.

In Fig. 2 as the closing piece 16 'only a shortened pocket 18' is drawn in depth. The latch 2 'pushed back somewhat by the stop (be it the flap 19 or the bottom of the latch pocket 18') when the latch 2 enters the closing piece 16 'shifts the locking part 14 into the position 14', so that when the trigger is actuated, it moves upwards , can be done via the driver 7 and the stop 8, a displacement of the link plate 10 in the position 10 '(Fig. 2) and the push rods in the position 11', 12 '. However, this actuation is only possible when the door is closed, because only then is the latch 2 locked in its position 2 'and the locking of the drive mechanism or the push rods 11, 12 is pushed open.

In order to ensure a greater depth of entry for the latch 2 into a striker 16 or its pocket 18 than is shown for the latch 2 in the dashed illustration according to FIG. 3, the link plate 10 has an oblique control surface 22 which is in a vertical movement the released backdrop plate 10 against a projection 23 on the latch 2 and pushes the latch 2 with continued vertical movement. This is possible with the striker according to FIG. 3, since the flap 19 can retreat when the force of the spring 20 is overcome and opens the way into the interior of the latch pocket 18. The end position of the flap 19 is shown torn in Fig. 3 and designated 19 '.

Bolts are to be understood as locking pins, circular tongues, roller pins or the like.

Instead of the spring-loaded flap in the striker, a pocket base of the latch pocket that recedes in parallel against spring force can also be provided, as is indicated in FIG. 2.
